    The breakfast was excellent.

    I stayed here to attend a Takarazuka performance. The breakfast was just the right amount, delicious, and very satisfying. Rather than having too many options or gimmicks, the portions were appropriate and everything tasted great—really excellent. Even those who tend to eat too much in the morning can feel at ease and still enjoy lunch gourmet food later… One thing: after entering my Room (since I didn’t turn on the TV, I wasn’t sure whether there was Wi‑Fi), I asked the front desk and was told the network name and password. It might be helpful to have this information displayed in the Room or included in a brochure.

    As expected from a JR Hotel.

    The elevator lobbies on each floor are fun and unique. We stayed on the 8th-floor “Tako no Hatchan” floor, and we were surprised when the doors opened on the 5th floor to reveal a station name sign and platform benches. The Room was clean, odor-free, and comfortable.

    A Breakfast to Remember

    I was so happy to be able to choose my onigiri fillings (mentaiko, pickled plum, bonito flakes with cheese, salt-koji grilled mackerel, and about eight kinds in total) and enjoy them freshly made—they were delicious. There were also seasoned greens, fish, tonjiru (it was so good I had seconds), dessert (the pudding was amazing), and a green smoothie (I had seconds). It wasn’t a flashy menu at all, but it hit all the right notes—an outstanding breakfast. I’d love to stay again and enjoy the breakfast.

    A Heartfelt Breakfast

    Just as the Reviews say, the breakfast is wonderful. Not only are the signature rice balls excellent, but the Japanese side dishes are also high quality. If only the Room Facilities could be renovated!

    Breakfast has improved.

    Compared to the previous breakfast, it has improved dramatically. The rice balls (especially the rice) were great, and the buffet-style side dishes (especially the fried chicken) were also excellent. Overall, I feel the value for money has improved significantly. It’s perfect for business travelers who barely have time to eat lunch on work trips. I’ve been staying at other chain hotels recently, but I’ll make this my regular Hotel again. Please keep doing your best to maintain this price without raising it.

    I stayed here for sightseeing.

    I stayed here because I expected to get back late due to the fireworks festival. After picking up my stored luggage, I checked in at the self-service machine, chose my amenities, and headed to my Room. Since I only planned to sleep, the Room felt compact—about what I expected. The wall-mounted TV was slightly crooked, which made it awkward and hard to watch. When I went for breakfast, it was a buffet but there were no trays, so I had to keep going back and forth to set down plates and cups each time, which was confusing. It was fine for me since I had time while sightseeing, but for business travelers or anyone on a schedule, it would probably feel inconvenient. There were many fish-based dishes, and I was disappointed that there wasn’t even ham or sausages. The hearty pork miso soup with lots of ingredients and the rice balls made fresh in front of you were delicious.

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    This was my first time staying here. It was very convenient, as it’s close to Shin-Osaka Station. The best part was the breakfast—there was a great variety of options, and everything was delicious! The made-to-order rice balls were also very tasty. A couple of things I noticed: the humidifier water tank in the air purifier was empty, and I would have liked a tabletop mirror. Also, personally, having white lighting would be helpful when applying makeup. That said, the staff were very friendly, and I’d like to stay here again.

    Breakfast is super delicious!

    I didn't have high expectations due to the affordable price, but this hotel is worth staying at just for the breakfast. Although the selection of dishes is limited to Japanese cuisine, each dish is of high quality, with attention to detail even in the presentation, and the taste was exceptional. Many breakfast buffets tend to skimp on items like miso soup, but this hotel served piping hot miso soup with plenty of ingredients and a first-class flavor that made me want seconds. The freshly made rice balls prepared right in front of you were delicious, and the homemade pudding was outstanding as well. Without a doubt, I will stay here again for my next business trip to Osaka.

    I mistook it for an affiliated Hotel in the area.

    When checking in, I realized I had mistaken it for the affiliated hotel on the opposite side of the station, but they kindly informed me. Please be careful when using this service. The Room felt quite old, and you could hear train noises from the Facility, but its convenience is excellent. It seems like a very practical Hotel for those checking in at night and departing early in the morning.

    This was my second stay at this accommodation. It’s always popular, and reservations fill up quickly. The reason is the high-quality breakfast: traditional side dishes, hearty pork miso soup, freshly made rice balls upon order, smoothies, and pudding. No matter how many nights you stay, you’ll never get tired of it! Its popularity is well-deserved! One amenity I’d love to see added is bath salts. A smaller amount that matches the hotel’s bathtub would be even better. Please consider this suggestion. The meticulous cleaning down to removing weeds from the flower beds at the entrance was impressive, and the staff's hospitality with their greetings and smiles made for a very pleasant stay. I definitely want to stay here again—it’s highly recommended! Once your plans are set, book early—and don’t forget to include breakfast!

    Simple is best.

    I was just looking for a place to sleep since I was traveling alone and leaving early in the morning, but I was able to relax a bit in the Room. The Room was clean and tidy. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing—I even wanted to buy them!

    Delicious morning rice balls

    I booked a cheap Business Hotel near the station for attending a conference. I didn’t have high expectations, but after enjoying the rice balls in the morning, I felt it was a great value. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station, the warm rice balls for breakfast were delicious, and the side dishes were also tasty! There was nothing in particular to be concerned about. I would love to stay here again.

    Thank you to the staff at the entrance for their assistance. However, there was one disappointing issue. When I tried to use the coin laundry, two out of the three machines were being monopolized by foreign tourists for an extended period. The woman waiting before me also had no choice but to give up. It might be helpful to strengthen notices in foreign languages regarding proper usage.

    The breakfast rice balls were delicious.

    Close to the station and a convenience store, this Hotel is very convenient. The Room is not particularly spacious but clean. I tried breakfast for the first time, and the made-to-order rice balls were surprisingly delicious. While the buffet doesn't offer a large variety of dishes, the taste is quite good.

    The assigned Room smelled of tobacco.

    The assigned Room smelled of smoke, so I contacted the front desk. They promptly changed the Room for me. However, I noticed hair debris in the unit bath and some mold, which made me feel that cleaning was not thorough. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection but was delicious.

    The walls are thin.

    Close to the Shinkansen ticket gates, the location was very convenient. Check-in and check-out were done via a dedicated machine, allowing payment there as well, so there was minimal interaction with staff. However, having someone at the reception desk even late at night provided reassurance. The Room was old but well-cleaned, and the towels were fluffy. A high-performance humidifier was available and much appreciated during our stay. The bedding was thin, making it necessary to turn up the heating as the Room felt cold. Additionally, it seemed like the walls were thin; I could hear voices from next door as well as phone vibrations and alarm sounds clearly, which made it hard to relax. Overall rating: If this had been priced around 6,000 yen per night, I would have given 4 stars; however, since it cost more than double on a weekend stay, my rating is stricter.

    It was hot...

    I usually use the main entrance, but this time I stayed here for the first time because it was reasonably priced. This location was also close to the station, easy to find, and convenient. There was a convenience store nearby, and the area was quiet, so the location was great. The Room was a bit small but clean. However, since the air conditioning was centrally controlled, there were only HIGH and LOW settings in the Room and I couldn’t adjust the temperature, so it felt hot. It wasn’t unbearable, but as someone who gets hot easily it was tough. I would have preferred air conditioning that could be set in the Room. If I had asked at the front desk, would it have been possible to borrow a fan? Also, there was too much of a step up into the bathroom area of the Room, which felt a bit dangerous. Other than that, I was satisfied. The staff were kind as well. Thank you very much for your help. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.
