    Great value for money.

    I stayed here again after a long time. It’s close to the station, but set slightly back from Karasuma-dori and Shijo-dori, so I was able to enjoy a quiet stay. I appreciated having drip coffee among the amenities. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable, so I’d like to stay again someday.

    Great location—very satisfied!

    Great location and very convenient. The in-room facilities are a bit dated, but everything is clean and more than satisfactory. I booked a single, but the bed was quite wide (possibly upgraded by the Hotel?), making it very comfortable. Having plenty of power outlets is also surprisingly useful. I really appreciate being able to check the laundry availability in real time. Excellent value for money—this has become my go-to Hotel in Kyoto, and I’ve already made Reservations for multiple stays up to a year ahead. Next time, I’ll try a plan with meals included. Thank you, and I look forward to staying again.

    The Room may feel small with suitcases, but it is spacious enough for sleeping. The service is good. The shower pressure is slightly weak. Since the smoking area is only on the first floor, it is a bit inconvenient. Overall, this is a high-quality Hotel.

    This Hotel offers a calm atmosphere despite being close to the station and the downtown area. The Room is small, but the bed is spacious, so I was satisfied. I felt it was an excellent value-for-money Hotel.

    Overnight stay after the appreciation party

    I stayed here for the first time because I was going to be late due to a get-together and had an early appointment the next day. It was a typical Business Hotel, but the front desk staff member, who also handled the garage, kindly guided me outside even in the cold weather—I was almost worried they might catch a cold. The location is convenient, so I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    As it’s a Business Hotel, I didn’t expect much service, and the simple, no-frills atmosphere was fine. However, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so it was a bit cold.

    Parking available.

    I live in the countryside, and it takes 40 minutes by car to get to the nearest station. Since there are no buses, I always travel by private car, so a Hotel with parking is greatly appreciated. I was worried about multi-story parking, but I am grateful for being allowed to park in the driveway.

    Cheap-looking Business Hotel

    The room was small and poorly equipped, with no light switch near the window. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was weak, and there were no bottled waters provided. While some eco-friendly hotels offer water stations on each floor and pitchers in the room for refills, this Hotel had neither of those options nor bottled water available. Despite it being peak autumn season, staying here for 45,000 yen per night was a terrible experience.

    The clock was running late.

    The Room had an analog alarm clock, but it was over an hour behind at check-in. I adjusted the time then, but by the next morning, it was about two hours behind. The toilet's bidet function did not work even after waiting for about five minutes. Other than that, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was just the right amount for me and delicious. It seems there wasn’t a brush among the free amenities, so I recommend bringing one with you.

    Just a Hotel for the Location

    Everything is outdated with no redeeming features, except for the location. The breakfast is served by an unfriendly female staff member who noisily places trays. This accommodation is a place to stay only when nearby hotels are fully booked.

    Clean and user-friendly.

    This was my first stay, and the accommodation was clean and easy to use. It was soundproofed and quiet. However, I was slightly concerned about the security as anyone could enter the building. It would be reassuring if only guests could access the elevator with a touch-in feature. Both the shampoo and body soap were transparent, so it’s easy to mix them up by mistake. It would be helpful if they were color-coded, such as transparent for shampoo, white for conditioner, and pink for body soap. Also, it would have been nice if there was a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. The desk in the room was spacious and convenient; the hairdryer was easy to use; and the bathroom was bright and comfortable to use. I will definitely stay here again!

    Convenient location and a comfortable stay.

    Conveniently located near Shijo Station with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in. The bathtub had some slight discoloration, so I only used the shower this time. The shower had good water pressure, and the provided amenities like shampoo were easy to use. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I would like to stay again if given the opportunity.

    Is there a staff shortage? After checking in past 3 PM and heading to the guest room floor, I noticed piles of linens blocking the signage for rooms. When I asked a staff member working nearby, they kindly directed me to my room. While I appreciated their hard work and expressed my gratitude, it raises questions about the hotel's management. During my bath, I found the surface of the bathtub rough and seemingly not thoroughly cleaned. The dirt around the waterline was particularly noticeable and appeared to be limescale buildup. Additionally, the bidet was broken; it only made a trickling sound without producing any strong water flow. While such issues might be tolerable at an accommodation priced around 4,000 yen per night, this room cost over 15,000 yen for a last-minute reservation. Improvements are needed.

    Clean and comfortable

    The Room is not spacious, but it is very clean and equipped with everything necessary, which was highly satisfying. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with warm smiles.

    It was my first time, but it was great.

    This was my first stay. I tend to develop bronchial asthma, so I was a bit concerned, but the Room was clean, including the vents, air conditioning, walls, and bathtub, and there were no issues at all. The air conditioner blades were positioned so they didn't blow directly on my face (in other Hotels I've had to adjust them myself), which made it comfortable. There are no female-oriented amenities like lotion or cotton pads (I always use my own anyway, so it wasn't an issue), but the price is very reasonable. I would love to stay again.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were very kind. The Room was more spacious than expected, but there wasn't enough space for luggage for two people. There was no complimentary mineral water service, so we bought some at a nearby convenience store. While not extremely close to the station, the Hotel is conveniently located.

    There were inbound guests as well, but I was able to spend my time quietly without any noise. The breakfast bread was very delicious and reasonably priced, which made me satisfied. I would like to stay at this property again.

    Thank you very much for your attentive and courteous service, from storing our luggage before check-in. The check-in process was also very smooth, and when it seemed like there might be a line forming, the front desk staff promptly came out from the back to assist, which was wonderful. When I called to extend the check-out time for a fee, I was very grateful for the compact and helpful information provided, such as Discount Coupons, even in the early morning. At check-out, the staff provided clear and efficient instructions, making the process smooth and easy. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

    First stay.

    The location was also good. I felt insecure about the security because the Hotel allowed pressing the buttons for each floor without a card key when going from the elevator to the Room. The Room had an air purifier and humidifier, making it comfortable. Exit 1 of Shijo Station is an elevator. You will arrive at the Hotel in a few minutes. There is also a Lawson near the Hotel. There is also a bus stop. The location is excellent.

    About Amenities

    I used it for work over the weekend. It exceeded 20,000 yen for a double room, but the system requires guests to bring amenities from the lobby themselves. However, there were no razors or brushes, and when I went to the front desk later, they were charged. Since they are not included in the receipt, claiming them to the company is troublesome, and it seems like the cost-cutting is being passed onto the guests. This is unacceptable for over 20,000 yen.

    Since it is a popular tourist destination,

    Relatively close to Kyoto Station and easy to find from the nearest station. Conveniently, there is a convenience store right nearby. Equipped with a refrigerator, and the air conditioning and bathroom work without issues. However, the room is small. The futon is thin, and the pillow is hard (what material is it?). I wish there was at least a very thin closet. With tourists from both domestic and international locations flocking here, is this price reasonable!?

    A calm and simple hotel.

    I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but the location was very convenient, just a short distance from Karasuma Oike and with a convenience store next door. It was in a quiet area, just off a main street. The room was simple. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western styles, but for some reason, rice, bread, and drinks are served buffet-style (lol). I think it's a hotel where even a woman traveling alone can stay with peace of mind.
