    Is it a Business Hotel?

    The non-smoking Room had a strong smell of tobacco in the toilet (private space). The Room size and amenities gave the impression of a Business Hotel. The free water was 330ml, but better than nothing. The saving grace was that the bed area was clean, and I got to experience a ReFa shower, which we don't have at home. Being near Hakata Station is understandable, but staying for just 12 hours to sleep cost over 60,000 yen—poor value for money.

    Extremely convenient

    I chose this place because it is close to the station, and it was indeed very convenient as it’s just a short walk from the station. The Room is not very spacious, but there is a counter along the wall where I could spread out my cosmetics, phone, and other belongings, making it very practical.

    Perfectly ordinary

    Online, the Hotel name is written in katakana, but the sign on the building is in the alphabet, so it was hard to identify the building. The Reservation information said a massage was included, but there was none in the Room. It didn’t affect me since I didn’t need it, but still. The in-room amenities were sufficient. During my Multiple Night Stay, housekeeping was not done because I didn’t leave instructions on the door, which was disappointing. If that’s the policy, it should be explained at check-in. The breakfast wasn’t great, so I skipped it on the second day. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, but the Room amenities were sufficient and comfortable. If you just need a place to stay, it’s close to the station and comfortable enough.

    There are no issues with the location or customer service.

    The location is very convenient. The service was also good, with the female staff responding promptly. However, the disappointing part was the very unpleasant smell in the toilet and bathroom. I think it might improve a bit if the plumbing is maintained... I look forward to the next opportunity to use it.

    I felt that the clea...

    I felt that the cleaning of the Room was not thorough. There was a lot of hair in the bath area, and the light by the bedside was quite dusty. The Room also smelled moldy the moment I entered. Other than that, it was good as it was close to the station.

    It was narrower than expected.

    The amenities were reasonably well-equipped, and it was nice to have pajamas, but the Room was smaller than expected. Check-in and check-out are automated, but perhaps aware of the difficulty in operation, the Hotel staff continuously explain how to use it. Nowadays, there are many Hotels with more straightforward check-out processes, so it was unclear whether it was convenient or inconvenient. However, the location close to the station was excellent.

    Convenient from the station

    It was convenient as it was close to the station. The front desk was troublesome; I had to input my name in katakana twice using a machine, and the female staff's voice was small, which took a bit of time. At first, I mistakenly went up in the main building's elevator, but there were no rooms, so I had to go down and take the ANNEX elevator. The ANNEX seemed newer and left a good impression. The room only had a window facing the wall of the neighboring building, so it's better not to expect a view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant. The refrigerator was also well-cooled. The breakfast venue on the first floor of the hotel, which turns into an izakaya at night, wasn't very spacious, but it was nice that breakfast was available from 6:30 without getting crowded. I had dashi chazuke, natto, salad, yogurt, coffee, and milk. There were also bread, yakisoba, onsen tamago, karashi renkon, satsuma-age, grilled fish, and motsu nabe, so considering the price, it was good.

    Stains on the ceiling...

    At first glance, the room looked clean, but I was really bothered by the stains on the upper part of the wall and the ceiling. Aside from having a massage chair, it was an ordinary business hotel, but perhaps due to the long weekend, the price was quite high, and I felt the cost performance wasn't very good.
