    It was amazing!

    I stayed with a friend, and everything was excellent—we were completely satisfied with the service, meals, and price! The Room was clean and spacious, with the bath and toilet separate. The bathtub was large, and there was even a partition door to the bedroom, making it feel just like home. Breakfast was buffet-style, and everything we ate at the stylish café was delicious. The Kawagoe Koedo Sightseeing 1-Day Pass was included as well, so we enjoyed visiting several shrines and shopping along Koedo Street. My first trip to Kawagoe became a wonderful memory. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again.

    A consistently well-regarded Hotel

    This was my third stay, and each time the staff have been pleasant, and everything in the property—including the Room—has been spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. There is an apartment building under construction right in front, so the view has become more obstructed with each visit, but my stay was so comfortable that it didn’t bother me. This time I chose a No Meals Included Plan without breakfast, and it wasn’t inconvenient at all. When I visit Kawagoe again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

    Kawagoe Tobu Hotel

    Thank you for accommodating my requests, which made my stay very comfortable. However, I felt that the quality of the in-room amenities—especially the tissue paper—did not match the Hotel’s standards. This is just my personal impression. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A conveniently located and comfortable Hotel

    You can reach it from the station via the sidewalk, and there are restaurants and a convenience store inside the Hotel building, so it’s very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the Hotel’s female staff were very kind. When we visited again with my mother, who has difficulty walking, they remembered us and treated us with great care. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay again.

    Stay in Kawagoe Here

    Thank you for your hospitality. I stay here once or twice a year. With the convenient location—reachable from Kawagoe Station without getting wet even in the rain—the convenience store and 100-yen shop in the same building, a wide variety of restaurants, and the comfort of the rooms, I can’t find any reason not to choose this place. This time I gave fewer stars because the bathroom drainage was poor (the first time this has happened), but I really appreciated being allowed to work on my PC in the lobby for about an hour after checkout until my next appointment. Thank you very much. It would be perfect if you could provide a ladies’ amenity set (makeup remover, toner, and emulsion/lotion). I would be happy if you could consider it.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    Just a 3-minute walk from the station, with a variety of shops nearby, it was very convenient and comfortable. Having the bath and toilet separate was especially nice. I was able to relax and take my time. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. It was conveniently located for exploring Kawagoe, which was great.

    I stayed on a weekday.

    I live in Kawagoe, but I stayed here with friends for a trip to Kawagoe. The bathroom had a separate washing area, and the toilet was separate as well, which was great. At check-in, when I went to the front desk, I was told to use the machine. It’s easy if you’ve stayed before, but since it was my first time, someone who seemed like a manager quickly explained how to use it. At check-out, I enjoyed a coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    This was my first stay here. The reception area and the Room were very clean. The staff were also very courteous. The security measures are excellent. It was reassuring that the elevator won’t operate unless you tap your card. I often look for places where the toilet and bath are separate, but they’re rare, so this was a big help. The Hotel is also very close to the station—almost directly connected—which was extremely convenient. There’s also a convenience store, making it easy to pick up food to eat in the Room.

    It was a clean and tidy Room. The breakfast restaurant was delicious. It was my first time visiting Kawagoe. I thought it would be convenient because it is directly connected to the station, but the station was large with a long connecting passageway, so I was surprised that it took quite a while just to get around the area.

    Convenient Hotel

    This was my first time staying here. It is conveniently located near Kawagoe Station, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. The Room was clean, and I was satisfied. Also, by showing your card key at the restaurants in the same Facility, you can receive various services, which is a great deal. The accommodation rate was also good value, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    This was my second stay. I accidentally left my wallet in the Room. Since I still had my credit cards with me, I didn’t realize it until you called me. It truly saved me. Thank you so much!!! Perhaps because of the location, this Hotel seems to be used by many business travelers, but all of the staff are very warm and welcoming. Not only the Room, but the entire property feels very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Amenities do not include items like facial lotion or cream, but there is a convenience store very close by, so I don’t think it’s an issue. For breakfast, you need to step outside once from the Hotel. The miso-braised mackerel was delicious. I’m planning to visit Kawagoe again in November and will be staying with you then.

    The bathroom is great.

    You can access it from Kawagoe Station without getting wet in the rain, and the same building has a convenience store, restaurants, and a 100-yen shop, which is very convenient. The Room was quite compact, but I was happy to find a Slumberland bed, which you don’t often see! I also really appreciated that the bathroom washing area, sink, and toilet are separated. Even if the Room is small, that matters most. There is coffee service and an ice machine as well, so I could make iced coffee. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kawagoe.

