    The Facility is new, and there is a convenience store nearby, making it comfortable.

    All the Facility features were new, and the amenities were well stocked, so I had a very comfortable stay. There was a convenience store and a mini supermarket nearby, which made it very convenient. It was also a plus that I could check the coin laundry status from my Room and watch YouTube. If I had to suggest improvements: (1) The breakfast selection was limited, with no standout items to whet the appetite, so it didn’t feel like good value for money. Perhaps because of that, there didn’t seem to be many guests using breakfast. My memory is vague, but I feel the Via Inn in Okayama had a better selection. (2) The smell from the smoking area near the front desk was noticeable; for non-smokers, this is quite a negative point.

    This Hotel offers great value for money.

    Close to Shinjuku-sanchome Station, with a clean and new interior. The Room is standard, but efficiently designed with no wasted space. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but there are options like tacos and tomato juice, which is satisfying. There are many international guests, but security is solid—for example, you can’t go upstairs without a key card. Check-in feels self-service, but the front desk staff will assist properly. With Accommodation costs rising recently, even old Hotels in good locations that aren’t well maintained can charge high rates; however, this Hotel is new and clean, reasonably priced for what you get, and easy to use.

    Attentive, courteous service

    Although I booked a No Meals Included plan and checked in late at night, after completing the procedure at the machine, a staff member kindly offered a brief explanation of the Hotel facilities and explained everything clearly. The Room was clean, and I think it offers excellent value for money among Business Hotels in this area.

    I will book again.

    This was my first time staying here. Overall, it was excellent! The Room is compact yet very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly until the alarm went off. At some Hotels, I can hardly sleep at all. The atmosphere here seems to have a good flow! Thank you very much. I will stay again.

    Convenient and great.

    The location was close to and easy to find from Shinjuku Sanchome Station exit. The noise from the main street was quite noticeable. The room was clean, and I didn't notice any noise from adjacent rooms, making it comfortable. The bed was spacious, and the pillow height suited me well.

    Great location and excellent value for money.

    The accommodation is relatively close to the station and offers reasonable prices for its convenient location. While it feels mostly self-service, it seems practical. Breakfast includes options like tacos and curry catering to international guests, and there is also a bus stop nearby for Shinjuku Isetan. Overall, it's a great hidden gem of a hotel.
