    The Hotel staff were...

    The Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was great. However, in the large public bath, while some foreign guests were soaking in the tub, they left bath items and locker keys at the washing stations so others could not use them. When I tried to use one, they got out of the bath and told me—using a foreign language and gestures—that I was not allowed to use it. All of the washing stations were occupied by foreign guests for a long time, so several people besides me had to wait for quite a while. I stayed for two nights, and it was the same both days, which made going to the public bath stressful. The Hotel was clean overall—the Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious.

    It’s in a convenient location, but

    The location is certainly convenient, but the Facility itself feels a bit lacking in some respects, such as the Room size and the large public bath. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious, but I’m not sure whether I would stay again.

    A comfortable Hotel you will want to use again.

    The Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, featuring local Fukuoka specialties, which made the trip even more enjoyable. However, since there was only one bath towel and face towel per person in the Room, it would be great if spare towels could be provided in the large public bath area. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    After a 5-night multiple night stay in Toyosu, I fell in love with Mitsui Garden Hotel, and this was my second stay in Fukuoka Nakasu. The accommodation cost, which has been rising significantly, was thankfully affordable by avoiding the day before holidays. Since I was very satisfied with the breakfast last time, this time I walked to a famous bakery just 5 minutes away and tried freshly baked bread. With an 11:00 AM checkout time providing plenty of flexibility, I enjoyed strolling through nostalgic shopping streets and eating freshly made sweetened beans at a Japanese confectionery shop just 2 minutes away on foot—exploring the area was truly delightful. The room was clean and spacious, and the high-floor large public bath seemed very pleasant (though I've never used it myself). My husband said he would like to stay here again! However, late-night noise from other guests made me wonder if we could sleep well... but we were so tired that it turned out not to be an issue. Personally, I loved the shower's water pressure—it felt like it could cleanse every pore! The massage water flow switch feature might also be a high point for some guests. This was my first reservation through IKYU.com; being able to use points as discounts simultaneously left a great impression on me.

    Please provide separ...

    Please provide separate hand towels for use in the Room, as guests need to bring the Room towels to the large public bath. Breakfast was decent, the location is close to the subway, and the staff's service was excellent.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The building is new, well-maintained, and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. Despite being centrally located with excellent access, it was quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. The public bath and amenities are simple yet sufficient. I would love to use this accommodation again on my next business trip. Thank you!

    Family Travel with Children

    This was my third visit to Fukuoka, and it was my first time staying in Nakasu. From this hotel, we could walk to the Anpanman Museum, which was great for families with children. The room was clean! I would love to stay here again!

    Comfortable Hotel

    It was a long time since I stayed at such a fantastic Hotel. The front desk staff were very kind. The birthday flowers and message were lovely—thank you so much. The bath was very clean and easy to use, with various shampoo and conditioner sets to enjoy. And above all, the breakfast at Ono's annex was delicious. The parking staff were also incredibly kind, which left a great impression on me. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    Family Trip

    We stayed here for a family trip. It was a clean and convenient Hotel. The top floor had a large public bath and a manga corner, which made it very relaxing. I would stay here again if I visit Fukuoka.

    Very good Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go anywhere. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; however, the extra bed in the triple Room was squeaky and seemed uncomfortable. The bath has one large tub. The changing area and space for drying hair are quite small—likely cramped with five people. However, during multiple visits, there were only a few people each time, allowing for a relaxing experience. A variety of shampoos are available to choose from. Both the shower and hairdryer were excellent. Some international guests seemed unfamiliar with bathing etiquette; illustrated guidelines on bathing manners might be helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and enjoyable overall. However, the coffee from the machine at the back tasted disappointing every time I tried it—consider using a similar machine as the one near the entrance that serves better coffee. Staff at both reception and restaurant were friendly and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a satisfying experience!

    Convenient location and parking

    Stayed for 2 nights. Located in Nakasu, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The multi-story parking lot is directly connected to the Hotel, ensuring smooth use for those traveling by car. The large public bath was crowded late at night (around 11 PM), but it was calm and relaxing during the evening hours.

    We were upgraded!

    Thank you for the upgrade! I had a very comfortable stay. The public bath was quite crowded depending on the time, and I think it would be better if guests observed better manners. It's a good idea to consider the timing when using it.

    It feels slightly on the expensive side.

