    Disappointing—definitely not worth it.

    1. Ladies’ floor. The hair in the bathtub drain had not been cleaned. I had no choice but to remove it myself, and there was a huge clump of long hair—absolutely disgusting. As others have written, the hand soap dispenser would not close properly, and the foam came out watery (the “Reply from the Facility” mentioned replacing it and reviewing check items, but it clearly hasn’t improved). The amenities also looked old—labels were fading on everything—so I didn’t even touch them. The towels were thin, with loose threads and stains. 2. Front desk. When I came down to the front desk in the morning (not at checkout), I was surprised that the female staff member standing there alone did not greet me with “Good morning.” 3. Breakfast: PRONTO morning set. The foreign male cashier ignored me unless I initiated interaction, even when I walked up to the counter. He mumbled so quietly that I couldn’t understand him. After ordering, I stood there unsure what to do next; then he silently handed me a tray with a cup filled so full of hot water it was almost impossible to carry, with a tea bag dropped straight in. The magazines available were all wrinkled issues from 3–4 years ago. The toast was barely toasted and soggy from moisture… Everything felt mediocre. I’m not expecting luxury quality from a Business Hotel, but this Hotel left me uneasy because I couldn’t trust its hygiene standards. There were many good Reviews so I was looking forward to my stay, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me—disappointing and a miss.

    Next door is a D-STAR repeater station.

    The location was great, and the Room was very comfortable. During the first two days, the in-room internet (Wi‑Fi and wired LAN) disconnected frequently, but it improved after I contacted the front desk. Since there is a D-STAR amateur radio repeater station right next to the Hotel, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy D-STAR. I would definitely like to stay again.

    The Ladies’ Room is comfortable.

    A spacious room with a great selection of skincare amenities and a large bathtub (the shower is comfortable too). There’s a small supermarket right in front of the Hotel, which is very convenient. You can relax on a queen-size bed. A 12:00 checkout time is another appealing point.

    I stayed in the Ladi...

    I stayed in the Ladies’ Room. It was clean and well maintained, and the Room was spacious, so I could relax comfortably. Check-out was at 12:00, which also allowed me to take my time. The Room had a hair iron; if there were also one for straightening, it would be even better because I wouldn’t need to bring my own and could pack lighter. There was also a small supermarket in front of the Hotel. When calling a taxi via GO, it may arrive either at the main entrance or at the rear parking lot side, so please be aware. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again.

    I had plans along the Hibiya Line and chose this Hotel for the first time for a two-night stay because of its location and price. It was pouring rain on the day I checked in, so being close to the station was a big help. The male staff member at reception was pleasant, the amenities and other services were well provided, and the room felt very clean. For a single stay, the room size was more than sufficient—overall, it was extremely comfortable. There are convenience stores and a supermarket between Kayabacho Station and the Hotel, which is truly convenient. Walking from Nihonbashi was also no problem. I wanted to stay again and searched based on my next schedule, but it seems this time I got an especially low rate because it was during Obon season. I’m grateful that I could stay at such a great value. With both the Hotel itself and its location being excellent, I would definitely like to use it again.

    Satisfied with the Ladies’ Room

    The Room is not very spacious, but I was satisfied with the ladies’ Room amenities and the ReFa hair dryer. The location is convenient, not far from either the subway or JR stations, and there are convenience stores nearby.

    I stayed here on a b...

    I stayed here on a business trip. Both the Room and the service were just right, and it was very comfortable. Having a PRONTO right downstairs was also great, as I could quickly go buy breakfast. I would like to stay here again next time.

    I stayed here for a business trip to the Ginza area. I’ve used other Hotels in the same group before, so I made my Reservation with confidence. The location is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, but it was still hot when I arrived at night, so I took a bus from Tokyo Station. The bus stop is just a few minutes away, so I recommend taking the bus. There were also buses heading toward Ginza the next day, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won’t have trouble finding food for dinner or breakfast. A nearby Italian restaurant was especially good. I stayed on the women-only floor. You tap your card in the elevator and it automatically selects your floor button, which felt very secure. The women-only floor also has great amenities. Best of all was the 12:00 checkout time—rare to find and incredibly helpful for remote work before heading out for meetings. I’d love to stay again!

    Third stay

    This was my third stay because I liked the ReFa Room, but the ReFa shower head was covered in black mold, and when I scrubbed it with a toothbrush, black water came out. I was very disappointed. Also, the bathroom light was covered in dust, and there was dust in all four corners of the Room. Since I stayed for three nights this time, it was especially disappointing. The location is convenient and easy to use, so I would like to see improvements.

    Overall, it’s good, but…

    The station and a convenience store are both nearby, which was very convenient. The Hotel staff were also pleasant. The bed, toilet, bathroom, and shower curtain were all clean and comfortable to use. However, when I checked in and entered the Room, I was disappointed to find what looked like potato chip crumbs on the carpet at the corner of the refrigerator shelf. Since I had a Multiple Night Stay, it was still there when I returned the next day. In addition, on the carpet near where my disposable in-room slippers from the previous day had been left, there was a large amount of hair that seemed to have been gathered during cleaning. Although the carpet pattern does make dirt hard to notice, it left me disappointed and wondering how carpet cleaning is handled. Aside from that point, the amenities were well stocked, and it was nice to have a ReFa hair dryer as well.

    I would like the Room hand soap to be replaced.

    I have stayed in the ladies’ room several times. Having a ladies-only floor is reassuring and makes me feel safe. Most women do not like direct air from the air conditioner, as it often causes dry skin and throat discomfort. I would appreciate it if the air conditioning on the ladies’ floor could be adjusted so that the airflow does not blow directly on guests. Also, the hand soap dispenser is far too old: the printing has worn off, it operates stiffly, and the foam comes out half watery, which feels unpleasant. The scent of the soap itself also has a strong “old business hotel” smell and lingers, which is disappointing. I would be grateful if you could review both the dispenser and its contents. Lastly, this is my mistake, but because it is labeled “body shampoo” and “hair shampoo,” I have accidentally washed my hair with the body shampoo several times. I think it should be labeled “body soap.”

