    The walls are thin, the cleaning is poor, and the Facility is also inadequate.

    I was first assigned a Room at the very back on a lower floor, but the mold smell was so strong that I requested a change as soon as I entered and was moved to a Room next to the elevator on the top floor. It was too noisy to sleep well. Even on the top floor, it still smelled bad. I ran the air purifier, but the filter had not been cleaned and it barely worked. The water bottle was far too small. There were coffee cups, but no drinks at all. The bathroom is separate, but the bathtub is so small you have to bend your knees to fit in it. There was noise from the next Room loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night—the walls are extremely thin. I could even feel vibrations through the wall from what seemed like movement on their bed, and it woke me while sleeping. The worst part was that they provided reused slippers. They looked disposable, and when I got closer to check whether they had been sanitized, there was an awful smell—completely disgusting. I stayed two nights but couldn’t take my shoes off inside the Room. I will never stay at Hotel Vista again.

    Affordable stays available in Matsuyama City.

    Conveniently located near Okaido Station, with friendly staff, a well-maintained interior, separate bath and toilet in the user-friendly Room, and great value for money in Matsuyama City! A highly rated Hotel overall. However, during this stay (having stayed multiple times before), I noticed that the drink service at the 1F coworking space was discontinued (confirmed with the front desk), and the bath salts previously provided were no longer available. This decline in service made this visit a bit disappointing. Keep up the good work!

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay this year, and I am very satisfied with both stays. The biggest deciding factor is "having a separate bath and toilet at this price, and being able to soak in the tub." I would love to make it my regular accommodation whenever I visit Matsuyama!

    The location is excellent.

    The location was excellent, being close to both the department store and Okaido. The Hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Matsuyama.

    The room was very clean and comfortable, but I was slightly concerned about an unusual odor, similar to body odor, which I noticed last time as well.

    The drink service and the separate bath were great.

    Used for a business trip. It was in an easy-to-find location along the main street. I chose it because the bath was separate and had a home-like design. I had dinner outside with a friend, and when I returned, there was a drink service available until midnight, which made me feel like I got a good deal. I would like to use it again. The only thing that bothered me was that the humidifier had accumulated dust.

    Wonderful

    Very clean and comfortable, with a separate bathroom and toilet. It felt like excellent value for the price.
