    Water leak

    After taking a shower, I noticed a water leak and immediately called the front desk. They responded and said it was coming from the plumbing, so I had to change rooms. Later, they contacted me and I moved to another room, but it had a smaller window and a worse view than the original. Even though the room change was due to the Hotel’s issue, their handling was poor. While I was waiting, I expected them to have turned on the air conditioning in the new Room, but nothing had been done and it was still hot. Overall, I felt their response was disappointing.

    Clean and compact!

    The cleanliness of the Room was truly comforting. I could really feel that the housekeeping staff’s attitude and thoughtfulness came from caring about us travelers, and I am sincerely grateful. I also felt great kindness in the way the front desk staff treated us. Once again, it reminded me that much of a trip’s overall impression and memories are shaped by the Accommodation. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

    Simple yet newly updated facilities

    The toilet and bath were separate, and the Room was spacious, making for a comfortable stay. There was also a functional workspace for using a PC.

    The room was clean, well-equipped, and considering the price, I was very satisfied. Next time, I would like to try the café. It would be perfect if there were parking available, but being close to the station makes it understandable.

    Highly satisfied!

    I had checked the overview on the website, but my satisfaction far exceeded expectations. I had initially booked another hotel, but canceling that reservation and switching to this one was absolutely the right decision. Due to various circumstances, this stay was No Meals Included, but next time I would love to try a stay with breakfast included.

    A Hotel with a Comfortable Free Space

    The room was small but clean and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The free drink and soup service was excellent, and the space was very relaxing, perfect for reading or unwinding. For those on business, the area is well-equipped with power outlets, making it convenient for working on a laptop. I arrived in the evening after dark, and the location was a bit hard to find at first. Breakfast is available for accommodation guests at 1,100 yen and can be booked at the front desk in the morning. Both rice and bread are offered, with decent options overall. Now that I know the location better, I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    Conveniently located near the station, allowing easy check-in without getting lost. The Room was spacious and luxurious, offering a great value experience.

    It was excellent.

    The Hotel is clean, offers a variety of free drinks, and you can enjoy tea on the terrace as well as breakfast (though the view is of buildings). However, foreign guests can be quite lively, even at night.

    Satisfaction guaranteed!

    The location is very close to the station, and there are so many restaurants to choose from. The room had a great view, and I was very satisfied. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!

    Since we couldn't ge...

    Since we couldn't get a twin, we used two single rooms. We made a reservation with no meals included, but when we tried to reserve breakfast at check-in, it was already full and we couldn't make a reservation. Disappointing. The room is small, but I think it's sufficient for one person. The hotel is conveniently close to the station. If the price were a little cheaper, I think the frequency of use would increase.