    It was comfortable.

    This was my second stay. This time I finally realized that, although it’s a bit farther from the Hotel, if you have luggage it’s more convenient to take the escalator up from the exit across the road. I also learned it’s better to avoid using the Tozai Line (when using Kayabacho Station). The amenities were well stocked and I had no particular complaints, but there was one issue with the bedside outlet. I thought my phone was charging, but it wasn’t—when I pulled on my cable, the outlet came out together with it and surprised me. I quickly put it back as best I could, but it made me a little concerned. I ended up charging elsewhere, which was slightly inconvenient. If possible, it would be nice if each Room had a charging cable. I bring my own cables, but I can’t charge my phone and tablet at the same time (I know they can be borrowed, but going out of my way to request one feels like a hassle). It’s one of my favorite Hotels, so I’d definitely like to stay again.

    I stayed in the Ladies’ Room.

    This was my first stay. I had to request a Room change right after check-in, and thank you for handling it so kindly. The ladies’ Room isn’t large, but the layout is practical, and the mirror and hair dryer were easy to use. The view from the window was the wall of the neighboring building, but morning sunlight still came in, and since there were no eyes on us, I could keep the curtains open, which was nice. The window opened slightly, so I could also ventilate the Room. The amenities were well stocked, and the coffee available at the front desk was very good. It was helpful to be able to stay at an affordable price during this season. I’d like to stay again.

    After I checked out, I realized I had left something behind and contacted you. You checked the Room and kept it for me, which was very helpful. In fact, I also left something in the bathroom, but I did not receive any message or update about that. It was not particularly valuable so it is fine, but without contacting you, it probably would have been left as it was.

    Nihonbashi

    This was my first time staying at this Business Hotel in Nihonbashi, and it was very convenient with direct access from Nihonbashi to Haneda Airport and within walking distance of Tokyo Station. Best of all, the purpose of this trip was to see Tokyo’s cherry blossoms, so I was delighted that the street in front of the Hotel is Sakura-dori lined with cherry trees. The bloom forecast was later than expected, so the famous spots we visited were not fully in bloom yet, but we were lucky to have good weather. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Thank you for having me, even though it was only for one night. The ladies’ Room was surprisingly quiet, and I had a very comfortable stay. I noticed a slight odor in the bath water, but other than that, everything was excellent. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located

    It was a new Hotel, and the ladies-only floor was well equipped, making my stay very comfortable! In the morning, I could take a walk around Ningyocho and Kabutocho, and even though I was on a business trip, I was able to enjoy my time with the Hotel as my base.

    My previous two stay...

    My previous two stays were great, so I chose this Hotel again for this visit. I checked in after 9:00 p.m., but despite the late hour, the staff greeted me with a smile. The Room was as comfortable as always. This was my first time shipping luggage from the Hotel. There was a notice by the Hotel elevator, so without needing to ask at the front desk, I simply requested it from a staff member at the front desk when I wanted to send it, and it was done right away. I had been planning to take it to a nearby post office, so I was very happy. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay at the Hotel. This time I stayed for one night again, but it was so comfortable that it made me want a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you as always.

    First-time use

    This was my first time staying here. At check-in, there was a staff member at the counter, but there was no greeting or explanation, and the service was unfriendly. When I said I wanted to check in, I was told in an annoyed tone to use the machine. They only explained the bare minimum, such as how to get to my Room and how to use the breakfast voucher. I asked for a Receipt, but they coldly told me to contact the site where I made the Reservation. At check-out as well, a staff member was at the counter but ignored me without even a greeting. Shouldn’t you provide proper training on customer service? Also at PRONTO in the breakfast area, no one was at the register; staff were chatting in the back and ignored me even when I called out. Only after calling about three times did someone come out reluctantly—again, extremely poor service. The Facility itself felt like a typical Business Hotel and was fine, but unless customer service improves, I will not stay here again.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights in the Ladies’ Room. It was fully equipped with everything from cleansing and face wash to body milk and hair milk, and even a hair iron—truly well thought out. What made me happiest was that there were two towels and two bath towels provided. Many hotels only provide one towel, so having two was really appreciated. The Room was also spacious enough for one person, and I could relax comfortably. It was also nice that the cleaning staff and front desk staff greeted me kindly when I went out. The location is great—close to the station and convenience stores—and having a My Basket right in front was very convenient. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Tokyo.

    First-time use

    Just steps from Kayabacho Station, with Nihonbashi also within walking distance. There’s a small supermarket right in front, plus a drugstore and convenience stores nearby—an extremely convenient location. Plenty of restaurants as well. I stayed in the ladies’ room, and although it was compact, it was very comfortable. The bathroom with a washing area, separate pajamas, hair iron, makeup remover, and more were excellent. It was also very helpful that some amenities were available next to the elevator on the guestroom floor. Next time I’d definitely like to stay for a Multiple Night Stay.

    I made a same-day reservation in a hurry due to an unexpected stay, but I was able to stay at an unbeatable sale price in this central location, which was very convenient for catching the first train the next morning. Perhaps because my room was next to the elevator, I noticed some hallway noise at night, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

    It was my first time in Kayabacho, and I got lost on the way to the Hotel during check-in. However, the Hotel was clean, and since I stayed on the ladies' floor, additional amenities such as lotion, emulsion, hair care products, and body milk were provided, which was great. Unfortunately, in the morning hours, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom area. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.
