Great value! The air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the entire property.

    I found the location...

I found the location very convenient, close to the station. I appreciated being able to take amenities from the front desk. I was especially happy that the roomwear was a separate set. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. Thank you very much for even giving me a special birthday-month gift.

The check-in support was excellent from the start.

At first, I went to the wrong place (not West) and tried to check in, but the staff kindly explained how to get to West. When I arrived there, they also assisted me politely and said, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” This time, I only took a bath and went to sleep, so it was time to check out right away. I didn’t use the refrigerator or kettle, so I can’t comment on those, but everything else was very good.

At the very least, I want the place to be thoroughly cleaned.

The wall near the bed was dirty. I noticed it before going to sleep, so I didn’t change Rooms, but I accidentally touched it without realizing and it was unpleasant. The Room had only three hangers, which was inconvenient in winter because I needed to hang a coat, a suit, a dress shirt, HeatTech items, etc. all together. Also, there was a refrigerator under the hanger rack, so I couldn’t hang trousers or a coat on the rack. I stay at various Hotels several times a month, and even compared with other Hotels, I think this should be improved.

    Very close to the station.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the JR Shin-Osaka Station exit with luggage. Elevators are available only from the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line exit. Check-in is operated by a machine, making the process quick and efficient. Rooms in Japanese chain hotels tend to be small, but the proximity to the station makes it convenient for catching trains the next morning. If you need to take a train the following day, this is an ideal choice.

    No air conditioning.

No individual air conditioning control for each Room. Instructions for using the washing machine could be more detailed. From the second day, there was a slightly mysterious smell in the bathroom.

    A bit old.

A nostalgic Business Hotel with everything feeling old-fashioned. The water facilities, the amenities, and even the staff. The Room is small, and when sitting at the desk chair, it hits the bed behind. The shower temperature adjustment knob was broken, making it impossible to control the water temperature—it stayed lukewarm, but I endured it. When I informed the staff about this issue during checkout, all I received was a simple "We apologize," without any effort to investigate further. With recent budget Hotels improving their hospitality standards, this experience was a bit disappointing.

    Neither good nor bad.

Prices for nearby accommodations double during the Expo. The only place to stay at a reasonable price. It's decent. It won't disappoint expectations, but please stop the elevator from stopping on the 2nd floor every time.

    Access Only...

The access from Shin-Osaka Station is convenient, but the Room is small and not thoroughly cleaned. A used toothpaste container, likely from the previous guest, was left near the faucet. The provided body soap had an unpleasant smell. Even on a low setting, the air conditioner was too strong, making it difficult to sleep as I had to keep turning it on and off. Additionally, the footlight was out and did not work. I would not stay here again...

Compared to Tennoji, but it was comfortable.

Stayed in central Osaka during the holiday period and found this accommodation. Most places outside the Kansai Airport area were expensive, but I discovered this one near Shin-Osaka. Having stayed at the same hotel chain in Tennoji last year, I had no concerns. On the day of arrival, I arrived late and followed station directions to reach the East building. However, my reservation was for the West building. After receiving a map, I walked over. Although slightly confusing to find, I arrived safely and checked in smoothly. My room was on a high floor (8th). The room wasn’t spacious but was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable with ample size and slightly firm support. On the same floor were vending machines and an ice maker—very convenient! The view from my window faced a wall of a nearby building; well, it’s expected in urban areas. Breakfast was served at "Ganko," which is an izakaya—a surprising choice compared to their Tennoji location's service style. Ganko isn’t available in Kanto regions, so it felt fresh to me. They offered Osaka specialties like kushikatsu (skewered cutlets), anago sushi (conger eel sushi), and beef tendon dishes—all enjoyable! The male staff member there had a loud voice typical of Osaka locals but was attentive; when I dropped my chopsticks accidentally, he promptly brought me new ones. I had breakfast three times during my stay; while there wasn’t much variation each day, it didn’t feel repetitive or boring. Heading back to the station via Nihon Seimei Building made navigation easier—it’s also possible to avoid getting wet on rainy days using this route! Access to Shinkansen trains or subways is quick from here; however, local train lines are farther away—making West Wing more convenient for those purposes. Overall satisfaction: high! However, two points stood out: 1) Poor soundproofing from outside noise—on my second night, nearby fire alarms disrupted sleep unpleasantly. 2) Complimentary amenities lacked razors—they were only available for purchase. While likely an eco-conscious decision by management that’s understandable now—I wasn’t aware beforehand so ended up buying one at 7-Eleven downstairs! Personally satisfied overall—and grateful they offered such reasonable rates during peak holiday season!

    The Hotel offers goo...

The Hotel offers good value for the price. It's sufficient if you're just looking for a place to sleep, and it's conveniently located near the station via a pedestrian bridge. I would use it again if I have the chance. Thank you!
