    The location was exc...

    The location was excellent—close to Nakasu with plenty of places to eat nearby. Afternoon tea was included, but it wasn’t worth having. The container with jelly was sticky. Everything was dried out. With that level of service, I would have preferred just a drink. As soon as I entered the Room, there was a bad smell (I couldn’t tell what it was). The sheets? The bed smelled bad. Also, the TV wasn’t visible from the bed due to the layout.

    The desserts were very satisfying.

    I stayed here on a Fukuoka food tour. Udon, yatai food stalls, ramen, gyoza, motsunabe hot pot, and yakiniku were all easily accessible from this location. Since my Room was riverside, I could also see the yatai area and was very satisfied. The sweets we enjoyed with in-dining were also very photogenic and excellent. I think it’s a great choice for staying with young women.

    For a Business Hotel,

    The entrance and reception were hard to locate, but they were found in a corner on the first floor. The Room was spacious for a Business Hotel, which was quite satisfying. However, the price is extremely high, possibly reflecting the market rate, making it less suitable for business use by office workers. Afternoon tea service was available, but the plates had a sticky coating to prevent slipping, which made eating inconvenient. Overall, it was relatively comfortable to stay here. The quality of the bed was excellent. Noise from drunk people at night is understandable given the location.

    It was quite inconvenient.

    We stayed for two nights. Firstly, the Wi-Fi in the Room was weak, which caused some inconvenience. The staff kindly restarted and adjusted the settings multiple times, and by the evening of the second day, it started working properly, which was a relief. However, contacting them was troublesome as there was no phone in the Room; I had to step out into the hallway each time to use an internal phone to call the front desk. Additionally, I wanted to watch MLB on BS channels but found that BS channels were not available. While it was my mistake for not checking beforehand, I’ve never encountered a Hotel without BS channels before. My husband was disappointed about this, and I felt sorry since I chose this Hotel and regretted my decision. The Room has a sofa but it is not positioned towards the TV for comfortable viewing. It would be nice if guests could choose whether or not they want Afternoon Tea included in their stay and receive a small discount if they opt out of it since finding time to enjoy it can be difficult when going out during your stay.

    Decline in the quality of hospitality.

    We always look forward to the patissier's afternoon tea as part of the hospitality, but this time, our companion mentioned that the afternoon tea was not delicious. I usually bring them here thinking they would enjoy it, but I felt that the quality has declined.

    If given the chance,...

    If given the chance, I would like to stay again. First, the room is very spacious, and with fewer rooms available, it is relatively quiet. The room was also clean, and the complimentary dessert was delicious. Although I didn’t have high expectations for the three-layer dessert, its taste was almost restaurant quality. Every menu item was delicious, and the desserts used a variety of ingredients.

    First stay with the owner

    I stayed for the first time with my husband. The room was spacious and clean, and above all, the bathroom was separate, allowing us to relax and unwind, which was very satisfying. However, early in the morning, music suddenly started playing from the room's speaker, and the alarm, which was set by a previous guest, remained ON and went off suddenly, preventing us from sleeping in. The music was due to a setting error on the hotel's part, and when we contacted them, the music stopped immediately. However, there was no internal phone in the room, so we had to contact them using the internal phone outside the room, which was very inconvenient. We would appreciate it if the alarm settings could be reset in advance.

    I was disillusioned ...

    I was disillusioned by the front desk's large attitude and customer service stance. I was also not satisfied with the pricing on Saturdays. I feel that this is not a Hotel to be featured on IKYU.