    First, it is located in a multi-use building and close to the station, so the location is excellent. The Room we used was a twin; it was clean, with a separate toilet and a proper bathtub. There was nothing particularly bad about it.

    Warm hospitality

    I ended up meeting a friend from out of town on short notice and stayed for one night. Even during the holiday weekend, they kindly accommodated my mistake, and I had a very warm and pleasant stay. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    High-quality and reliable, just steps from the station

    We stayed here for sightseeing in Kawagoe and Sayama. The property was beautiful inside and out, the Room had a spacious layout, and it was close to the station with Kawagoe’s tourist spots within walking distance. The staff were very attentive, and including the surrounding area, everything was perfect. We plan to stay again this summer.

    Slightly disappointing

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but at night while sleeping, cigarette smoke smell seemed to come in from somewhere. A bit disappointing.

    A cozy Hotel

    I was truly satisfied with my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, clean, and features a bathroom with a washing area separate from the toilet. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. The staff were friendly and answered even small questions with a smile, making my stay very pleasant. The bed was neither too hard nor too soft, and having two pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep. It was within walking distance to Koedo sightseeing spots, which made exploring very enjoyable. For breakfast, I got to enjoy local dishes—especially the sweet potato prepared in Daigaku-imo style, which was absolutely delicious! There were plenty of dishes featuring miso and sweet potatoes to savor as well. I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for providing such a comfortable experience!

    Conveniently located near the station. Guests of this Hotel can enjoy a complimentary drink at the café within the same building. The guest room was generally satisfactory, but the bathroom cleaning seemed a bit lacking. Since it’s a new and beautiful Hotel, upgrading items like the washbasin and bath stool in the bathroom could enhance the overall impression as they felt slightly cheap. The Hotel itself is very clean and convenient, with excellent front desk service, so that was just a minor disappointment. Everything else was satisfying. Thank you!

    I stayed here for work. Both the lobby and the Room were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided very polite and excellent service.     The location was convenient as it was just a short walk from the JR line. The building was new and clean, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. However, I noticed some black stains in the bathroom corners and felt the floor was slightly slippery, which affected my rating. I was also disappointed by the lack of female-oriented amenities like lotion. Although the Room wasn't small, there wasn't enough space to place luggage, making it hard to move around. Personally, I found the chair and table arrangement inconvenient and wished for seating by the window. On a positive note, the staff were kind and attentive, and breakfast was delicious.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I had another relaxing and quiet stay. Thank you very much. This time, I used the self-check-in machine for the first time during check-in. When heading to the elevator, a staff member kindly informed me that I should take only the amenities I need to my room. It might be helpful if this information were made a bit clearer. One thing I noticed was that the water flow in the sink seemed quite low, perhaps due to water-saving measures or cost-saving efforts. However, when using the shower, it had its usual water pressure, which was reassuring. I look forward to staying again and relaxing here in the future. Thank you!

    I chose this hotel for its proximity to Westa Kawagoe, and it exceeded my expectations. Being in its fifth year since opening, the entire facility feels relatively new. The lobby is bright and spacious, check-in was smooth, and the staff were very polite. The room was bright and simple, with earthy-toned interiors that created a calming atmosphere. There wasn’t a speck of dust or even a single strand of hair in the bathroom—no signs of mold either. I appreciated the bedside outlet area with space to place my smartphone. The provided shampoo and other amenities left my hair feeling great; I regret not purchasing them at the lobby shop when I had the chance. Since I wanted to sleep in, I didn’t include breakfast in my reservation—but given how impressed I was overall, I now wish I'd woken up early to try it! If I visit Kawagoe again, this will definitely be my choice of stay!

    Thank you for your stay. I have used this Hotel several times, and considering the summer vacation rates, I am very satisfied. The location, baths with washing areas, and free coffee service are great features. Compared to Business Hotels in Tokyo, the price feels quite reasonable. The front desk service varies depending on the staff (providing guests with written explanations about services like free coffee or in-house microwaves might help avoid some complaints). For me, there were no inconveniences; it’s quiet and part of my favorite hotel group (though my experience is limited to Asakusa, Wako, and this location). I will visit again!

    Great location, new ...

    Great location, new and clean. Perfect for sightseeing in Kawagoe. Breakfast was not pre-ordered but requested on the day at the restaurant. At that price, I wouldn't go again.

    It was great.

    Previously, I chose a plan with breakfast, but due to the limited variety and mediocre taste, as well as poor staff service in the evening, I now opt for the No Meals Included Plan. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options, so the No Meals Included Plan is highly recommended. The room is clean, equipped with a Smart TV, and features a bathroom with a washing area for a relaxing experience.
