    I stayed for three n...

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip. The roads around the Hotel weren’t exactly clean, but there’s an entrance to the underground shopping area right in front of the Hotel, so I was able to avoid most of the heat and odors. The room was a typical Business Hotel, and breakfast was mostly standard frozen items commonly served at Hotels. That said, the front desk staff—and especially the team at the breakfast venue—provided very pleasant service, which left a great impression.

    Close to the station!

    Being close to the station was very convenient for travelers with luggage. The staff were also very helpful.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff provided exceptional service! During check-in, without me asking, they noticed my address and immediately inferred that I would be returning home the next day. They informed me about the heavy snow causing all trains to be suspended and even helped me find a way to get back. I checked in after 11 PM, planning to rest quickly, so if I had gone straight to bed without knowing about the train situation, I would have been panicked the next morning. Thanks to their help, I was able to handle everything smoothly! Thank you very much!

    I got lost as I am not familiar with the area.

    The access guide to the Hotel was a bit confusing, and I got lost, possibly because I'm not familiar with the Umeda area. However, the staff's response was not bad. The surrounding area is close to a nightlife district and was quite lively. Unfortunately, music could be heard until past 11 PM and started again around 9 AM, which made it difficult to sleep well. I was satisfied with the Room as it had a separate bath and toilet. However, since the Room is small, even though it was a twin Room, the beds were placed right next to each other. It would have been better if there were more space between them.

    Disappointing

    Stayed in two Rooms at Via Inn Shing, but one Room was different from the image and disappointing. Breakfast was good for adults, but it would be better with some meat dishes. There are few washing machines, and staff do not collect laundry after completion (even when contacted), leaving it to the guests' goodwill, which is very disappointing. If staff do not collect laundry, the phrase "staff collection" should be removed from the laundry room notice.

    The location was excellent.

    This was my first time staying at this accommodation, which I had been curious about for a while. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The convenience of getting to Osaka Station without any trouble was also a great advantage. I would love to stay here again.

    The staff was kind and very helpful. When I couldn't figure out the directions from Osaka Station to the Hotel, they patiently explained everything until I arrived, which was a great help. The Room felt a bit humid even with the air conditioner set to dry mode. I also noticed that the drainage in the unit bath was not very good. It took about 10 minutes on foot from Osaka Station, but there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.

    The location was excellent and very convenient. I had a great time enjoying drinks during my long-awaited visit home. I would love to stay here again next time.

    It was clean.

    The location is convenient if you can figure out the position of Umeda Station and the Hotel (and avoid getting lost), but the area around the Hotel is quite lively. However, inside the Hotel, it is calm, clean, and not cramped, making for a comfortable stay. The double Room attracted me with its two windows, but in reality, I hardly opened them. The larger window faced a neighboring building's window view, so there was no sense of openness. Even for single use, having two sets of towels was nice; however, there were no water bottles provided. The hairdryer was a new Panasonic model and clean but had only one airflow setting—making it difficult for women to style their hair properly. The standard checkout time is 10:00 AM; I considered extending it to 12:00 PM (1 hour for 1,000 yen) but ended up not opting for late checkout due to a change in plans. Later on, I found out that free membership registration would have allowed me to check out at 12:00 PM—I wish this had been mentioned when I inquired during check-in! This Hotel would be fantastic for business trips but feels less ideal for sightseeing purposes.

    I think it is a good Hotel as a Business Hotel.

    I stayed here during a business trip to Osaka. I checked in after 9 PM, and the front desk staff handled the process efficiently, though without much warmth. Before heading to my Room, I picked up amenities, coffee, and tea as needed. However, charging 100 yen for a razor felt unreasonable (almost like being overcharged). My Room was on the 5th floor, but unfortunately, it faced an emergency staircase of the building across from it. This made it impossible to open the blinds as anyone using the stairs could see directly into my Room. The Room felt slightly more spacious than a typical Business Hotel room and appeared clean and well-maintained. Since I only needed a place to sleep during my trip, this was sufficient for me; however, next time I might request a higher floor (though I'm not sure if such requests are accommodated).

    Could it be due to the Expo?

    Probably, if it weren't for the Expo, you might stay at places like Granvia, but the prices are high and exceed the business trip budget. This was my first time using this accommodation, and I was shocked to find that disposable razors and combs were charged. It's likely written clearly if you read the details carefully during reservation, so it's my mistake. However, staying at a Business Hotel near Umeda on a weekday Tuesday with a charge for combs and razors exceeding 15,000 yen was surprising.

    Accessible via the underground walkway from JR Osaka Station and Hankyu Umeda Station, Ohatsu Tenjin Street is just a 1-minute walk away. Located along a very lively street, there is a convenience store on the first floor. The Room is compact but highly functional.

    It's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, but it's in a convenient location. The surrounding area is a bit noisy as it's a nightlife district, but the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The surprising highlight was the breakfast. You can choose between Japanese and Western cuisine, with small dishes, salads, and bread to match, all in a buffet-style breakfast restaurant. The staff were very pleasant, and the view from the 12th-floor restaurant was also wonderful. Moreover, it was reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

    Good access

    Close to the downtown area and near the underground entrance, it is easy to access various lines in Osaka Umeda. Considering the location, the price is very reasonable. The Facility is simple, well-arranged, and user-friendly, with a relatively new building. There is a convenience store on the first floor, which is convenient for business travelers. The staff is diverse, but the impression is that overseas staff tend to work more diligently with fewer mistakes.

    No issues for business use!

    The building and rooms are clean, so I would like to use it every time. The cost is also reasonable. The room size is minimal, but I think it's practical.
