APA Hotel <Omori Ekimae> (All Rooms Non-Smoking)

They upgraded me from a single to a double. Due to my schedule, I checked out before 10:00. On the way from the Room to the elevator, I passed a housekeeping staff member (a foreigner), but they did not greet me at all. I believe a pleasant greeting is the best way to start the day.

This was my first stay at an APA Hotel.The first thing I noticed was how well the Room layout is designed with guest flow in mind.There’s always an outlet exactly where you’d want one, and small shelves placed right where you’d like to set something down. It’s not particularly luxurious, but it’s efficiently designed with no wasted space, and I can see why it’s so popular.This APA Hotel still seems fairly new; all the Facility areas were clean, and while the large public bath isn’t very big, I checked the crowding status on the Room TV and went when it was quiet, which made it very relaxing.It’s about a 30-second walk from the station’s north exit. There’s also a convenience store on the first floor, so it really felt like a Hotel that takes care of every little need.I can’t say every APA Hotel is the same, but this stay definitely improved my impression of APA Hotels.
