    A clean Hotel with friendly staff.

    When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean. It’s a convenient Hotel with a convenience store on the first floor that you can access directly.

    The Hotel is clean and conveniently located near the station, but the internet is far too slow.

    It’s conveniently located near the station and right behind Lalaport, but the internet is extremely slow.\nI stay here often, but even on weekdays it’s usually under 1 Mbps (less than one-tenth of mobile tethering). The other day it was 100 kbps.\nIt’s almost unusable for business purposes.\nAlso, the bed sheets slip out of place easily.\nI’m not sure if it’s because the pad underneath is slippery or because the sheets are too small...\nThis doesn’t happen much at other Hotels.

    Wi‑Fi is not working.

    I have stayed here before, but the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and the connection sometimes dropped intermittently. Also, when I checked in after 3:00 PM for a 3:00 PM check-in, I was told that the Room had not been cleaned yet and it would take 30 minutes. Fortunately, an identical Room on another floor was available, so I was able to switch to that one. I really like the location and the Room and would like to stay again, so I request prompt improvements regarding the above issues.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room layout was efficient and spacious, with a separate toilet and bath, late check-out, and a large flat parking lot—everything I look for was covered. This may have been just by chance, but breakfast and the large public bath were not crowded, so I could relax. Perhaps due to the location, it wasn’t crowded with international guests; it felt more geared toward business travelers. It was also reassuring to have a convenience store directly connected and a large shopping complex right nearby.

    A Room Recommended for Families with Children

    We stayed here for the first time on Mother’s Day with my sisters and our children. The Japanese-style Room was a spacious tatami room, with plenty of space for a stroller and enough room for the kids to run around. Having a washing machine in the in-room bath was extremely helpful. The price was also very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!

    Conveniently located near the station, with clean Room and a large public bath. The only issue is that the internet is slow.

    I use this Hotel often; it’s close to the station, the Room is clean, and there is a large public bath. The large public bath isn’t very big, so it feels manageable on weekdays. However, the internet is extremely slow—maybe around 1 Mbps (about 1/100 the speed of faster hotels). It’s completely unusable for work. Mobile data feels about 10 times faster. I’ve mentioned this several times since opening, but it hasn’t improved, so I’m writing again. There’s one more issue: I’m fine with no cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, but because I didn’t want anyone entering the Room, I left replacement amenities and the trash bin outside the entrance—yet staff still entered and replaced them anyway. Is my sign unclear...? Also, the tissue box opening is narrow and makes tissues very difficult to pull out.

    It was great.

    This was my first stay, and it exceeded my expectations. I was satisfied with everything except that parking could not be reserved in advance. The meals were delicious, but dishes like chawanmushi would have been even better if served warm.

    Convenient Location

    There is a Lalaport nearby, and the Hotel has a convenience store, making it very convenient. The public bath is small, but complimentary ice and other thoughtful services are provided.

    We stayed with small...

    We stayed with small children. The large public bath was very convenient. The building was new and clean, and the cleaning was thorough, so we were able to stay with peace of mind. The breakfast exceeded the typical Business Hotel level, with each dish carefully prepared and incredibly delicious. It was a hotel we would love to use again.

    Repeat stay.

    We stayed at this accommodation again as a place where we can stay with our dog. The hotel is very clean, and we love that there is a convenience store and Lalaport nearby. We plan to use it again next time. This time, we noticed a slight odor from the drainage pipes in the bathroom and toilet.

    Relaxing Girls' Night in a Japanese-Western Style Room

    I have used a different room before, and this time I reserved a spacious room for a relaxing chat with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. It was reasonably priced, comfortable, and included access to the large bath and sauna, which my friend also seemed to enjoy. However, the toilet in the room had an unpleasant odor, possibly from the drain, which was very disappointing. Everything else was great, so I would like to visit again if given the chance.

    Relaxing stay with my dog!

    Convenient access from the station, and meals could be purchased at the Lawson on the first floor or nearby Lalaport, which was very helpful. We stayed in a Twin Room, which was spacious, odorless, and very clean. There was also a proper cage for dogs installed, making it convenient to use when we wanted to calm our dog. However, the air conditioning didn't work well, the location of the light switches for the toilet and bathroom was inconvenient, and the placement of the vent was puzzling—these points deduct one star. The large public bath was relaxing to use. It would be even better if the hairdryers in the public bath had stronger airflow. The free drinking water service, ice service, and shampoo bar were great features. Additionally, Kashiwa-no-ha itself is a dog-friendly area with many restaurants that allow dogs if you look around. There’s also a large park nearby with wide paths perfect for walking dogs without any trouble finding suitable spots. We stayed for two nights and had an excellent experience overall. We’d love to stay again if we have another opportunity!

