    My spouse and I stay...

    My spouse and I stayed here for one night to go watch a baseball game at ES CON FIELD. The lobby was very stylish, and the front desk service and breakfast were excellent. The Room is 27 m², so it shouldn’t feel small, but there was no desk (only a very small coffee table), so we had trouble finding a place to put our phone chargers, makeup items, Room key, etc. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, but the bathtub stopper didn’t seal properly, so the water slowly drained out. Maintenance would be recommended. The loungewear’s buttonholes were stretched out and kept coming undone. When I called to request a replacement, I was told to come to the front desk. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get dressed again after my bath just to pick it up.

    Please pay attention to the Room type.

    Having stayed here several times, I was very disappointed to find that the bathroom was a unit bath when I had expected a bathroom with a separate washing area. I assumed all rooms had the same type of bathroom, so please be aware. Next time, I will choose my Room more carefully. It is helpful that YouTube and Netflix are available.

    Is it a nursing care room?

    When I entered the Room and looked at the washroom and bathroom, there was a caregiving chair placed right in front of me, which felt a bit unexpected. If I had been told in advance at the front desk, I probably wouldn’t have minded, but seeing that chair as soon as I walked in was a little surprising.

    Multiple Night Stay—exactly right!

    Even though we arrived late at night, check-in was smooth. After resting, we enjoyed sightseeing in the morning and a live show at night (also easy to get to Makomanai!). Even without cleaning during our Multiple Night Stay, we were provided with fresh towels. (If I had to ask for more, it would be nice to have bottled water as well...) The complimentary drink corner was great—having some chilled non-alcoholic options would be even better. We had a very comfortable stay. We’ll be back next year on tour as a mother-and-daughter trip!

    The Facility felt ne...

    The Facility felt new and was very clean, and the location right in front of the station was great. Most of the staff were also very polite, but it was disappointing that the Room cleaning wasn’t thorough… There was a stain on the sheets that looked like blood, and they replaced them, but there were hairs on the bedding provided, the bathroom smelled musty, and the hair dryer was broken. If these issues are improved, I’d like to stay again!

    The garment care closet is excellent—it removes wrinkles from suits and sanitizes them, which is very convenient.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. If I had to mention one drawback, it may have been just by chance, but I would have appreciated more thorough cleaning (for example, what looked like a cleaning towel left in the refrigerator, and dust coming up from behind the bedside table).

    Great location.

    Conveniently located near Sapporo Station, with the Tokyu underground shopping arcade just across the street. Dining options were easy to access. Having the bath, toilet, and sink in three separate areas also felt clean. The bright washroom was a big plus. A free glass of wine or sake also felt like a great deal for budget-minded guests. However, the walls were thin, and I was bothered by thuds and clattering noises from upstairs and next door, so I had to deduct points. Still, considering the price and location, I think it was more than adequate.

    It can’t be helped!

    Due to a major event, cancellations were not possible, and the Room felt cramped with three beds; however, this was unavoidable regardless of the reason. The staff were experienced in handling travelers. If the rating is Excellent/Good/Fair, then Fair is acceptable.

    Hotel Forza Stay

    This was my first trip to Hokkaido, and I stayed here. They offered a welcome drink, and the hospitality was excellent—I’m glad I chose this Accommodation! It’s also close to the station, with great access to restaurants and other places.

    The Room was small. ...

    The Room was small. The bath was spacious and the Facility was excellent. The meals were very delicious. I was a bit surprised as there were mostly international guests.

    Hotel I want to stay at again

    Conveniently located near Sapporo Station with many restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and the guest room was great. The only concern was that the water from the sink faucet felt slimy no matter how many times I washed my hands—possibly due to soap residue on the faucet or an issue with the water itself. However, overall, it was a good Hotel.

    Conveniently Located

    A clean and comfortable Hotel located just steps from Sapporo Station. I've stayed here every year for the past few years, and it has become my favorite in Sapporo to the point where I have no other options. The Room is slightly small and simple in design, but even that has become part of its charm for me.

    It is hot.

    Thank you for your continued patronage. I frequently stay at this Hotel during my business trips to Sapporo. However, I find the duvet too warm outside of winter, especially in the highly insulated rooms. It was so hot that I couldn't use the duvet at all. It would be great if a lighter option like a towel blanket were available (perhaps this could have been resolved by consulting with the front desk).

    The bed felt firm.

    I stayed in the Forza Twin Room for one night. The 25 square meters provided a spacious feel, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was comfortable. However, there were some concerns: - The bed felt hard, causing slight back discomfort. - The noise from the refrigerator during operation was noticeable and distracting. - The lights from the neighboring building were bothersome, and the blackout curtains were not intuitive to use. - This type of room only had a small round table, making it difficult to work on a PC. - There seemed to be too few elevators, leading to noticeable waiting times. It was disappointing given how clean the room was. As for breakfast: I had high expectations due to good reviews but found it to be an ordinary buffet. The variety of dishes was limited, and I especially missed having Zangi on the menu.

    The exterior may be hard to spot, but the interior is stylish and well-designed.

    Conveniently located near the station. However, during dusk, the lack of a clear hotel sign or approach made it look like a modern glass office building, causing me to pass by and wander around. The front desk only explains the self-check-in process (entering your name), so there’s no real opportunity to evaluate their service. The building is new and modern with good design sense. The guest room interior quality, size, layout, and facilities are satisfactory; however, the box-shaped chair at the desk corner (resembling a vanity stool) was disappointing—it cannot be adjusted in height or provide back support, making PC work quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is served buffet-style on the 3rd floor with high-quality options and variety for this class of Hotel. Seating also offers relatively spacious arrangements compared to neighboring tables. However, coffee cannot be taken out from the breakfast venue—you need to go to the coffee machine next to the 2nd-floor front desk instead. It would be great if coffee could also be provided in the breakfast area for convenience.

    The smell in the Room and the small window were disappointing.

    The hotel left a good impression during my previous stay as it was new, so I decided to stay again. However, this time the room had a small window with only a view of the neighboring hotel's sign, which was disappointing. More concerningly, the room had a strong odor resembling aging smells, and I had to wear a mask during my stay. For future stays, it might be helpful to confirm details about odors or windows beforehand. Check-in and check-out were not crowded but felt impersonal with automated systems and staff who seemed detached. While it doesn't seem like an ultra-business hotel, perhaps my expectations were misplaced.

    Beautiful Hotel!

    The location is good, check-in & check-out is easy, and the Room is clean! However, it feels a bit cramped to open a suitcase. I wanted to soak in a bathtub, so I chose a Room with one, and both the bath and the washbasin were clean and satisfying! However, I was tired, so I slept well, but my husband said he couldn't sleep because the footsteps from the floor above were too loud at night. I felt that depending on the surrounding guests, it might not be possible to relax. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    There is no need to go out of your way to stay here.

    No particular impression. But I probably won't stay again. The cost performance is generally poor. There are better hotels nearby, so I recommend those. If there are no hotels available in the 20,000 yen range, it's a level where you reluctantly Complete the Reservation. [Good Points] ① Safe choice [Bad Points] ① The staff have a bad attitude ② Especially the female staff have a bad attitude ③ A male staff member came to apologize, perhaps sensing the bad atmosphere ④ The female staff in the back pretend to work with a sullen expression and are extremely unfriendly
