    The concierge service is wonderful.

    Stayed for one night. I couldn’t hear noise from the neighboring rooms and slept well. I wasn’t sure how to do the self check-in and had forgotten my room card, but the wonderful concierge helped me. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops nearby, which was very convenient.

    Close to the station

    Close and convenient to Oimachi Station. There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor. The Room is clean. Relatively high soundproofing, so you won't hear noise from surrounding rooms. Ideal for visiting Tokyo Big Sight.

    Great location.

    Just two stops from Ebisu Station and very close to the station. There are many shops around the station, so you won't get bored even at night. I would love to stay here again!

    Would love to visit again.

    The compact single room had enough space to open a suitcase, which was great! The elevator and hallway were slightly warm, but since the time spent there was only about a minute, it was manageable. I would definitely stay here again. That's really the only minor issue.

    Cleaning

    Premium Room After check-in, while sitting on the bed and looking towards the TV, refrigerator, and desk, I noticed a clump of dust under the refrigerator door. There was also accumulated dust in the corner under the table near the mirror. Seeing these dust clumps in a closed room made it feel suffocating as I couldn't open the windows. However, with its proximity to the station and a large post office, it was a conveniently located and easy-to-use Hotel.

    I often use this accommodation during business trips due to its convenience of being a few minutes' walk from the station and having direct access to my workplace without transfers. The self-service check-in and check-out machines save time, which is truly appreciated. However, as is often the case with unit baths, the drainage isn't great, which is something I find bothersome every time. I plan to stay here again for future business trips.

    Not suitable for female guests.

    The amenities only included a toothbrush, coffee, tea, and a body towel, so I had to go to a nearby 100-yen shop to buy a shower cap and hairbrush. I was surprised by the lack of amenities compared to other hotels in the same class. It would be nice if you could provide a women's set upon request instead of having it as standard. This was my second stay, but I remember there being more amenities before. Since there's a convenience store on the first floor and coffee and tea aren't necessary, please consider providing more women-friendly amenities.

    Affordable and close to the station

    There is a Hankyu store on the way to the station, and there are also shops inside the station, with a convenience store on the first floor. There are several shops nearby as well. Although it's close to the station, it's a calm and quiet area. The breakfast buffet offers two types of rice, about three types of bread, and plenty of side dishes. The steamed vegetables in the bamboo steamer were a delightful start to the day. I stayed on the ladies' floor this time and felt very secure. It's just one stop from Shinagawa, making it very accessible, so I would love to stay here again.

    The system is efficient when storing luggage.

    It was convenient that there was a locker room-like space to store luggage before check-in and after check-out, so there was no need to stop by the front desk. However, when I first tried to leave my luggage at the front desk, not knowing about this, the male staff just coldly said, "It's over there," which was unhelpful for someone visiting the Hotel for the first time. The staff wasn't very friendly during check-in either (another male staff member). I don't think the Hotel itself is new, so there were some inconveniences like the desk lamp not working, but I can't complain since it was conveniently located and affordable. The water pressure in the shower was weak. I hope this information is helpful for those who prefer stronger pressure.

    Front Desk Service

    I stayed for two nights without meals. The front desk service was impressive and pleasant. It was very convenient to store my luggage smoothly upon arrival and before departure. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    It's an ordinary business hotel.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station and has a convenience store on the first floor. It was nice to have a place to store luggage until check-in, but I was disappointed with the lack of amenities.
