    Easy access from the interchange to stylish Mt. Fuji Onsen with magnificent views of Mt. Fuji

    Magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and a stylish Fuji Onsen, conveniently located with easy access from the interchange. The Room was clean, and we were very satisfied. On the way back, we enjoyed strawberry picking at a nearby farm called Agri Monster.

    Excellent value for money.

    It’s a clean Hotel with a large public bath, so I felt it offered excellent value for money. Because it’s just a little outside Gotemba, you can stay at a lower price, and I’d like to use it again. However, the water in the large public bath didn’t suit my skin very well, so the minerals may have been a bit strong.

    Great value for money.

    We stayed in a twin room. For the price, the room was spacious enough, and it was nice that the bath and toilet were separate rather than a unit bath. There was also an Onsen, which was great. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, with a basic selection. Considering the price, it wouldn’t be fair to ask for too much, but if I had to say something, a few more items might be nice. On the day of departure it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, which was disappointing, but in clear weather the location is great as you can view it from very nearby. Overall, it’s a Hotel with excellent value for money, and if I have the chance, I’d like to consider other Hotels in the same group for future stays. Thank you very much.

    The location is excellent.

    Chosen for its proximity to the highway interchange, parking lot, and large public bath. The location is excellent—right off the interchange, with a convenience store right in front—and the view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was spectacular. The Facility was well-equipped without being excessive; chilled tea was always available at the front desk, USB outlets were conveniently located by the bedside, and there was an open-air bath in addition to the large public bath (the men's bath also had a sauna). The Room's bathroom and toilet were separate, which added comfort. My son especially enjoyed the selection of manga available. With great access to Safari Park just 15 minutes away, I would love to stay here again!

    Excellent location

    On our way back from Kyoto, we decided to stop by the Gotemba Premium Outlets for the first time in a while and looked for a nearby Hotel. We found a highly rated Hotel and made a Reservation, and it truly lived up to its reputation. Since it was Monday, the outlets were open until 7:00 p.m. We first looked for somewhere to eat inside but couldn’t find a good option, so we searched online and realized our Hotel was right in front of the Tomei Expressway Komakado Service Area (SA). We decided to eat there instead. The SA was surprisingly clean, not crowded, and the food was delicious. The Hotel is literally right in front of the smart interchange exit—extremely convenient. It was so clean you wouldn’t believe it opened five years ago, and the front desk staff were efficient and professional. Our Room was a top-floor corner Room. It wasn’t very large for a twin Room, but the beds were outstanding: one larger single and one semi-double, both comfortably firm—excellent sleep quality. They were Simmons beds. The bathroom was also great with a separate washing area. If I had to mention drawbacks: there was no trash bin at the sink area, and the air conditioner controls were hard to understand—we struggled with them. It was from a major manufacturer, but overly complicated and not senior-friendly, and it didn’t cool very well. Also regarding indoor footwear: my spouse and I don’t like slippers, so that was inconvenient. Disposable slippers would have been appreciated. This time we couldn’t use the Hotel’s much-praised public bath due to personal reasons on both sides, but we plan to use it next time. In any case, this Accommodation is incredibly convenient for drivers, with reasonable rates as well. We didn’t try meals this time either, but we’d like to order them next visit. At check-out I asked the front desk how to get to the inbound expressway entrance; even though they were busy they kindly helped me out. Thank you very much.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I was happy that there was a large public bath, and the location was great.

    I came for golf and, while looking for a Business Hotel in Gotemba, I stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay. The location was very good, and it was a relatively clean Business Hotel. There is a large public bath and a sauna, but they felt a bit small for the size of the property, so I’m giving it 4 stars. I checked in late, but the staff handled it smoothly. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I was asked about Room cleaning and I believe I requested no service, but the bed was made anyway. Fortunately I hadn’t left any valuables out, but it didn’t feel good.

    Used for an overnight stay before visiting Fuji Safari Park.

    We chose this Accommodation so we could arrive at the safari park right when it opened and go with our child. Even leaving a little after 8:00 a.m. on a weekday, it was about a 15-minute drive to the safari park, which was very convenient. The Facility is new, but the front desk and shared areas felt small and cramped. However, the manga lending service in the shared area next to the front desk and the free cold barley tea and green tea were nice touches. There is a large public bath, which was one reason we chose this place; the indoor bath was spacious and comfortable, but considering how many guests there were, the changing area and open-air bath felt notably small, making it hard to relax—disappointing overall. The pillows and bed were comfortable. We added breakfast; it was about what you’d expect from a typical business hotel with complimentary breakfast, but perhaps because the water tasted good, we were satisfied. If you’re traveling for business and just need a place to sleep, it’s fine. For leisure travel, I might not choose it again.

    We stayed here on a ...

    We stayed here on a family trip. We had made a Reservation for two twin Rooms, but they were not next to each other. I understand this may be unavoidable depending on availability, but in that case, it would have felt more considerate if the Hotel had explained it in advance before handing us the key cards and having us notice from the room numbers.

    The Best Value-for-Money Hotel in Gotemba

    If a blind test were possible, this Hotel might earn a rating of four stars or more. Honestly, it hardly feels like a Business Hotel at all. From the parking layout to the in-house Facility offerings, its style stands out exactly as the name suggests—clearly redefining travel comfort. With no unnecessary extras, it delivers an addictive level of simplicity and standardization. In today’s Gotemba area, where Accommodation is never cheap, it may be a truly one-of-a-kind choice. If CHECK-OUT were extended just a little, it might become a true five-star stay!?

    Although it is a Business Hotel, the service is wonderful.

    We stayed here after visiting Gotemba Premium Outlets. Many restaurants around the Hotel closed early, so we arrived without having dinner. The restaurant inside the Hotel had last order at 8:30 p.m., so we made it just in time. The prices were very reasonable. I ordered ramen, and every set came with rice and a salad, so it was great value for money—and it was delicious too. On top of that, the staff were kind and comforting; even though we rushed in late, they welcomed us with smiles, which made us really happy. The interior was clean, and we had a very pleasant stay.

    Not bad at all.

    We stayed during Golden Week as a family. The men's large public bath has a sauna and cold bath, but the women's large public bath does not. The Room was clean, and we couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which was great.

    Excellent value for money and convenient access

    In addition to the excellent access right in front of the Tomei Expressway ETC entrance/exit, it’s just 8 minutes from Tokinosumika where you can enjoy Gotemba Kogen Beer, and the Hotel itself offers outstanding value for money—we were very satisfied!
