  Thank you very much.

  It was close to the station exit, and since it’s the next stop from the airport, it was great to be able to drop off my luggage right away and head out light. However, before the 10:00 check-out time, the TV screen switched to a “It’s check-out time” message, which was a bit off-putting… though I’m sure some guests may find it helpful. Otherwise, everything felt clean, and I’d like to stay again.

  Very convenient.

  I stayed here the night before an early flight. It’s right next to Higashi-Hie Station on the Airport Line, which was very convenient. The Room was compact but comfortable.

  Standard.

  It felt worth the price. It was disappointing that the front desk staff did not smile at all during check-in. I think I will choose a different Hotel next time.

  It was my first time in Hakata.

  The reason for choosing this Hotel among many was its high ratings and proximity to the airport. We dined out for both lunch and dinner, and the staff kindly recommended excellent restaurants, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Since it is just one subway stop from the airport, we easily made our 7:05 AM flight. Additionally, it is only one stop from Hakata Station, making this Hotel very convenient in terms of transportation.

  We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you very much. However, it was disappointing that water was not provided after the second night.

  Thin and rough towels

  The location is good, but it cannot be called a Hotel. Charging 15,000 yen for a small Room with just a bed, they should reconsider the hard and thin towels like paper. I don't want to stay there again.
