    I’ve been curious about it.

    Kyoto has so many Hotels I’ve wanted to stay at, and this one had been on my list for a while.\nIt was conveniently located near the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall.\nThe Room had a sink, and it was nice being able to separate the toilet area with an inner door. The unique open hanging space instead of a closet was also interesting.\nHowever, the air conditioning wasn’t well adjusted, and it felt hot both before going to bed and when I woke up. I was surprised by how cool it felt when I stepped out into the hallway.

    It was comfortable.

    My Room was changed to one with a larger bed and a bathtub than the Room I had reserved, which allowed me to relax comfortably. The unit bathroom was also clean and pleasant to use. However, it was disappointing that the refrigerator was small and did not cool well (ice cream would melt, so it wasn’t suitable).

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, and the staff were very kind! The welcome drink was excellent, too. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. Just one thing… unfortunately, the air conditioner’s filter cleaning indicator light was on, and although I’m not sure if it was related, there was a rattling noise from the air conditioner during the night (auto filter cleaning?). Since I could open the window, I didn’t use the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was truly great, and I’d like to stay again.

    Conveniently located near the station, but...

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights in May. It’s close to the station, and there’s also a convenience store nearby. I used the Japanese-Western style Room on the second floor. The Room was spacious and comfortable. However, the toilet is located inside the living area (next to the TV), and because there is a gap in the door, using it requires a lot of consideration. All sounds can be heard clearly. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable.

    The Room was clean, and the lounge was nice. It was a bit inconvenient that there was only a shower room. Also, when applying makeup, the mirror light was dim and made it very difficult.

    Glad to hear that.

    I really loved the Room’s interior design. It was my first stay, but I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Kyoto. The large table was also a nice touch. The only thing that bothered me a little was some noise from the Room upstairs.

    Good.

    It is run very efficiently. It didn’t feel cramped like a Business Hotel, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be nice to have a bit more space or an extra stand in the Room to place luggage. Breakfast was satisfying, but I would have liked a little more vegetables and fruit. The temaki sushi presentation was somewhat unappetizing… Also, it would be better if the dish return area were not right next to the desserts—placing it a bit farther away would be nicer. I’ve mentioned various points, but I will definitely stay again!

    The breakfast was very delicious. The seafood rice bowl was especially good. It was convenient to have a movable desk in the Room.

    This is a repeat Multiple Night Stay.

    I came back because my stay was very comfortable in summer. This time is also a Multiple Night Stay, and since the toilet is separate, even a Room with only a shower feels cozy. Breakfast doesn’t change, so while it’s exciting on the first day, it gets repetitive on a Multiple Night Stay. Kyoto winters are cold, so I’d be happy to see warm thickened dishes or items like oden and yudofu. The indoor temperature is well managed, so there’s no stress from temperature differences, which makes it easy to relax. I was able to truly unwind in a quiet Room on a high floor. I will visit again.

    Disappointing for a Vessel Hotel.

    I had high expectations after staying at Vessel Hotel in Kumamoto last month, which was excellent, but the room facilities and breakfast here were quite disappointing. There is no sense of Kyoto's uniqueness. The proximity to the station is convenient, though. It was strange that the shower curtain was wrinkled. The customer service was fine.

    Sure to book again!

    It was my first time staying here. The location near the station is unbeatable! I never realized how convenient it could be. Even at night, it feels safe for a woman walking alone. Despite being close to the station, it's quiet. The room had no view, but it was simple and nice. Considering the price, I was very satisfied. The nearby Seven-Eleven is crowded with Hotel guests, so I recommend going to another convenience store for shopping. There were many foreign guests, which might concern some people, but they weren't noisy at all, so it felt comfortable. The free drinks were convenient as well! The free space is great for a change of pace too. Also appreciated the lockers for luggage storage. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you very much!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and conveniently located near a convenience store. The spacious area on the first floor was great. Although I didn't use it this time, the free drinks (with time restrictions) left a good impression. The Room was very clean and easy to use. I would love to stay here again.

