    It’s been a while.

    The Room was calm and comfortable. The lighting and bed were also good. What I appreciated most was that there was no step up into the bathroom—having almost a 10 cm step is very hard for me because I have lower back pain. The front desk and staff were kind as well. I would like to stay again.

    A well-located Hotel in Kumamoto City with an excellent breakfast selection.

    The staff were courteous and guided us smoothly upon entering the lobby. The Room was a comfortable size, and it was kept very clean. The location is just off Kumamoto’s shopping arcade, so it’s easy to explore the area even at night. It’s also within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle and tram stops, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including several local Kumamoto specialties. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), and we appreciated that the menu changed. One point to note is parking. The affiliated parking lot is a bit far from the Hotel and comes with an additional fee. If the parking lot across the street could be used instead, it would be more convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, this is a Hotel you can choose with confidence for sightseeing or business in Kumamoto.

    Stylish.

    The room's ambiance and facilities were stylish for this price. The showerhead in the bathroom was ReFa. However, the room felt a bit cold, possibly due to drafts. The bed was Simmons, so I had a good sleep. Although located in the middle of an entertainment district, it was not noisy at all. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well. I had a comfortable stay.

    The location was very convenient. However, as a result, I could hear people's voices and what seemed to be karaoke sounds until late at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, making it enjoyable even for a Multiple Night Stay.

    Whenever I visit Kum...

    Whenever I visit Kumamoto, I always stay here. It is conveniently located near the downtown area, yet quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you for your continued hospitality!

    Good.

    Clean and well-maintained. Breakfast included local dishes. A supermarket open until 11 PM is nearby. Close to a bus stop for the airport limousine bus.

    Satisfaction

    The staff provided courteous service. The Room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was very satisfying, and the coffee and café latte from the machine were excellent. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. *The partnered parking lot is a bit far; it might be slightly inconvenient on rainy days, but the discount was helpful.

    The Hotel is conveniently located.

    There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so you won't have trouble finding dinner. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, making it very comfortable. I forgot something and they kindly sent it to me via cash on delivery. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    Used for a business trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the Room was clean, so I would like to use it again when I go on a business trip to Kumamoto. The drink service at check-in was also appreciated. (The selection of drinks like Horoyoi and beer was just right.)

    Business trip stay.

    Stayed alone for a business trip. I stay at hotels and ryokans about 60 nights a year for business trips and family vacations. I often go to Kumamoto for business trips. I decided to try this hotel as it seemed new. - Location: People unfamiliar with Kumamoto might not know, but it's very close to the red-light district. If you take a taxi from Kumamoto Station, you'll pass through the red-light district (Kumamoto is particularly dazzling with neon lights), so it's not suitable for family trips. - Guest Room: The bath and shower were separate. The design, for a new hotel, felt somewhat old-fashioned. When I arrived at night and turned on the lights, it was darker than it appeared in the photos. The lighting might not be good, as it lacked the refreshing image shown in the pictures. - Service: There was a service of one beer per person and some snacks. - Breakfast: Breakfast is positioned as free and anyone can eat it. Of course, since it's free, I think the stance is not to complain, but the menu is limited. Recently, some hotels offer free breakfast with just udon, providing a more minimal service, so I felt it might be better to charge and provide a proper meal. - Satisfaction: It might have been special for this day, but for a 23 square meter room, it didn't seem worth the mid-20,000 yen price. Unfortunately, satisfaction was low.

    Too dirty

    The bathroom was shockingly dirty, with red mold and toilet stains around the bidet, as if it hadn't been scrubbed at all. There were what appeared to be bloodstains on the carpet, and a bottle cap was found under the curtain. I've never seen a Hotel this dirty. The hallway also had a surprising odor, making me anxious about the Hotel's condition, and upon entering the Room, it was in such a state that it felt like the cleaning standards were so poor that external intervention wouldn't be surprising.
