    Family Trip

    My mother, my elementary school-aged son, and I stayed here. The Room was clean, and we were very satisfied with the amenities! The bed and bath were excellent!! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    We were upgraded to a Junior Suite as the room was available!! The room was spacious, the bathroom stylish, and having two sinks made it very convenient! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo!

    Triple Room: Please be mindful of the power outlets.

    I reserved a room with 3 beds. When trying to charge my phone, the outlet was hidden near the extra bed and difficult to use, so there weren’t enough outlets for 3 people. One person had to charge their phone in the bathroom. That was the only inconvenience I felt. Other than that, I think it’s a good room.

    The best facility

    Excellent accessibility and convenience. Additionally, both the rooms and lobby are spotless. Amenities are well-equipped. Simply outstanding!

    It is truly wonderful...

    The location was excellent, and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. However, when I checked out and stepped into the hallway, I noticed a cleaning cart with new bath towels placed on the floor. While they might not have been for guest use, it surprised me. Please take care to avoid such situations in the future.

    It's wonderful.

    Convenient access to transportation Reasonable price The Room is not very spacious but sufficient! Above all, it's clean and well-maintained. If I had to mention one thing, the membership registration prompt from last time was missing this time, so I couldn't Earn Points. Still, it's top-rated. I will use it again.

    Accommodation and day-use options available

    The check-in process was done by machine, and despite requesting over the phone to link the accommodation and day-use, when I returned to the room at 2:00 PM, the room key was no longer usable. It was very inconvenient to have to go to the front desk for reissuance or additional procedures.

    Would love to visit again!

    The bathroom, washroom, and toilet are separate, making it very comfortable to use. I tried the ReFa showerhead and hairdryer for the first time and was especially impressed with the hairdryer. It made my hair super smooth, and my daughter loved it so much that we plan to replace our home dryer with a ReFa next time. The amenities next to the front desk were also well-stocked, including face masks, body cream, and bath additives—so I won’t need to bring them myself next time! The Room was spacious with a massage chair that allowed me to relax comfortably. (If I may make one request: please consider installing a water dispenser in the Room!) I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again!

    The view was great, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much. I had a wonderful experience at Daiwa Roynet Osaka Kitahama, so I decided to stay at the Tokyo location as well. It was very convenient as Ginza, Nihonbashi, and Tokyo Station were all within walking distance, allowing me to use my time efficiently. Although it rained a little, I was grateful for the umbrella provided. The guest room was clean, with a well-thought-out layout, making it very functional and comfortable. I would love to stay again.

    Unfortunately

    Previously, there was trash (plastic bottle caps) from a previous guest under the desk. Under the sink, there was crumpled tissue trash left behind. It was unpleasant. The environment around the Hotel was good and convenient.

    Check-in

    Recently, I have been using Daiwa Roynet. It is conveniently located near Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi, and Ginza. There is no view. It is a hotel with good customer service, but at Kyobashi, it was troublesome to check in by myself using a machine after reception. It was disappointing that there was not even a greeting at checkout. Kyobashi is also convenient as there is a convenience store on the first floor, but since there is only Komeda Coffee and no restaurant, I feel the cost performance is not good. The shampoo and conditioner feel gentle on the hair, but at Kyobashi, the hairdryer is of a lower grade, so it takes time to dry. The amenities were well-stocked, which was helpful. The smooth procedure for Multiple Night Stay increased my satisfaction. Thank you very much.

    I was satisfied.

    I stayed with my mother. We recognized the hotel when we got to the street it was on, so we closed the map app and headed there. However, due to a lack of attention, we passed it once. When we went back, we found the entrance next to a 7-Eleven, which we had overlooked. I had an image of Daiwa Roynet being blue (sorry if that's an old memory), so I missed the black sign. Since a nice room was available, they upgraded our room, and we enjoyed a luxurious feeling. They issued the card for us without saying, "Please check in over there." The bathroom had a rain shower, which I rarely have the chance to use, so I tried it. Sometimes it dripped even after stopping, which startled me occasionally, but I was quite satisfied. I made wonderful memories with my mother. Thank you very much.