    Multiple Night Stay during Obon

    Kyoto Station was very crowded, but the area around the conveniently located Hotel near the station was quiet and comfortable. Due to the intense heat, a shower was sufficient. Although I am not good with alcohol, I enjoyed a variety of welcome drinks, including delicious Japanese tea. The long service hours were much appreciated. All the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed in a lovely Premium Twin Room. As an elderly guest, using the floor chair was a bit challenging, but the room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The spacious terrace was a pleasant surprise. The free lounge even offered alcohol, and some drinks could be taken back to the room, which was very satisfying. I extended my stay to enjoy it more. I would love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    You can enjoy high-quality tea, either cold or hot, which you prepare yourself. It's a wonderful way to relax in the lobby upon arrival, and I personally love it. However, on such hot days, having cold tea available during breakfast would be a nice addition.

    A simple and comfortable space

    The simple and clean space was comfortable. However, the Room in this Plan was a bit small, and I had trouble finding places to hang towels, etc. Other than that, it was very convenient being close to the station, and the price was reasonable. I hope to visit again for next year's Gion Festival!

    The breakfast theme of "wrapping" is delightful with hand-rolled sushi, but during a Multiple Night Stay, one might crave some variety. It could be nice to have slight changes in the wrapping ingredients while keeping the same concept. That said, considering the price, perhaps this consistent "wrapping" concept is part of its charm.

    A convenient and user-friendly Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights alone. The Hotel is close to Hachijo Exit, simple, and clean. Until 8 PM, complimentary welcome drinks including alcohol are available. Although I was alone, I enjoyed beer and some nuts as snacks. The Room had only a shower, but the bed was spacious with enough space to open a suitcase—compact yet efficiently designed. The breakfast follows a "wrap" concept; while the variety isn't extensive, it is thoughtfully prepared and sufficient for those who want to enjoy lunch later in the day as well.

    Conveniently located near Kyoto Station. Stayed for 2 nights, and the breakfast menu changed slightly each day, making it hard to resist overeating. Unfortunately, some guests were talking loudly in the hallway late at night, which woke me up a few times. However, the Room was clean and well-maintained overall, leaving me satisfied with my stay.

    Only the bathroom was disappointing.

    A clean and conveniently located hotel near the station. Attracted by its reputation for a Kyoto-inspired drink bar focused on tea and a highly rated breakfast buffet, I decided to stay here. My expectations were met, with friendly staff and a spacious, clean room. However, the bathroom was very disappointing. The bathroom felt like it belonged to a different grade of accommodation compared to the room (where the bed is). It was extremely small; as a woman, I almost hit my head on the wall when standing up from the toilet. The bathtub was also tiny—if you're male, you might have to sit with your knees hugged to fit in it. Additionally, there was a narrow gap between the bathtub and wall filled with brown stains that seemed accumulated over time, which made me feel uncomfortable just looking at it. It was a cold day, and while bath salts were available at an amenity corner on the first floor, I couldn't bring myself to use them due to how unpleasant I felt about the bathroom's condition. That said, for those who are not particular about bathrooms, this is otherwise a good hotel!

    Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM and is delicious.

    The hotel lounge offered alcohol, soft drinks, and more from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We enjoyed snacks purchased from a convenience store. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was especially delicious—I ended up eating two servings of seafood bowls that I made myself. It seems even non-guests visit for the tasty breakfast. It was very delicious. Thank you!

    No problem if you're just staying.

    It was a new hotel close to the station. This time, I had made an early reservation, but my room was right off the elevator on the second floor. Because of this, I was bothered by the elevator and people's voices. Perhaps due to overtourism fatigue or just being in a bad mood, the check-in experience wasn't very pleasant. It felt minimalistic. It might be fine if you're just looking for a place to stay without expecting hospitality.
