    We were impressed by the sense of safety and comfort—another wonderful stay!

    I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

    We stayed with our 1-year-old son. He played a lot in the Room, but when it was time to sleep at night, we could hear sounds from the next Room—like someone clearing items off a table—so we wondered if our noise might have bothered the guests next door as well... Breakfast was enjoyable, with options like lu rou fan and seafood rice bowls. The staff were also very kind and helpful. It’s simple but has a nice atmosphere, so I think it’s a good choice for adults looking for a short stay. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because there was a live concert nearby. The Room was very clean and spotless, so I felt comfortable and at ease. What disappointed me was the check-in process. There was a line, and I was told to wait here until a machine became available. However, even though the female staff member should have noticed that a machine was free, she didn’t call out “Please go ahead,” so no one knew whether it was okay to use it or not, and the line moved slowly. Also, I would have preferred drip coffee rather than instant coffee. Overall, it’s a very good Hotel.

    I stayed here to attend a concert. Since the show started at 16:00, I wanted to check in early, but check-in was from 15:00, so I waited. Many others seemed to be in the same situation, and because there was quite a line, they let me check in a little earlier, which was very helpful. Both the Room and the bathroom had high ceilings, so it felt spacious without any sense of being cramped. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, and plenty of places to eat nearby, which made it very convenient. I would like to stay here again next time.

    We had a wonderful and fulfilling two-night stay!

    I stayed for two nights from Thursday to Saturday. The price was reasonable, the breakfast was plentiful, and the Room was clean, so I was satisfied. It was my oversight, but the Room had a combined bath and toilet. However, the bath area was a decent size, which was nice.

    A stylish, upscale Hotel.

    We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

    This was the first time I’ve stayed at such a wonderful Hotel!

    I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel. The Room was spacious and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The shower water pressure was just right, and I felt fully refreshed. The staff service was very kind, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. Also, at checkout, if there were no additional charges, it could be completed smoothly just by returning the key/card, which was very convenient. The building’s exterior was also impressive. When I come to Yokohama for fan activities again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you!

    Relax after the concert

    Stayed overnight after a Zepp LIVE show. I found this Accommodation on the travel site IKYU, and the moon decorations caught my eye. I made a Reservation even before I knew I’d won tickets for the LIVE, and later I found out and was surprised! When I went down to the first floor, it was right next to Zepp Yokohama. The Room on the 14th floor had a great view, was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly. The 11:00 check-out time was also convenient. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage for me, so I could go out without worry. The staff were kind as well, which made my stay very pleasant. The in-room amenities were eco-friendly, just like at a Hotel where I stayed during a trip to Okinawa before. It’s such a great Hotel that even seeing that gave me an excellent impression. I’d love to stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    The Room is clean and stylish. The TV is large and great. I couldn’t hear any noise from outside, so it was quiet at night and I was able to rest well.

    We were very satisfied.

    This is my regular Accommodation when I travel to Yokohama for business. The Room is very quiet, so I can sleep soundly. If you become a Comfort member, you can check out at 12:00, which is convenient and allows you to relax.

    Overall, it was clean and nice. However, although the Wi-Fi was connected, I couldn’t make LINE calls for some reason, which was inconvenient.

    Convenient access to JR Yokohama Station, would love to stay again.

    I made a Reservation for a concert at K Arena. The access to the venue is convenient, and there are cafes and other facilities nearby, making it very convenient. The room was tidy and well-organized, providing a comfortable stay.

    It was a convenient location.

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend a LIVE event at K Arena. It was great that it is a hotel with parking available. The parking fee for guests was 1,600 yen, which was very reasonable. After the LIVE, my husband enjoyed the sauna while I had dinner with friends at Yokohama Landmark Tower. The location is convenient and easy to find for both destinations, so I’m glad I chose Tokyu REI. However, there was one disappointing incident: during check-in, the staff almost handed my luggage (which had been stored before check-in) to another guest. Even though that guest said it wasn’t theirs, the staff insisted “Isn’t this yours?” My husband happened to see this interaction and stepped in saying it was our luggage... Thankfully he noticed in time! This was the only unfortunate part of our stay. I will use this accommodation again for future LIVE events but hope they will be more careful with handling luggage next time!

