  Great value for money

  Although it is close to the downtown area, there is no nighttime noise. The Room is small, but it is kept clean and functional. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was satisfying. Overall, this Hotel offers great value for money.

  Affordable and good

  Affordable, close by, and very convenient. I also appreciated being able to borrow an ice pillow. My child suddenly developed a fever and it was tough, but your help made it possible for us to relax. Thank you to the young gentleman at the front desk.

  Conveniently located near the downtown area.

  The location was very convenient, as I had business around Sapporo Station and Susukino, and it was so close to return from Susukino. The staff provided polite service, and both the exterior and the Room were very clean, which made me extremely satisfied. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again on another occasion.

  The location was great, but...

  The cleanliness was not up to standard. The air conditioner vents were covered in dust, and the pendant light shade by the bedside was also dusty. Although there was an air purifier, I couldn't use it as I feared it hadn't been properly maintained.

  A new and comfortable Hotel.

  - It is not a luxury Hotel, but it is new and clean. - The parking fee is 1,500 yen per night, which felt expensive.

  Despite the large number of guests, the property was quiet and very pleasant.

  It was nice that although I had to walk a bit from Susukino Subway Station along the main street of 4-chome (Ekimae-dori), the location of the Hotel was easy to find, so I didn't get lost. Even though it's located in the bustling area of Susukino, it was pleasantly quiet inside the building. On the way back from drinking, it was convenient that I passed by a convenience store no matter which direction I returned from.
