    I probably won’t use it again.

    I chose the most expensive Plan listed, recommended for couples with a 12:00 check-out, thinking I could rest well after a tough schedule that day, and stayed at this Hotel for the first time. However, my Room was next to the tracks, and I couldn’t fall asleep because of the noise of passing trains. When I finally managed to sleep, I was then woken up by a shrill telephone ring. So what was the point of this Plan? Despite the 12:00 check-out, I was fully woken up by 10:30. I will never stay at any Hotel in this chain again. At check-out, when I tried to return my card key, there was no apology—staff simply pointed to the return vending machine. I explained what had been mistaken and pushed the card back across the counter.

    Thank you to the staff.

    Before check-in, I went to the front desk to leave my luggage (bag). When I made a request to the front desk staff, they said, “I can’t guarantee it, but I understand,” so I had assumed it would probably be difficult. However, when I checked in at 17:30, everything had been arranged exactly as I requested. I can’t share the details of what I asked for, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to that staff member. This is an excellent Hotel with outstanding staff. I wanted to thank them in person the next day, but couldn’t find them, so I’m reaching out through this Review instead. Thank you again for your continued support.

    Because this is a high-rise Hotel...

    As this is a high-floor Hotel with only two elevators, we often had to wait for an elevator. Other than that, it was a good Hotel with a standard level of service.

    Close to Akihabara S...

    Close to Akihabara Station and located in a quiet area. The room might be slightly small, but considering the price, the cost performance was excellent. I will stay again.

    Overall, it was good.

    The location, view, and staff service were satisfactory, but the bathroom door did not close properly, which was inconvenient.

    Convenient and easy access.

    The reception at check-in was very kind and accommodating. However, I had trouble with the room's air conditioning; it made a strange noise throughout my stay, making it impossible to sleep. I noticed this late at night after taking a bath and unpacking in the room, so I decided to endure it but regretted not requesting a room change in the morning. It would be best to have it repaired. I informed the front desk staff upon departure but am noting it here as well for reference. Additionally, the drainage in the bathroom was poor and took a long time to clear. This is a compact and pleasant hotel with well-trained staff, so I hope these issues can be improved as I would like to stay again in the future.

    Second Stay

    This is my second stay. The twin room had a separate toilet and bathroom, and I enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub. The dining map provided at the front desk for nearby restaurants was very helpful. I will definitely use this accommodation again.

    The bathroom having a window was a nice feature.

    Conveniently close to the station if you know the way, and surprisingly quiet. Compact yet sufficient. The bathroom, in particular, had a window and offered a relaxing experience.

    This is the second time.

    The first time, I stayed in a twin room with my mother, and this time I stayed in a single room. The room was clean and very nice. It is close to Akihabara Station and is one of the hotels I would like to use again.

    A comfortable Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    The group Hotel was great, and this time I stayed in Akihabara. It is close to the station but offers a relatively calm environment. There are shops nearby, making it convenient. The Room was comfortable with no issues. I look forward to staying again in the future.

    The location is good, but...

    The location is good as it is just a short walk across a narrow bridge from Akihabara Station. The room is spacious enough for one person. I requested a high floor, but since it was along the railway, the sound of the trains was quite noticeable. Also, there was an empty plastic bottle left in the back under the refrigerator, which made me feel the cleaning was insufficient. It was quite unpleasant. I had requested a blanket in advance and borrowed one, but I was surprised when it was handed to me at check-in despite carrying a lot of luggage. I learned that while many hotels prepare such items in the room beforehand, there are also hotels like this.

    Upgrade

    I accidentally booked a smoking room, but when I requested a change, they upgraded me to a non-smoking room. Thank you for your always kind response. As expected.
