    The staff are kind and the Hotel is clean, but the breakfast was disappointing.

    The directions from the station are hard to follow, so even if it says “3 minutes from the station,” please be aware. The staff are kind and it’s a clean Hotel, but breakfast at Hotel Mets is often served via meal vouchers at an attached restaurant, so quality can vary. When we had breakfast here, it was disappointing—rice that was clearly old and simmered dishes made with frozen vegetables.

    Exceptionally cozy

    I stayed with a friend for a fan meeting. We may have taken the wrong exit at Yokohama Station and ended up taking quite a detour, but if you follow the proper route there’s no problem at all. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The Room had a lovely atmosphere, and the bed was wonderfully soft. I usually can’t sleep if I stack two pillows, but I slept comfortably here! My friend, who often feels tired when staying at a Hotel, said “This place has good energy,” and was able to relax a lot. There are plenty of restaurants around the Hotel as well, it’s close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

    Sightseeing

    It was my first time staying here, and it was convenient because I didn’t get wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, and the coffee in the lobby was delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

    Comfortable for business travel

    Compared with nearby hotels, the Rooms are more spacious and comfortable, with semi-double beds, offering excellent value for money.

    I stayed here for an...

    I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

    A warm welcome upon arrival is essential.

    Even if the Hotel is new, the Room is clean, and the breakfast is good, poor service at arrival can ruin everything and leave a bad impression, and I will never stay again.

    It was clean and I was satisfied.

    I often have opportunities to stay around Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Station, and this Hotel was excellent. When I tried to check in at the kiosk, a front desk staff member approached me and helped right away, so everything went very smoothly with no waiting. The amenities were well stocked, and although the Room was compact, it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up oversleeping in the morning. The TV also allowed me to watch streaming services like Hulu and ABEMA, so there were absolutely no downsides for me. I will definitely stay here again.

    Wine glasses

    Wine and champagne glasses are available to borrow, so you can buy wine at the liquor shop offering standing drinks just before the Hotel entrance and enjoy it at your leisure in your Room. The wine selection is limited, but it feels like they stock good-quality options.

    Consistently comfortable!

    I stayed here last month for work, and because I really liked this Hotel and wanted to take my time enjoying Yokohama, I stayed again. As expected, it was consistently comfortable. It’s close to the station, and you can walk through NEWoMan to get there, which is extremely convenient. The staff were also very pleasant at both check-in and check-out, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. I used to stay in other areas of Yokohama, but now this Hotel has become my favorite. I feel it’s an Accommodation where you can stay with peace of mind. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.

    A Comfortable Stay

    It was convenient because it’s connected to the station via a walkway, but the route was complicated, the scenery along the way looked very similar, and it was quite a distance, so I got lost.

    This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    Located just steps from the station, it was extremely convenient. The lobby and hallways were quieter than expected, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very helpful. Room size may feel different depending on the person, but it was more than adequate and very clean, so I was able to unwind comfortably. The pajamas provided were also wonderfully soft and comfortable (personally, this was a big plus).

    A bit disappointing

    The Room was clean and well-equipped, which was great. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The white rice was dry and hard, and when I requested curry that wasn’t available, a retort pouch was added but remained cold instead of being warmed up. While it might be considered reasonable for the price, I felt there could be more effort to improve.

    Clean and family-friendly.

    I used this accommodation during a planned power outage at my apartment. Since I live nearby, I rarely stay in Yokohama, but it was so comfortable that I would like to use it again during next year's planned outage. First of all, the room not being carpeted was fantastic. The bathroom and toilet were separate and very clean, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing bath. I also appreciated being able to choose from various bath additives at the front desk. The room's TV had access to Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, which was very convenient. All the amenities provided were reliable (unlike many high-class hotels that often have foreign-made products). The water was provided in bottles instead of a water dispenser, which I preferred. As for breakfast, the staff were pleasant and attentive; perhaps because there were many female staff members, everything felt exceptionally clean. Although my stay was short, I truly enjoyed it here. Thank you very much!

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay here when I felt like having a spontaneous getaway. The place is equipped with almost everything that Japanese guests might find convenient, and it’s very clean and satisfying. I’d love to stay again for a change of pace.

    This was my first stay.

    The room was newly renovated and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the sleepwear here was pajama-style, as I wasn't a fan of the one-piece style at other hotels in the chain. It was disappointing that we couldn't use the discounted restaurant because it was reserved for private use. Also, I felt it was a bit farther from the station than expected. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Convenient.

    I stayed here for a visit to Pacifico Yokohama. This Hotel is very convenient for those using Yokohama Station. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed me to relax comfortably. The coffee available anytime in the lobby and the bottled water in the Room were helpful during my stay. I also appreciated the separate top-and-bottom style pajamas provided.

    Compact Room

    The necessary facilities were available. The passage to the bed was narrow, which might be inconvenient for larger individuals, but as an elderly person who can move reasonably well, I appreciated the compact layout. Although it was a Plan with check-in starting at 7:00 PM, I arrived earlier and was grateful to be guided to my Room as it was already prepared. It was convenient to access from Yokohama Station without getting wet in light rain.

    Breakfast included

    One of the highlights was the breakfast, but it was disappointing. The bathroom met expectations and was good. Improving breakfast might be challenging? The location had excellent access.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night for the first time. After completing payment at the check-in machine, a card key is issued. There are staff members in front of the machine, and an operator appears on the screen to guide you. The explanation is polite, but it can be hard to hear if it's noisy outside. Even when I said "I can't hear," it seemed my voice didn't reach the operator either, and they ended up saying something like "I'll end the guidance." The staff in front of me provided support, but this system might not be user-friendly for elderly guests. I don't think this Hotel is suitable for older people. The Room was clean and very comfortable for Japanese guests; I'm sure international visitors would also enjoy their stay here. It's convenient, and you can take only what you need from amenities available in the lobby. Once you're used to it, I think it's a very good Hotel.

    It was comfortable.

    Check-in and check-out are self-service, but I had no issues. You can choose your own amenities and bring them to the room, and there were plenty of bath salts to choose from, which was fun. Coffee is also made at the front desk and brought to the room. If someone else is using the machine, you have to wait, so I thought it might be nice to have one more machine available. The room was moderately spacious and clean, with a combined toilet and bathtub area that was wide enough for a comfortable experience. Since it’s spacious, reaching for toilet paper while seated was a bit of a challenge (laughs). I’ve already completed the Reservation as I plan to visit Yokohama again next time!

    It's been a while.

    From the moment I contacted them about parking, the service was excellent, and the same impression continued at check-in. It was a truly exceptional stay that exceeded my expectations. Apart from the shampoo and conditioner feeling a bit rough, everything else was perfect. I might bring my own next time!
