    Conveniently located near the station.

    A clean and convenient Hotel located near Shimonoseki Station. It’s a bit disappointing that there don’t seem to be many dining options nearby.

    I stayed here due to...

    I stayed here due to an unexpected errand. Conveniently located very close to Shimonoseki Station, this is a new and clean Hotel. It’s a standard Business Hotel, but the amenities are well stocked and there is also a large public bath, so I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the station.

    This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to get anywhere without worrying about exact schedules. The property was clean, and I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.

    I would not want to stay here again.

    The overall guest room was clean, but mold in the bathroom was quite noticeable. Additionally, the bathroom ventilation seemed less effective compared to other Hotels. Is cleaning being properly conducted? Furthermore, the air conditioning was noisy, and there was a continuous sound of water flowing from the ceiling of the room, making it difficult to sleep well.

    Great value for money!

    Great value for money! Despite being affordable, the amenities are excellent! The razor was even a 4-blade type, something I've only seen at luxury accommodations. Everything you need is within walking distance. Service was average, and I didn't use the large public bath, so I rated it 3 out of 5.

    Great value for money

    The Room was small but just the right size and exceptionally clean. As a surprise, we received a 1000 yen coupon at the front desk, which we used the next day at Kamon Wharf to enjoy a seafood bowl. The Ishin-no-Yu bath was also clean and provided a pleasant bathing experience; while it didn’t feel like a large public bath, hygiene was well-maintained. Breakfast was Japanese-style and decent. If I have another chance to visit Shimonoseki, I’d love to stay again as a repeat guest. Thank you for holding my luggage after check-out!

    The room curtains are disappointing.

    The parking service from early morning was satisfactory, and the location is convenient. However, one issue is that the bed is placed against a window with curtains. The curtains had not been cleaned and emitted a strong odor, which was very unpleasant when lying down. It was impossible to sleep comfortably as I couldn't leave the curtains open while sleeping. I suggest either replacing the curtains with blinds, ensuring they are always clean, or moving the bed away from the window.

    Completely different from the photos.

    This Hotel is not suitable for featuring on IKYU. The actual condition is significantly older than the photos. Even considering it was for a conference, paying 30,000 yen for such a Facility is unacceptable. The shower in the Room couldn't even reach my face from 20 cm away. Previously, I couldn't book through Rakuten and made a Reservation here instead, but again, the photos were misleading. If IKYU does not thoroughly inspect the properties they feature, their value as a platform promoting luxury Hotels diminishes greatly.

    The front desk servi...

    The front desk service was not satisfactory. Although there were several staff members, only the person handling the reception greeted guests, while the others appeared unfriendly. The staff member assisting us seemed inexperienced and unaccustomed to the role, yet there was no support from other staff. The air purifier in the Room had a filter cleaning light on, dust accumulated at the vent, and water for humidification of unknown origin was left inside, giving the impression it had been neglected rather than maintained. Due to the poor reception service, I didn’t feel like contacting the front desk and chose not to use the air purifier. It was a disappointing Hotel experience, especially for what was supposed to be a memorable trip from the Kanto region.

    I was satisfied.

    This was my first time staying here, and I found the location convenient and the Room very clean with a spacious bed. The amenities are self-service at the front desk, but I felt that the amount of toothpaste provided might be slightly insufficient for two uses—before bed and after breakfast. There is a clean public bath in the basement with about five washing stations, and I appreciated being able to stretch out and relax in the tub. I chose a breakfast-included Plan, but it only offered Japanese-style meals. It would be nice if there were an option to choose between Japanese or Western-style meals. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    Great location

    The location was excellent, and the amenities and Room met expectations. However, the bath was small for the size of the Hotel and was crowded, which was disappointing. Additionally, it was very unpleasant to see a parent and child with poor manners monopolizing the washing area or sink in the changing room for a long time and swimming in the bathtub despite the crowd.

    Convenient for check...

    Convenient for check-in near the station A bit inconvenient for sightseeing as it is slightly away from downtown. The Room I used was spacious and nice for a Business Hotel. The price was also cheap, so I would like to stay again.

    It was a convenient and comfortable Hotel.

    The hotel is conveniently located for getting anywhere, with plenty of surrounding facilities, making it easy to use. The large public bath was also comfortable.
