    The Hotel was not as far as expected, and the route was easy to walk even with luggage. The Hotel was clean and convenient.

    A supreme sensory experience for all five senses!

    About an 8-minute walk along the main street from Sendai Station, the moment you step through the front entrance you’re greeted by a refreshing fragrance—pleasantly stimulating to the senses. In the lobby, depending on the time of day, there are live piano or pipe organ performances, with plenty of Bach filling the space—another delight for the ears. Even in the large public bath, you can stretch out while listening to Bach—a soothing treat for a body tired from walking. At breakfast, small dishes made with carefully selected Tohoku ingredients are packed tightly across the spread—pleasing to both eyes and palate. With a typhoon approaching and heavy wind and rain outside, we still went to watch the Eagles! This was a wonderful Hotel that became an unforgettable memory alongside Maeken’s milestone 100th NPB win.

    We would love to stay here again.

    This was my first stay, and the location was great—close to the station—and the Room was very nice with a separate bath and toilet. I also loved the music-themed touches, like the piano-shaped amenities box, instruments on display, and live performances. Since I love music, that made me especially happy. Breakfast was delicious! Next time I’d like to try the Western-style option as well. Also, the entrance on the 1st floor smelled wonderful—I wish it were available for purchase at the front desk. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely like to stay again.

    The east exit of Sendai Station is well-organized and clean.

    It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but not far enough to warrant taking a taxi. Unlike the crowded West Exit area, it’s pleasant to walk there when the weather is nice. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and was waiting in the lobby, but I appreciated being able to enter my Room about 30 minutes early. Wi‑Fi was also available in the lobby before check-in. Also, starting this time, Miyagi Prefecture has begun charging an Accommodation Tax of JPY 300 per person per night. For breakfast, I made a Reservation without breakfast and added it on-site, which cost JPY 2,860 per person. It’s reasonably priced, but booking with breakfast included is cheaper overall. However, there is a convenience store on the first floor, so you can keep costs down by using that instead. The large public bath wasn’t too crowded, and it’s worth trying at least once. As for the late-night soba service, it’s best enjoyed as part of your Hotel stay without setting expectations too high.

    The piano performance was wonderful.

    I stayed at this Accommodation with my younger sister while we attended a baseball game. It was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The late-night snack in the lounge while listening to piano music was wonderful. There were musical notes, instruments, and other music-themed items throughout the property, and it was fun spotting them.

    It was a Room with a great view.

    Although I stayed for only two days, I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Thank you. Not only the background music throughout the hotel, but also the live performances in the lobby were delightful—I may come back just for that.

    Unexpected

    This was my first time staying here. Check-in is right after you get off the elevator. Perfect for guests who don’t need excessive service. You can relax comfortably and enjoy your privacy. It’s also great to have a convenience store on the first floor.

    An exceptionally clean Hotel with outstanding value for money

    I stayed here for a live concert trip. The Room was clean and comfortable. You can watch various apps on the wall-mounted TV. I didn’t use the multi-function shower, but having a separate toilet and a shower booth only feels cleaner and is really nice. There is a large public bath, and there’s a Seven-Eleven on the 1st floor, which was convenient! In the lounge, we could enjoy free soft drinks and snacks, and at night they also offered free nuts and soba. There were even live piano and flute performances in the lounge—I was amazed to find such luxurious service at this price; it was my first time experiencing that at a Hotel! Breakfast was healthy and delicious as well. The lobby has a stylish design inspired by classical music. The location is close to the station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. When I come to Sendai again, I’d love to stay here!

    It was my first stay!

    All guests can enjoy tasty sweets, coffee, and snacks in the lounge, and soba was served at night! I was very happy. There is also a large public bath, and I would like to stay again next time. There was also live piano music, and the staff greeted us with smiles and were very helpful!

    It exceeded my expectations.

