    The service was excellent.

    This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

    I went to the wrong location because there are multiple affiliated Hotels, but thanks to the good coordination among the staff, I was able to check in on time. I had made a last-minute Reservation for a place where I could hold an online meeting and was in a rush, but thank you for guiding me appropriately. That alone was enough this time—I’m grateful. This is a Hotel that works well as a base for my needs, with great value for money. Please continue to help me out in a pinch.

    Inconvenient parking.

    It’s about a 3-minute walk, but it can feel far if you have luggage. I had a Reservation and checked the parking the day before, but it didn’t seem to be handled at reception. If possible, when completing an Accommodation Reservation, please also email the parking location and exact parking space. I also think the price of JPY 1,500 (tax included) is too high. In addition, on the 2nd floor of the multi-story parking garage, the driving lanes are too narrow—if an oncoming vehicle appears, one car will definitely have to back up.

    The Facility is inadequate.

    There is no in-room phone, so you must call the front desk using an outside line. I have never stayed at a Hotel with this kind of Facility before. The TV also cannot receive BS channels and only terrestrial channels are available. This is not mentioned in the information provided either.

    Excellent service.

    Thank you for preparing a suitable Room for my stay with a guide dog. Although it was a Multiple Night Stay, your kind and attentive service was excellent, and I would love to stay again.

    Wonderful

    When I sorted by the Kyoto Station and Kawaramachi/Karasuma areas on IKYU, this Hotel showed up as the cheapest or close to it, so I was honestly a bit worried—but it turned out to be an excellent Hotel. As a low-priced Business Hotel where you can’t expect lavish spending, there aren’t any standout extras, but there were also none of the usual negatives—no unfriendly staff, no musty unit bath smell—so it was a pleasant surprise. With Kyoto hotel rates often soaring, I think this price is almost miraculous. The reason for the low price is probably the location, but it’s right near Kujo Subway Station, so it isn’t particularly inconvenient. To get back from the center of Kyoto’s grid layout, you’d be taking the subway anyway whether you stay near JR Kyoto Station’s north side or at this Hotel—it’s just one stop farther (though taxis have to detour around JR Kyoto Station, which adds to the fare). I also walked to Keihan/JR Tofukuji Station; it took about 15 minutes and is doable if the weather is nice and you don’t have luggage. Thank you very much to all the staff. I will stay again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here for the first time on a business trip, and the front desk staff were very courteous, leaving me with a great impression of the Hotel. The Facility was well equipped with everything I needed. It is within walking distance of Kyoto Station, so I would also recommend it for sightseeing.

    They upgraded my Room because there was availability! The front desk staff were very helpful, and I really appreciated the complimentary ice cream and coffee—perfect for a relaxing break. Just one thing… I stayed for two nights, and on both mornings a little after 6:10 a.m., I was woken up by loud clattering sounds—like carts or trolleys coming off the elevator. I’m a light sleeper, and once I wake up, I can’t fall back asleep, so it was difficult. If I had been traveling alone, I could have adjusted my schedule, but with a companion that wasn’t possible. It taught me that next time I should request a Room farther from the elevator. The location was slightly inconvenient for transportation and restaurants, but there aren’t many Hotels where you can stay at this price with this level of service. Overall, it’s an excellent value Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Amazing value for money!!

    This was my second stay. Even though I booked an affordable Plan, they upgraded my Room. Although the staff were few at any time of day, everyone was courteous and pleasant. They even brought the luggage I had left before check-in to my Room—something small, but a service I truly appreciated.　　 The location has some inconveniences, such as having few restaurants nearby, but it didn’t bother me much. I would definitely stay again.

    This was my first time using it.

    I chose this Hotel because I could make a Reservation for parking and be sure I’d have a space. The parking lot was also a convenient ground-level lot near the Hotel. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile at check-in, which left a great impression. There were also complimentary hot coffee and ice cream, so I could relax. The Room was clean, and I would like to stay again.

    The front desk staff were just as great as everyone said!

    Thank you so much to the front desk staff for your truly pleasant service! It was really cold on the day I stayed, and I was tired from work, but since I’m a member, you provided various services and even gave me a bath additive. You handled the check-in efficiently while always greeting me with a smile. Thanks to you, I was able to do my best at work again the next day (lol). The Hotel was also very clean and beautiful! The coffee was delicious too!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at the accommodation after attending a dinner near Kyoto Station. The hotel was just one station away from Kyoto Station and about a 5-minute walk. During check-in, I received a bath additive as it was a cold day, which made my bath time very relaxing. The room was perfectly sufficient for one person. The breakfast was also very delicious, especially the Kyoto pickles which were excellent. I would love to stay here again when I have another dinner in Kyoto.

