    Regarding breakfast

    It was disappointing that there were no soft-boiled eggs. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

    Room cleaning is inadequate.

    The exterior and hallways were quite clean, but upon entering the room and placing my luggage, I noticed dried food crumbs in the corner. The bed seemed to lack a locking mechanism as it moved easily, and when I looked underneath, it was clear that no vacuuming had been done—there was lint and dust. The glasses provided also lacked cleanliness; they appeared to have been left untouched if not used by the previous guest. In the bathroom area, visible black mold and red mold were present. While using bleach daily might not be ideal for the bathroom's condition, regular cleaning could prevent mold growth or at least reduce its appearance. I made my reservation three days prior, so I accepted the price at that time. However, considering these issues, I felt it could have been priced lower. There is no smoking room or designated smoking area within the building; guests are directed to walk to a nearby station for smoking facilities.

    It was excellent.

    Despite a very late check-in, the staff provided exceptionally kind and reassuring responses over the phone, and their warm smiles and welcoming attitude upon arrival made me feel at ease. The accommodation was clean, secure, and reasonably priced. Its convenient location near the station was excellent, and even arriving late at night for the first time, the bright yellow smile logo made it easy to find. Thank you very much!

    Clean, spacious, and great value for money.

    The Room and Hotel are very clean, more spacious than expected, and easy to use. Even for someone quite particular about cleanliness, there were no concerns at all! The unit bath is convenient, and the bedding is comfortable. The reception staff are friendly, and amenities like lotion, emulsion, cleansing products, toothbrushes, and face wash can be picked up at the front desk. However, as others have mentioned regarding pajamas that touch the skin—they are placed in bulk near the elevator on each floor for guests to pick up themselves. It would be appreciated by those who are particular if they were already placed in the room. I did not use the dining area so I cannot evaluate it. For solo female travelers or business trips: it’s conveniently located near a station with a convenience store on the first floor (accessible from within the Hotel), a family restaurant (Gusto/Shabu-yo) on the second floor, as well as nearby restaurants and even Don Quijote!

    We would appreciate it if the room could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

    There was a peeled-off film from a medical patch in the room and long hair left on the towel rack in the bathroom. The film, being transparent, was hard to notice, but I wish the cleaning had been more thorough! However, the accommodation fee was cheaper compared to other accommodations in the area, and the staff's service was excellent, so overall I am satisfied.

    Close to the station, with a convenience store and family restaurant on the first floor. The Room is clean and excellent!

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I appreciated being able to leave my luggage, but since the person who handled the procedure and the person who returned my luggage were different, there was no explanation about using the Hotel from either of them. I overheard explanations given to another guest nearby and managed without issues, but a brief mention about things like where to find nightgowns would have been helpful. By the way, some of the nightgowns had missing buttons. However, since there were plenty near the elevator as spares, it wasn’t a problem. The whitebait at breakfast was a favorite of my friend who went for seconds. As for me, I found the whole-grain pancakes delicious. Considering the price, Facility quality, and breakfast overall, it was great value for money. I would consider staying again if given another opportunity.
