    I’m satisfied with the great location and the new, clean Room. The parking lot is also conveniently accessible from Hirose-dori. It’s a bit disappointing that there is no large public bath, but the in-room bathroom is separate from the toilet and has a rain shower, making it very comfortable.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    The front desk and the Room were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Also, breakfast included items unique to Sendai, which I enjoyed. I drove there, but it was disappointing that the Hotel parking fee was somewhat expensive.

    The bathroom had mold and smelled bad.

    Everything was clean except for the bathroom. As soon as I opened the bathroom door, there was a musty mold smell; there was pink mold around the edges, black stains on the walls, and the bathtub felt rough when I soaked in it. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have stayed here. I booked mainly to use the ReFa amenities, which was good, but considering it was expensive due to the holiday period and not worth it at all, I can’t recommend it.

    It’s safe, but unremarkable.

    I travel to Sendai for business and try various Hotels, and this one was generally a good choice. My top priority is bathing, but sometimes I return to the Hotel when I can’t use the public bath, so I place importance on the in-Room bath and often look for a separate bath and toilet. This Hotel matched that, but it was disappointing that the washing area in my Room’s bathroom was a bit small. Other than that, amenities are available at the front desk, and most of what I needed was provided, which was great. I was very happy to have ReFa products such as the shower head and hair dryer. As for breakfast, it was tasty, but it felt similar to other Hotels’ offerings, which was a bit disappointing.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    This was my first time staying here. I thought it was an ordinary Business Hotel, but the Room was clean, and I was especially surprised to find ReFa hair dryers and hair irons provided as amenities. I think this is a service rarely seen in other Hotels. I stayed with breakfast included, and the meal was excellent as well. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Room with a relaxing bath

    The new Room is very functional. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was excellent—spacious with a relaxing rain shower and regular shower. Breakfast included smoothies, zunda mochi, fresh vegetables, and more, which were delicious; however, it would have been nice to see some variety on different days. Staying for three nights made the repetition slightly disappointing. That said, the location is great—just about a 5-minute walk to the Loople Bus stop, making it very convenient.

    Stayed at the accommodation

    Overall, the Room was clean and having a laundry facility was convenient. Both check-in and check-out were done via machines, so there was minimal interaction with Hotel staff. Points of concern: 1. Mold in the bathroom stands out. While I understand that most Business Hotels only wipe down with towels after guest use, it might be good to conduct thorough cleaning occasionally. 2. Thin walls in the Room. The partitioned Rooms with pressure walls were as thin as those in student apartments, allowing voices from neighboring Rooms to be heard clearly. It seems that some Rooms are separated by concrete while others by pressure walls, so if neighbors are noisy, it can be quite audible.

    Showing signs of age.

    The carpet stains on the floor are noticeable. The noise from motorcycles speeding down Hirose Street at night can be disturbing. However, the quality of the bath and bed is excellent.

    Self-service machine...

    Self-service machines for check-in and check-out are convenient for those familiar with them, but there is a lack of support for those who are not, which feels less accommodating. Staff only responded after being approached. The breakfast had limited options but was delicious.

    Convenient and Comfortable

    My wife stayed here for the second time as it was close to her destination in Sendai, where we used to live. The accommodation is new and clean, with a separate bath and WC (be cautious with the rain shower), providing a relaxing experience. She was upgraded to a spacious room with a double bed and even had a massage chair, making it almost too luxurious for one person. The staff greeted her warmly with smiles at every interaction, from when the elevator stopped on the 2nd floor where the front desk is located to check-out, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish. The amenities provided in the lobby were well-stocked, and having direct access to a convenience store on the 1st floor made everything incredibly convenient. This time she chose an accommodation plan that included breakfast. Arriving right at 6:30 AM found several early risers already there. Since the space for food placement isn’t very large, it might feel crowded when people gather around. However, she enjoyed local flavors like Sendai Fu and Sankaku-age tofu pockets during breakfast. She would love to stay here again next time!

    The hotel rooms were very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. On the day of arrival, my room was upgraded, which made my stay even more pleasant. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and with an entertainment district nearby, I had no trouble finding restaurants or bars. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.     This year’s stay in ...

    This year’s stay in Sendai was once again at my favorite, Daiwa Roynet Hotel. Since it was a multiple night stay, I chose a slightly larger room, and it was the perfect choice. It was excellent. I’m not sure if it was there during my stay last year or at other Daiwa Roynet Hotels in different regions, but I was impressed by the performance of the Refa hair dryer in the room. I even searched for it online and will probably buy one! The newly introduced (?) coffee service at the front desk (which wasn’t there last year... probably...) and receiving bath salts were also much appreciated for soothing my tired body. While everything about my stay was satisfying, there is just one thing... When staying multiple nights, I request no room cleaning with only towel replacement. In such cases, it would be great if bottled water for that day could also be included (as most other accommodations do). Last year as well as this time, I had to go to the front desk to explain: “I opted out of cleaning today but didn’t receive today’s bottled water; may I have some?” This process feels a little disheartening each time. It would be wonderful if you could consider this improvement!

    Everything is satisfactory.

    It was very convenient to use the Ichibancho area for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were also kind and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. I would like to use it again.

    The Room is clean an...

    The Room is clean and spacious enough, making it a very good and reasonably priced Hotel. The parking lot is fully equipped at the Hotel, and although an additional fee was incurred for using the parking lot before check-in, it was a reasonable amount and easy to use. There was a welcome coffee (self-service) next to the front desk, which was nice to have in the lobby. The bedding pajamas prepared in the Room had a good texture, allowing for a very comfortable sleep.

    Stayed for one night...

    Stayed for one night for a concert with two people. It was a bit far from the station, but there were department stores and downtown areas nearby, which was convenient. The room was a twin, and the size was just right, and the bedding was very comfortable. The bath was small, but the shower bed was also comfortable with ReFa. The room was generally clean, including the bath and toilet. I wanted to use the coin laundry, but all three machines were occupied and I couldn't use them. Breakfast was average. Overall, I was satisfied.

    It is clean.

    The room was comfortable and relaxing. It was well-equipped, and even though I stayed for two consecutive nights, I had no inconveniences at all.

    About the room cleaning

    The floor of the room was extremely dusty. It's a shame because the location is good, the bathroom is spacious, and it's a new hotel. It might be difficult with the carpet, but it seemed like they hadn't vacuumed at all, as dust was piled up in the corners, typical of a half-hearted cleaning job. I was also bothered by the slippery floor in the room, and it felt a bit unpleasant until I cleaned it myself.

    It didn't feel like a business hotel. It was really nice. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The guest room was equipped with everything. I would like to stay again.
