    It was excellent.

    This was my second stay, and the staff provided courteous service. The shuttle service to the station was convenient, the welcome coffee was delicious, the Onsen allowed for a relaxing experience, and the dining area served excellent food. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fuji City.

    Comfortable Hotel

    The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and kind. There was an Onsen public bath, allowing for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to time constraints, but I look forward to it next time. I accidentally left something in the room and requested it to be sent cash on delivery over the phone, but they kindly sent it prepaid instead—my apologies for the trouble caused. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.

    Thank you for the free shuttle service.

    Thank you for staying with us in Shin-Fuji. We were surprised by the lack of streetlights near the station at night, but your prominent signboard was very helpful. Although it is a bit far from the station, we appreciated using the free shuttle bus service. The kind driver was a great help to us. We look forward to staying again if we have another opportunity.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Route Inn offers smoking Rooms, which is very convenient. The Room was just the right size, with a large bed, a two-seater sofa, and a table, making it very comfortable. There is parking available on-site, and breakfast is included, adding great value. The staff's service was excellent. If the quality of dinner improves, it would be a perfect Hotel.

    Clean, comfortable, and fully equipped.

    I made a last-minute reservation via smartphone on the night of my stay, parked in the spacious parking lot, and used a single room. I checked in after buying food at a nearby convenience store around 11 PM and smoothly entered the room. The interior felt new and clean, with enough space for one person. There was a kettle to boil tea, tea bags provided, and both the unit bath and toilet were clean. You can relax in loungewear provided, the TV worked well, and there was a fridge-freezer where you could store ice cream. The air conditioning worked perfectly, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. In the morning, I enjoyed an onsen-like experience in the large communal bath with views of a small garden through the window glass. Breakfast was enjoyable with sufficient variety and quality; I focused on Japanese dishes which were highly satisfying. Considering its value compared to Tokyo prices influenced by inbound tourism (likely around 10,000 yen), it felt like great content for its price point. I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area!

    It was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy a relaxing twilight time due to the late check-in, but my stay was comfortable and satisfying.

    It was comfortable.

    The Room feels clean and spacious. There is also a small desk and sofa, allowing two people to sit together, enjoy tea, and relax. The breakfast was delicious, and the free drink coffee was made with Doutor beans. We consulted about a cancellation due to heavy snow, and they were very kind and helpful. I would like to use it again next time.

    It was a good and affordable Hotel.

    The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was amazing. The Room was also spacious. The large public bath was wide, and the Room bath was also spacious. The breakfast variety was just the right amount for us, but we would have liked some fresh fruit, like bananas. It was delicious. The location was convenient for transportation, and we had a great New Year's. We would like to visit again.

    Shuttle Service Bus

    I have used it many times. I am satisfied with everything, but having a shuttle service is especially helpful. It's about a 5-minute walk to the station, but it feels far when walking, and booking a taxi is a bit of a hassle. In the morning, there is a bus every 30 minutes, so I can check out with plenty of time for the Shinkansen.

    New Route Inn

    When staying at a Business Hotel, I consider it important to have a large public bath, a decent breakfast, and most importantly, that it is new. I understand that with cheaper prices, some compromises must be made, but many old business hotels tend to have unpleasant odors (I dislike the high steps in old hotels' baths), and staying at a hotel where the price and compromises don't match is truly uncomfortable. In that regard, this Route Inn was a perfect choice. It was unfortunate that I couldn't see Mount Fuji, but it was new, clean, and I stayed in a spacious twin Room with a user-friendly bath, which was comfortable without feeling cramped. I used to frequently stay at a certain business hotel, but as prices increased and services declined (laughs), I have recently started using Route Inn more often. Perhaps because I choose new places, I have come to feel that it is a very good Hotel. I think I will use this Hotel again, so please maintain its cleanliness and keep the prices reasonable.
