    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. Not only the front desk staff but also the housekeeping team were polite and pleasant.

    Nagoya Sightseeing

    This Hotel didn’t even provide water in the room. At least drinks should be offered as a complimentary service. I was disappointed. This was the only difference compared with the Hotel I stayed at the previous night.

    Spacious beds!

    The Room was more spacious than expected and very clean, making it a pleasant stay. The bed was especially large and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing rest. However, the pillow felt a bit firm, and having an extra hand towel (for washing my face in the morning) would have made it perfect. It was very quiet and peaceful, allowing me to unwind. I would love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    Clean Guest Rooms

    The rooms are clean and comfortable. The large table was a nice touch. It would be helpful to have recommended route guidance on the website, as the hotel is a bit far from the station.

    The air conditioner had severe mold issues, which caused inconvenience.

    I have stayed at other Via Inn accommodations several times and felt they were clean, but this hotel was disappointing. The ceiling cassette air conditioner was covered in mold, which seemed harmful to health. Additionally, the bedside table had greasy residue from ointment or cosmetics left by a previous guest. While the staff were polite, the cleaning was inadequate, and I plan to avoid using this chain in the future.

    The room layout is excellent.

    This was my third stay. Although my memory of the previous visit (June?) is a bit vague, I was reminded of how well-designed this single room layout is. The island-style table, vinyl-covered bench seat, and bed arrangement make excellent use of the limited space. The closet is also efficient, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable 3-day stay. The only issue I noticed was with the bathroom drainage; it tends to overflow slightly, so you need to be careful not to get the bath mat wet. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and seems ideal for those traveling via Shinkansen.

    I used it for an eve...

    I used it for an event. It is close to Nagoya Station, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, so even a woman alone can shop late at night with peace of mind. The Room is compact yet functional. You can stay comfortably.

    A calm and clean Room

    We stayed here during our trip to Nagoya as a couple. The corner Room was spacious and comfortable. It had a raised entrance area where we could take off our shoes before entering. The bathroom included a washing area, which made us feel relaxed and at ease. For breakfast, we enjoyed Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and kishimen.

    Great value for money.

    Conveniently located near the station and directly connected to a convenience store, this accommodation was especially appreciated on a rainy day. The room featured flooring where you take off your shoes before entering, offering a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Despite its compact size, the design was efficient with no wasted space, and the independent bathroom with a washing area was truly impressive. This thoughtful layout, rarely found even in high-end hotels, made our stay after returning from travel feel as relaxing as being at home. The front desk staff were discreet yet attentive and well-trained, leaving a positive impression. It’s definitely a hotel I would like to stay at again.

    A bit disappointing, perhaps.

    Since the corona pandemic, I have been staying at various hotels around Nagoya Station. This time, I chose based on three points: JR West Japan, location, and breakfast service. Hmm... A bit disappointing. 1. Morning disappointment: Since it was a stay on New Year's Eve, a special breakfast menu was provided. Ozoni (Japanese New Year soup) with kishimen noodles, and a pseudo-unagi hitsumabushi (choice of either). The regular menu on other days had almost no protein, meaning no meat or fish, and felt like "salad, rice, soup, and bread." Perhaps because there was a special main menu, but it was quite disappointing. 2. Facility: I was aware of the room size when I confirmed the reservation, but even so, the room with twin beds was too small. There were marks from nails or screws on the wallpaper, so I will reconsider future use. Good points: On the contrary, what was good was that the breakfast staff was very dedicated, which was pleasant. Also, there was a convenience store, FamilyMart, on the first floor, which was very convenient. However, the Eska underground shopping street directly connected to the station had late operating hours, so it was unexpectedly not a passageway.

    There is no next.

    The new staff member at check-in seemed arrogant and gave the impression that they are not suited for customer service. When I entered the Room, there was something on the floor. A caterpillar? It was a small makeup brush. I felt a bit uncomfortable and asked for a Room change, but the new staff member came and picked it up, asking if there was anything else. When I filled the bath with water, bubbles floated up. I wondered if it was cleaned or if cleaning detergent was left behind. I never want to use this Hotel again. The fact that amenities are charged was also terrible, not worth the price.

    It was conveniently located close to the station.

    I think it's a reasonably priced hotel for staying near the station on a Friday. It was clean, so I would like to use it again when I have business in Nagoya.

    "Ordinary" business hotel

    I stayed at a hotel near Nagoya Station for a nap. There were absolutely no complaints or deficiencies regarding the facilities, amenities, meals, service, quietness, cleanliness, etc. However, there were also no distinctive features or special services, and no excitement. It's slightly more expensive compared to similar hotels nearby, so I might consider staying elsewhere next time, but since I don't want to take risks, I might end up staying here again. To reiterate, it's an extremely "ordinary" business hotel. I recommend it for those who just need a place to sleep.

    A relatively clean hotel close to the station.

    Stayed as a couple. Here's my impression of a weekday twin room with breakfast for 14,400 yen. The room is clean. Although small, it has two chairs and a table, making it quite convenient. The breakfast is also delicious. The gap between the twin beds is narrow, so if you drop something under the bed, it's hard to retrieve. There is one power outlet at the head of each bed, but one was broken and not working. I intended to mention it at checkout, but since it was an unmanned checkout, I couldn't inform the staff, so it might still be broken... Some amenities like brushes are charged. However, I think it's a good hotel for this price.