    The cleanliness was ...

    The cleanliness was impeccable and truly impressive! All the staff, including the front desk and cleaning team, were very polite and did their best to accommodate our requests. The complimentary services in front of the reception (coffee, ice pops, manga) were excellent, and the location was conveniently close to Kyoto Station, making for a stress-free stay.

    Unbeatable Prices

    The bidet had a minor issue (only once), and the shower curtain had a slight odor, but overall it was a comfortable stay as a Business Hotel. The complimentary ice cream was a pleasant surprise, and above all, it was incredibly affordable. Considering the cost-performance, it was excellent.

    I stayed for just on...

    I stayed for just one night but had a relaxing time. The bath salts provided and the comics available in the lobby were thoughtful touches. The amenities were well-prepared, and the shampoo in the Room was of good quality. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. I would love to stay here again when I'm in the area.

    A standard Business ...

    A standard Business Hotel. Despite being located along the street, it was surprisingly quiet, possibly due to good soundproofing. Noise from surrounding Rooms was also minimal. The humidifying air purifier was a nice touch, but it had a lot of dust and needed cleaning before use.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Kyoto Station and close to a bus stop for Kiyomizu-dera, making it easy to access tourist spots. The front desk staff were polite, the Room was clean, and the food was delicious. It is a great Hotel for affordable travel or business stays.

    It was relaxing.

    As mentioned in the reviews, everything except the bath was very satisfying. The bath felt like a unit bath for a single apartment, and I wished I could stretch my legs. The room is compact but includes a desk, making it possible to work on a computer. The cleaning was done very thoroughly. There is a pants press on each floor, and an iron can be borrowed at the lobby. Gowns and razors are freely available to take, and mini ice bars and coffee were offered as self-service until midnight, which was very convenient. I stayed for multiple nights, and the breakfast menu varied slightly each day, allowing me to enjoy choosing freely. Outside the hotel, there are convenience stores and coin laundries nearby, which made it convenient even for multiple night stays. I am very satisfied overall—thank you!

    Excellent service

    The staff's service during check-in and check-out was excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting the Kyoto Station area. The price was incredibly affordable.

    Only one night was available...

    We were able to leave our luggage early for sightseeing, and the staff responded sincerely! The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

    The room is thoughtfully designed with functional furnishings such as a desk, mirror, bedside table, and convenient power outlets for smartphones. Despite the compact layout, the room feels surprisingly spacious. Breakfast offered a standard selection, though reducing the variety might be better as not many dishes were particularly enjoyable. It seemed to align with a policy of providing meals as an added service rather than focusing on quality. However, considering accommodation as the main priority, the cost-performance ratio is excellent.

    A well-designed compact Room

    Conveniently located within walking distance to Kyoto Station, the thoughtfully designed narrow twin room features beds aligned foot-to-foot. The room is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious. A clean coin laundry is just 30 meters away, and a short walk further leads to a convenient store, making it very practical for guests.

    The staff provided attentive and pleasant service. The toilet's bidet function was not working properly; when the water pressure was lowered, the indicator light blinked, and no water came out. When I explained this at the front desk in the evening, I was offered to switch from a double Room to a twin Room on a different floor since no staff member could address the issue at that time. As changing Rooms seemed inconvenient and considering it would double the cleaning effort for the Hotel, I declined. Instead, I was given two complimentary drinks. The manager repeatedly apologized sincerely until the end.

    I chose it because it's close to the destination, but I found other good points as well.

    There are not many shops around, but I discovered a hidden gem of an established aquaculture restaurant. Although I was worried about tripping over the height differences in the Room at night, I was able to create good memories. The staff's friendly smiles were also appreciated.

    I think the cost performance is good.

    It is conveniently located near Kyoto Station, making it easy to access various destinations. The Hotel staff were very kind. As for areas of improvement, the air conditioning noise was a bit loud. Considering the price, it is overall recommended.

    Looking for a sudden work Room and glad to find it available.

    The workload was too much to take home, and I needed a place to stay unexpectedly near my stop. The Room was available, undisturbed, quiet, and moderately compact, which allowed me to focus. The step in the bathroom was a bit too high, but other than that, I had no complaints.
