    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station, the room was clean and comfortable. There is also a large public bath where I could relax and unwind. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied.

    A Cozy Hotel

    I stayed here to watch the Gion Festival. It’s close to Kyoto Station, and even as a solo traveler, I was very comfortable. The Room was clean, just the right size, and well stocked with amenities. The bath area included a stone sauna, which I used. Since it’s rare to find a Hotel with a stone sauna, it was a great experience. Breakfast was also very delicious. In short, it was a very comfortable Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay here again. I’ll be happy to return on my next visit.

    A comfortable Hotel for your stay

    This was my first stay, and the front desk team and the staff at the restaurant with complimentary drinks were very courteous, greeting us warmly and making a great impression. It is very close to Kyoto Station, the Room was clean, and there is also a large public bath, so we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Just as everyone’s Reviews said, the breakfast was truly delicious. Even more than that, it was a pleasure to watch how briskly and efficiently the staff worked on site. It started with cheerful greetings, and they promptly cleared empty plates and kept a close eye on replenishing the dishes… The landscaped trees visible through the window were very beautiful, giving it a little resort-like feel. I’d love to stay again.

    I stay here when traveling to Kyoto for business. The staff service, Room size and functionality, breakfast, and overall quality are all excellent for the price. I rarely leave comments, but this is a wonderful Hotel, so I wanted to leave a Review.

    When visiting Kyoto,

    Arrived early in the morning on an overnight bus. They stored my luggage for me, so I could sightsee without carrying anything. Everywhere was spotless and well maintained, including the lobby, the Room, the bathroom and toilet, and the large public bath. The Hotel staff were polite and easy to understand. It’s close to Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit, and the price was a pleasant surprise for me. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

    Peace in the World

    An affordable, convenient, and wonderful Hotel

    I’ve been staying at this Hotel since last year. The staff are excellent, and its prime location right in front of Kyoto Station makes it very convenient for getting around the city. Many sightseeing buses also depart from nearby. There is a large public bath and a sauna, and the breakfast buffet is very satisfying, including Kyoto’s well-known obanzai dishes. If I had to mention a few drawbacks, the rooms are a bit small and there is no chair. This may be slightly inconvenient for guests who need to work on a laptop.

    A word of thanks.

    I always stay here when I’m in Kyoto for personal reasons. This time I wasn’t feeling well and arrived earlier than planned. Thanks to your consideration, you allowed me to check in before the designated time, which truly helped me. I also accidentally spilled a drink at the restaurant, and your kind words—“Are you okay? Did you get burned?”—really touched me. That quick response showed true professionalism. It was a soothing stay thanks to the high level of care from the staff. The hot stone spa helped me relax, and breakfast gave me energy. Thank you very much. For reference, I stayed alone as a woman. I look forward to staying again next time.     Perfect!

    Everything was clean and compactly arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. The location near the station is also great. There’s a convenience store right in front. The Onsen was excellent as well. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. The staff were cheerful and attentive. Done—this will be my regular Accommodation in Kyoto!

    It was great.

    This Hotel is close to the station and offers great Facilities and meals for the price, so I think it’s an excellent value. Most of the staff were also very good. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Osaka or Kyoto.

    An ideal Accommodation for solo travelers

    I stayed here on a solo trip. It’s conveniently located near Kyoto Station, and I really appreciated that there are affordable Rooms such as single and double options even for one person. This time I stayed in a double Room, and it was just the right size with the amenities I needed for a solo stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with Kyoto-style dishes like rolled omelet (dashimaki tamago) and tofu. It was also great to have a large public bath, which is rare for a Hotel in the city center, making my stay very comfortable.

    A Hotel conveniently...

    A Hotel conveniently located near the Shinkansen side of Kyoto Station, with a convenience store and taxi stand close by, making it easy to get around. The Room is compact but comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath before it got crowded. I also enjoyed the hot stone sauna and was able to relax. I entered the breakfast venue right when it opened, so I could enjoy a delicious meal at a leisurely pace.

    I wish I could have stayed longer.

    This time we had planned a 3-night, 4-day stay, but… Due to collapsing from heatstroke on the first day, we stayed one night and decided to go home the next day. It was truly disappointing, but… We’d like to come back for a retry next year, so we look forward to staying with you again!