    I often stay at various Hotels in Sendai for work, and this was a very satisfying stay. The cleaning was thorough, and all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. There seemed to be staff of many nationalities, and everyone made me feel very welcome. In particular, the male staff member who assisted me at check-in was efficient yet very courteous, which I truly appreciated—I’ll take that as an example. The lounge service also offered delicious items. It would have been nice to have a tool to check how crowded the large public bath was. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Two-night stay with my grandchild

    We stayed as a group of four with my daughter and my grandchildren (2 years old and 8 months old). The Room had a separate bath and toilet, which was very convenient. The amenities included items for the children as well, which was great. We enjoyed starting the day with Bach’s music playing, which made for a pleasant stay. The pajamas were comfortable and easy to wear.

    Amazing atmosphere! It’s close to the station and very convenient for exploring the city on foot!!

    The price was reasonable, and the location is very close to Sendai Station, so I stayed without setting my expectations too high—but above all, the atmosphere was outstanding. I even managed to find the “hidden Bach,” too. The classical music playing at all times was incredibly relaxing, and I was able to unwind at a leisurely pace throughout my stay. The live performance was truly impressive. The large public bath isn’t huge, but it was very clean and the Facility were excellent; overall satisfaction for the price is extremely high. Breakfast also lived up to everyone’s Review—you can really see the attention to detail—and it made for a wonderfully elegant morning. All of the staff were very courteous, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. Just one thing: perhaps because the heating in the building was set too high, my Room felt very hot for March (it was still hot even with it turned OFF—I felt warm even in short sleeves). That’s the only point that concerned me. Since it gets good sunlight, it might be hot in summer… It seems there are four locations across The whole country, so I’d definitely like to try their Hotel in another prefecture as well.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here for a concert at Sendai Sunplaza. It’s a straight route from Sendai Station, so I didn’t get lost, and there’s also a convenience store. I made full use of everything, including the large public bath and the lounge. The aroma at the entrance is very relaxing.\nI’d like to stay again!

    Excellent

    The bath at Route Inn has a bit more charm, and the room is slightly larger. However, the bed size, lounge services, bottled water in the room, quiet air conditioning, and security are all better than any other Hotel in Sendai. I immediately made a repeat Reservation.

    This was my first time staying at the Hotel. Although I couldn't enjoy the welcome service due to my late check-in, everything about the Hotel was exceptional. My Room had only a shower room, which made it spacious and comfortable. There were several aspects I particularly liked: a stand for luggage right after entering the Room, a separate washroom from the toilet and bath within the Room, a door separating the bedroom from wet areas, freshly laundered bedding with a clean scent, complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, availability of late-night snacks, provided bags for using the large public bath, partitions in the washing area of the public bath, and breakfast featuring Tohoku cuisine. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

    Enjoyed a relaxing staycation.

    This was my second stay in two years. I enjoyed a relaxing time in the lounge, listening to live music while having tea and sweets. Both times I used the bath, it was private, and I could enjoy an incredibly elegant bathing experience while listening to Bach's music. I paid an additional fee for a late check-in at 1 PM, which made for a leisurely staycation. Although it was likely almost fully booked due to being year-end, the hotel was quiet and peaceful inside, which added to the pleasant experience. I definitely want to stay here again!

    The hospitality was excellent.

    The atmosphere of the lobby lounge was pleasant, and the Room was clean. The large public bath was especially appreciated during the winter season. We enjoyed live piano performances while having tea in the lobby. Although one of our companions felt unwell during our stay, we received warm support with room cleaning and additional towels. Thank you very much for your kindness. We would love to stay here again next time!