    The parking was convenient.

    The parking was very convenient, located on a flat lot next to the Hotel. From the Room, you could see the Tsukuba Express between buildings, offering a great view. The Room layout was excellent, allowing us to relax on the bed or sofa (which could also serve as an extra bed) while watching a large TV mounted on the wall. There was a wide counter table that was very useful for placing items or doing makeup, and the chair provided there was comfortable to sit on. The twin beds were as large as double beds and very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning could be adjusted personally, and thoughtful amenities like two-piece pajamas, a larger electric kettle, and foldable racks in the closet space for bags made our stay more pleasant. The Room was spotless with well-maintained cleaning standards; even the bathroom felt clean and exceeded expectations—it felt beyond what you'd expect from a Business Hotel. Even without a car, it’s conveniently close to the station—a highly recommended Hotel!

    As a Business Hotel, it is very well-equipped, but there are issues with the Facility and cleanliness.

    Conveniently located near Lalaport. The Room was clean, but the toilet light bulb was out, and my child was scared of the dark, so we used a phone flashlight. The shampoo bottle in the Room's bathroom seemed unused for a while as its nozzle was clogged and nothing came out. Perhaps due to peak season, the public bath wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with lots of hair on the floor; I cleaned it myself before using it. The sofa had large stains, so I placed a towel before sitting. However, the staff were polite and breakfast was delicious.

    I felt the service lacked attention to detail.

    For Multiple Night Stays, cleaning is not provided (apparently done once every three days), which made me hesitant to book due to hygiene concerns. In the end, I stayed for 2 nights, but linen replacement was limited to towels only. Slippers were not provided initially, and bottled water was only available for the first day with none on the second day. While I assume these could have been requested, I didn’t feel inclined to do so (unfortunately). Slippers were promptly delivered to my Room upon request; however... This lack of attention to detail in service leaves me questioning whether I would choose to stay here again.

    It is a cheap and poor-quality Hotel.

    Reserved for moving. I was looking for a hotel where I could park a 2-ton truck during my stay, and when I inquired before making a reservation, I was told it was okay, so I reserved it. However, when I arrived on the day, I was met with a puzzled atmosphere, "A 2-ton truck, huh?" Even though a 2-ton truck can be parked in a regular parking space, when I asked if it was okay to park in the parking lot in front of the hotel entrance, I was told, "That's for the parking guarantee plan, so no." When I reserved through IKYU, I didn't notice the parking guarantee plan, so I was told to park in the coin parking at the back... Since it's large, I was worried about the coin parking, so I insisted on paying an additional fee to park in front of the hotel, but was told it was not possible without the guarantee plan. In the end, they finally said there was a large parking space available for 3,000 yen per night, so I agreed. I wish they had told me that from the beginning. When I checked early the next morning, the parking lot for the guarantee plan was empty!! The room had a sewage smell from the bathroom, and the bath towels were very smelly, which was disappointing. The door of the furniture enclosing the refrigerator was broken and left as is. The chair, or rather the sofa, had a large stain. It seems to be a new hotel, but it's quite a poor hotel. I will not revisit.

    The breakfast was delicious!

    I used it for the first time and would like to stay again! Overall, it was very clean, and having a convenience store on the first floor was convenient. If I had to say, I was a bit concerned about the receptionist's somewhat high-handed manner of speaking...

    Get a great deal with late check-in.

    Late check-in plan from 8 PM. I stayed at an affordable price. Since I was late due to work, the timing was perfect. The charm of late check-in is being able to use a high-quality hotel at a low price. I liked that the facility had comfortable amenities like a sofa and that the room was relatively new. The proximity to the station is also attractive. A fairly recommended hotel.

    A relaxing hotel I want to visit again

    I had a satisfying stay in a clean and comfortably arranged room. I felt that I would have liked to have mineral water and drip coffee in the room, as most hotels provide them nowadays. It's a short walk from the station, but there's a convenience store downstairs, so I would like to use it again when I want to enjoy a leisurely hotel stay.