    Relax and take it easy

    I stay here for the great location, the tatami Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast. All of the staff are polite, and I feel they are attentive to guests. On a hot day when I was sweating, I was able to go straight into the large public bath right after check-in and rinse off. After that, I didn’t need to leave my Room—I had dinner with items I bought from a department store food hall and relaxed. Even at the breakfast venue, it seemed like all of the staff were keeping an eye on both guests and how much food was available. The salad selection is especially good—I end up going back for more. As for obanzai-style dishes, I simply avoid what I don’t like. I used to quite like the kuzumochi? kuzudango? in the dessert corner, but last time it was cream sesame dumplings (I think), which aren’t my favorite—so that was disappointing. When I’m thinking about staying in Kyoto, this is one Accommodation where I check availability first. Tatami Rooms tend to be relatively expensive, so I look for days with more reasonable rates. With summer vacation ending and autumn approaching, prices will probably go up. One thing: when checking out last time, there was what looked like a collection bag in the hallway—possibly for sorting linens? I saw someone from another Room putting items into it; should guests do that? It made me wonder a bit.

    It was a Japanese-We...

    It was a Japanese-Western fusion Hotel with bamboo as the centerpiece of the interior design. As soon as I entered the building, the aroma created a Japanese ambiance, and no matter where I was, I could really feel this Hotel’s character. I stayed alone on a weekday with a breakfast-included Plan where the Room type is assigned by the Hotel, and I was given a twin Japanese-style Room. I used the large public bath, and there were several other guests. I didn’t use the stone sauna, but although it was compact, there were two baths and I was able to relax in a short amount of time. The Room had plenty of space and included both a desk and a low table, making it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but the main items were served as one set plate (tempura and sweets), and many of the other dishes were common options found at other Hotels. Since I had hoped for something more unique to this Facility, it felt like a mismatch for me personally. There are two elevators in the building, but it was slightly confusing getting to my guestroom. Since this was for business use, I would have appreciated having lounge space available (the dinner restaurant venue is used instead, so it can’t be used at night). I also think it would be even better if there were more amenities for women. Overall, it was a good-value Hotel.

    Great.

    I booked this Hotel at the last minute, but it was much better than I expected. The room was clean and new, and the large public bath was relaxing, with an open-air bath as well. Breakfast was delicious. Above all, it was a wonderful Hotel with an exceptional sense of cleanliness. I loved it.

    It was convenient.

    It was conveniently located very close to the Hachijo Exit. However, overall it felt like a Business Hotel. I think it’s fine for solo stays, such as on business trips. Having a large public bath is also a plus.\n\nUnfortunately, the male front desk staff (all of them responded the same way) seemed bothered when I asked for a map and when I had questions. It was the first time I’ve experienced that kind of attitude at a Hotel.

    Second stay

    This time, I stayed at Miyabi-kan. The large public bath was very convenient, located just a short walk from the elevator. The floor was quiet, so I was able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I would like to stay at Miyabi-kan again next time.

    Comfortable

    Right in front of the station, and both the facilities and rooms were comfortable. There were many international guests, but when I informed the front desk about noise in the hallway, they responded promptly.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    Just across the crosswalk from Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit—so close you can spot it right away. There is also a large public bath, and being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers is truly relaxing and appreciated. We made a Reservation for a twin Room, but it seemed to be a compact Room with two single beds pushed together. The bed by the wall was difficult to get into, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation for a more spacious twin Room.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a delicious breakfast.

    This was my first stay, and although it’s conveniently located right in front of Kyoto Station, it also has not only an indoor bath but an open-air bath as well. The Room also had a terrace, so I was able to relax. Breakfast was carefully prepared dish by dish and, just as reputed, it was very delicious. Drinks were also available for guests to serve themselves freely at any time, and I enjoyed them. I hadn’t planned on sightseeing, but I could walk to Kyoto Station as well as To-ji Temple, Nishi Hongan-ji Temple, and Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, so I enjoyed Kyoto more than expected. The restaurant was too crowded to use, so I bought dinner at the Kyoto Station building and brought it back—being close to the station made it easy. There’s also a convenience store nearby; overall, it was extremely convenient and comfortable.

    Comfortable

    One-night stay. They stored our luggage at both check-in and check-out, so we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Kyoto smoothly. The property was clean, and the large public bath was comfortable. If I had to say one thing, I would have liked a bit more variety in the Room tea set. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay—thank you.

    The large public bath was great.

    The Room feels small for two people. The large public bath was spacious and satisfying. It was disappointing that there is no sauna. There is a stone sauna, but it only fits two people, so the wait was long. It’s nice that the property is close to the station.

    Large Public Bath

    Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the large public bath. There was no explanation at the front desk about the closing time, and when I went in the morning it was being cleaned. Also, I noticed after returning to my Room that the key holder said it was open until 10:00, but at the bath it said last entry was 9:30. For reference, I went at 9:40. I thought 20 minutes would be enough time.
