    If you just need a place to sleep, it should be fine.

    This is the Hotel itself where I stayed while attending a seminar. Since it’s more of a leisure-oriented area, I didn’t expect too much. I stayed in a cabin Room, but the Room was dark and almost entirely taken up by bunk beds. The water pressure was poor and there was barely any water. Even though it was a corner Room, it was very humid. The large public bath had only about four washing stations, so I had to wait my turn while unclothed. It might be acceptable if it were cheaper, but at the price I paid, I was dissatisfied.

    Breakfast is mediocre.

    This Hotel is sufficient if you just need a place to sleep. The large public bath isn’t very spacious, but it’s nice to be able to stretch out and soak. Breakfast feels very basic. It may be tough for those who prefer bread. You might be more satisfied using the breakfast cost to buy something at a nearby convenience store or McDonald’s instead. That said, for this price, having a large public bath and being close to the station is appealing. I noticed some worn wallpaper in parts of the building, but the room was generally clean.

    Disney Trip

    We stayed here for a last-minute Disney trip. The Hotel itself feels like a typical Business Hotel, but since we had small children with us, having a humidifier was very helpful. Above all, we were pleasantly surprised by how courteous and attentive the staff were. Thank you very much.

    Excellent location near Makuhari Messe.

    It was wonderful. It’s close to Shin-Narashino Station, and Makuhari Messe is just two stops away. It also seemed like many guests were visiting TDR. Despite that, it was very affordable, and I was able to stay in a clean Room. After a standing concert, it was such a pleasure to soak in the warm large public bath. Since space is limited it does get crowded, but even back in the Room there wasn’t a weak hair dryer—there was the same type as in the large public bath. Even though I washed my hair quickly to free up the washing area sooner, it dried smooth and silky right away. The front desk staff were kind, and although I’m sure it was simply because availability allowed, I really appreciated being assigned a Room on the same floor as the large public bath—such thoughtful attention to detail. Having separate floors for men’s and women’s baths also made me feel safe. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again if I visit Makuhari Messe.

    It might be better to avoid "Room Type Assigned by Hotel".

    For solo stays, if you choose "Room Type Assigned by Hotel - All Rooms with Simmons Bed/Mattress," please note that the room may be quite small due to the bunk bed setup, and watching TV while lying down is not possible. This option is more suitable for those prioritizing price.

    Use day-use

    The building itself felt old, but with thorough cleaning and maintenance, there was nothing particularly uncomfortable. Additionally, I was able to use the free space before the start time, which was very helpful. If I have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.