    I stayed this time using points, but it feels a bit expensive. It has a more business-oriented atmosphere compared to Mitsui Garden in Tokyo.

    The changing area in the large public bath is small.

    The Room was compact, functional, and clean. I used the large public bath, but the changing room was small. Since there were few dressers, I dried my hair in the Room.

    Bath Usage Instructions

    A lovely new Hotel. The Room and service were excellent. However, according to my wife, in the large public bath, some guests from a certain country placed towels and other items in the shower booths to reserve them while they bathed, leaving her waiting naked to use a booth. It would be appreciated if proper usage could be explained to international guests.

    I used this accommodation for a conference trip. While nothing stood out in particular, everything exceeded the average, making it a reliable hotel for business stays. The location was excellent, and I felt no stress attending dinner meetings after work. I would like to stay here again when I have work in Hakata.

    Despite its excellent access to Nakasu-Kawabata Station and nearby shops, the accommodation was quiet and comfortable at night. The room had a double bed and wasn't very spacious, but it was clean and tidy. The TV allowed access to YouTube, so there was no chance of getting bored. While the room's bathroom only had a shower booth, there was a large public bath on the top floor where you could relax in hot water and relieve your fatigue. I chose the No Meals Included option this time, but the food looked delicious. I would love to stay at this accommodation again!

    The location is excellent.

    After a long time, I stayed for two nights at our Hotel in Nakasu, Fukuoka. It is close to the subway station, making it extremely accessible and the location is excellent. The Hotel has a narrow area around the front desk, filled with guests' carry-on cases. It feels like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. While talking to a lady at a nearby corner bar, she mentioned that since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of travelers from East Asia has increased, and hotel prices have skyrocketed. It seems inevitable in the flow of inbound tourism, but the cost performance is disappointing.

    Rude female front desk staff

    I lost the baggage claim ticket after leaving my luggage before check-in. Despite apologizing for the loss at check-in, I was condescendingly told, "Please don't lose the ticket next time, show me your ID." I was extremely displeased with this rude attitude. It was an unbelievable demeanor.

    There is a sense of security.

    Simple and clean like a Japanese Business Hotel, with plenty of amenities. If you stay here, I don't think you'll be concerned about the service, so there weren't any particularly good points, but you can get extra towels if you ask, which I think is sufficient. There were many guests from China and Korea, and it was scary that they were talking loudly in the large public bath.

    Everything is clean.

    I stayed for one night and two days. It is quiet as it is not facing a busy road, the staff's response was excellent, and the room and facilities were clean. I had heard rumors about the breakfast, and it was indeed very delicious. They promptly replenished the dishes when they ran out, allowing for a leisurely meal. I stayed for the first time this time and am very satisfied. I think a hotel that makes you feel happy after checking out is wonderful.

    Close to the subway station and convenient.

    It was very close to the nearest subway station, so even though it was drizzling, I didn't need an umbrella. It's also nice that you can walk to the bustling Nakasu district. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, all of which are delicious, so those who can eat a lot will really enjoy it. I would like to use it again when I visit Fukuoka.

    I was able to enjoy Fukuoka comfortably and lightly as you kindly stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I appreciate how efficiently you arranged the many pieces of luggage. Thank you very much. I would like to mention a few things I noticed. ① The lighting at the washbasin was dim, making it difficult to apply makeup. I would appreciate it if you could either change to brighter bulbs or place a mirror in a brighter spot by the window. ② The light blue pajamas were very cute. However, one pair had an overstretched waistband and almost fell off several times. Since the other pair was fine, I think it would be good to check all of them. ③ I used the farthest washing area in the bath, but the water and bubbles from the other two users kept flowing towards me. Perhaps the people in front were standing and using the shower from above. It would be better if the water flowed forward for each person. ④ I had some expectations for sushi at breakfast, but there wasn't much available. On the day, the Nakasu Festival (Nakasu Matsuri) featured a taiko drum performance on the road right in front, which made for a great memory. Thank you very much.

    Hard Travel

    I made a reservation at a hotel near Hakataza for my first Kabuki experience because it had a large public bath. Although it was a hard schedule for my long-awaited trip to Fukuoka, the good access made it smooth to go anywhere. I was able to relax in the bath and relieve the fatigue of the trip. I would like to use it again when I come for Kabuki.
