    This was my third stay at a Via Inn Hotel, following Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi and Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi. Wherever I go, the Via Inn group consistently offers Facilities, service, and amenities that I find satisfying every time. I had another comfortable stay this time as well. Breakfast has its own特色 at each Hotel, and I always look forward to it—this time the inari sushi and tofu were especially delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    I usually skip writing Reviews, but this place offered great value for money. The bed firmness and the warmth of the duvet were just right, and I slept very well. The meals are thoughtfully prepared, and it seems they make sure the menu doesn’t repeat even on a Multiple Night Stay. The Room is simple and easy to use. Very relaxing. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, plenty of places to eat nearby, and it’s close to the station. If possible, I’d love it if check-in were at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. I’d like to stay again.

    Located in a bustling area, yet quiet and pleasant.

    Previously stayed for a live event in Amerikamura, this time I stayed to attend the final day of the Expo. Close to Shinsaibashi Station, but located on the Yotsubashisuji side rather than Midosuji, making it quiet even at night. The Non-Smoking Double A Room is mostly occupied by the bed, but it's sufficient if you're just there to sleep. I slept very well. Check-out was quick and convenient with a machine. The bathroom in the room is small (standard size for a Business Hotel), so it would be nice if it were slightly larger or if there was a public bath available; however, considering the reasonable accommodation cost, it's understandable. This is an efficient and excellent hotel for those busy with work, leisure, or sightseeing!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    There are many hotels in Osaka, but it is rare to find one that satisfies location, price, comfort, and meals all at once. I have used this Hotel multiple times.

    A safe and comfortable Hotel in Shinsaibashi!

    Stayed here for the first time. This is a reliable Via Inn brand Hotel. If you are looking for a Business Hotel near Namba and close to Nikko, I would recommend it.

    Extremely Convenient Hotel

    This was my first stay. I chose this Hotel for dining at a nearby French restaurant and attending the Kunpu Kabuki performance at Shochikuza Theater. It is conveniently located near Midosuji Shinsaibashi, with Ame-mura, Daimaru Main Building, OPA, and PARCO all within close proximity. Dotonbori and Namba are also within walking distance. Both dining and shopping were very convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the guest room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was clean, conveniently located, and provided a comfortable stay. I stayed for 2 nights, and while the breakfast menu had slight variations each day and wasn't extensive, it conveyed a sense of hospitality. The only downside was the yellowing of the sink in the bathroom.

    Although the Room was near the elevator, there was no noticeable noise and I had a comfortable stay. However, it was disappointing that the shower water pressure was weak, and the provided hair dryer was dirty and covered with dust.

    A hotel with good convenience and a sense of security

    Excellent location with great convenience. As a brand of the JR West group, the elevator faces the front desk, ensuring security, and the comfort unique to a small Hotel has kept me coming back for over 10 years. This time, with an increase in inbound guests, the atmosphere has changed slightly, and I was particularly concerned about the manners at the breakfast venue. I believe the increase in tourists is irreversible. Not limited to your VIA IN, I wonder how we can ensure that visitors are aware they are in another country and understand and adhere to the level of manners expected in public places in Japan.

    Convenient, comfortable, good breakfast

    Conveniently located near Shinsaibashi Station. While there were some inbound guests, there was no discomfort. A clean and quiet environment ensured a comfortable stay. The female staff at the front desk provided an average service, while the breakfast venue staff were pleasant. I chose the Japanese set meal for breakfast, which was delicious. The semi-buffet style, where you can have refills of pickles, rice, and miso soup, was also good. The option to have coffee in the room is a nice touch. The facilities were new, but stains in the water areas were noticeable. There was a notice in the room prohibiting hair coloring, indicating they have had issues with guests lacking manners.