    This is my second stay. The accommodation is conveniently located near Sendai Station, and walking along the wide sidewalks feels pleasant. Moving smoothly from the front desk to the guest room was a plus. The room, large public bath, and breakfast were all excellent. However, the elevator from the first floor to the front desk takes a long time to arrive. There is no display showing which floor the elevator is currently on, making it quite frustrating to wait for so long. I experienced this during my previous stay as well. I hope this issue can be improved.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I recently visited Sendai and chose this hotel after much consideration for accommodation. The hotel is very close to the station, with a flat and wide path leading to it. However, it might be slightly inconvenient if it rains. It is located near the East Exit of the station where Yodobashi Camera is, which might be preferable compared to the busier West Exit area. Inside the hotel, Bach's music plays throughout, including in the bathhouse on an upper floor—allowing you to enjoy Bach while bathing (instrumental only). After check-in, welcome food and drinks are served on the front desk floor from 3:00 PM; unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to enjoy them. The room was spacious and clean with a Bluetooth speaker provided. There seemed to be fewer inbound tourists during my stay. It would have been nice if charging cables were available in the room or if there were windows in the bathhouse on the 16th floor. For local sightseeing information, you can ask at reception for pamphlets. On this same front desk floor (7th floor), coffee and light snacks are available for guests. Note that breakfast requires a reservation (paid) beforehand; otherwise, access isn’t allowed—I ended up drinking Starbucks coffee instead but bringing outside food or drinks seems prohibited. Since there’s no desk in the room, I recommend using workspace areas on the front desk floor (7th floor) for tasks like working on your laptop.

    Drawn to the world of Bach and breakfast.

    Stepping into the space with Bach's music and the aroma of essential oils felt truly extraordinary. Unfortunately, we arrived a bit late and missed the welcome sweets in the lounge, but the soba noodles served at night were delicious. The breakfast featuring 20 small dishes made with ingredients from Tohoku was visually delightful and tasty for me, though my husband found it a bit lacking (perhaps it's more suited for women?). The staff seemed generally young and gave an impression of being slightly nervous or inexperienced in their service. However, we appreciated that they kindly stored our luggage until evening on the following day.

    Satisfaction

    Thank you for providing a room on a high floor with a great view. I was able to enjoy the sunrise from the Room. The body towel provided, as expected in a luxury Hotel, and the mini set of cosmetics were very helpful. The compact yet relaxing space reflected the Hotel's attention to detail, even down to the toothbrush. The large public bath on the 16th floor featured a ReFa hairdryer, truly embodying luxury. The price was reasonable, parking was conveniently located at the back, and parking fees were affordable. The Seven-Eleven on the first floor offered hot coffee anytime. Very satisfied!

    This was my first time staying here. The Room and the large public bath were spacious and clean. The best part was the Japanese-style breakfast, which my elderly mother also greatly enjoyed. Next to the front desk, there is a coffee machine in a free drink area, and at certain times, you can enjoy live piano performances while relaxing. I would love to stay here again.     A refined Hotel with excellent breakfast!

    An elegant Hotel with Bach's music playing in the background. Attention to detail reflects a dedication to Bach, making it delightful. The morning bathhouse opening time at 6 AM feels a bit late; 5 AM would be more convenient. The breakfast is healthy and excellent. It was unfortunate that soba noodles were not available at midnight. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed with my 88-year-old mother and had a wonderful experience. The Room was spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast lived up to its reputation and was very satisfying. The variety of small dishes served in little bowls was delightful, and even my light-eating mother finished everything. We were moved by the luxurious time spent listening to music. If I may suggest, it would have been nice to have an extra towel near the sink for handwashing after using the restroom.

    We were a group of four university students traveling to Sendai, so we opted for accommodation without meals. The hotel is close to the station, allowing us to leave our suitcases and explore the area freely. The large public bath was impressive, and we were delighted with the showerheads and hairdryers.     We stayed for two nights on a family trip! The hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, and they provided wonderful service in various situations! At the lounge, we enjoyed live music and tea, and the Japanese-style breakfast was very delicious. The public bath was small but new and clean.

    Many new Hotels have been built in Sendai, but recently I have been using this one. It is conveniently located near the station and has a large public bath. The lounge is also available from 3:00 PM. There are more international guests now. For breakfast, curry is now an option. This variety is appreciated for long-term stays.