    Unfortunately

    There was a slight sewage smell coming from the water area, and it spread into the Room. I wanted to change Rooms, but since my luggage was already unpacked, it was late at night, and the staff's response during check-in was not satisfactory, I decided to endure it.

    Stayed in Room 1111, the interior felt hastily put together. The exposed closet with pleated fabric attached to the wall to hide the metal pipe fittings only emphasized its cheapness. There was no water in the room's refrigerator, so I had to rush to the convenience store on the first floor to buy some. Was this a cost-cutting measure? The toilet in the unit bath was positioned too far to one side, making it uncomfortably cramped for an adult male. Honestly, I wish I had spent a bit more and stayed at Keikyu EX across the street instead.

    I stayed at the accommodation for an event at Zepp Yokohama. The location was very convenient, allowing me to return and rest immediately after the event as it was within walking distance. The room and bed were more spacious than expected, making my stay comfortable. However, having the bath and toilet in the same space was slightly inconvenient, so I deducted one star. Other than that, I am satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

    When I thought of having a light lunch at the restaurant, I was asked if I had a reservation. It turned out the restaurant was fully booked due to a collaboration with "Demon Slayer," and reservations were required. This left me slightly surprised. Since it’s the only restaurant in the hotel, it was inconvenient to have to go outside for food during a multiple night stay, especially as there are no nearby shops and getting to Yokohama Station by taxi is tiring. Although I was told there’s a convenience store nearby, I try to avoid eating convenience store meals unless absolutely necessary. It would be nice if there were simple options like pasta or rice balls available for guests to take back to their rooms when the restaurant is full. I found this situation somewhat disappointing. For those who return late from work and prefer late breakfasts, this restaurant might not be suitable. After that experience, I started preparing by purchasing food from department store basements in advance so that using the restaurant wouldn’t be necessary. On another note, selling Häagen-Dazs at the front desk was fantastic! I frequently enjoyed coffee and ice cream during my stay. Since hotel freezers aren’t ideal for storing ice cream long-term, being able to eat it right away solved that inconvenience. Adding shaved ice options would also be great for variety! The ice cream sales are an excellent service overall.

    The hotel was new and clean. I stayed for 2 weeks, and since my usual choice in the Bay area was fully booked for a Multiple Night Stay, I decided to try this hotel for the first time. The room is small, making it quite challenging for a long-term stay, but it's a good option for a few nights. The desk is small, so finding space to place items can be difficult. However, you can put some things by the window (though it gets hot as sunlight comes through). Disposable slippers are provided, but since it was a long stay, I brought my own. The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable. The smoking area is relatively large; however, during the day it becomes more like a break area used by nearby office workers. There were people squatting or sitting on the ground, talking on their phones or having casual chats with coffee in groups of up to 10 people at peak times. It felt slightly uncomfortable and not very welcoming when I wanted to use it casually while staying at the hotel. Other than that, it's a good hotel overall.

    Stayed at the accommodation due to a tsunami warning and couldn't return home. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was grateful to stay in a cool, safe place during the intense heat. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well before watching a movie the next day and heading home. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The breakfast burger was delicious!!

    I stayed here for one night because there was a live event at Zepp and it was very close. The convenience of being nearby is great!! As for the room quality, I guess it's what you would expect for the price. Breakfast seems to have some special touches, with a particularly delicious burger that my partner also loved. For dining purposes, I might visit again. However, as for staying overnight, the fact that the toilet and bath are in the same unit bath and there's no water in the room (you have to get it from a server in the elevator hall) were drawbacks, so I won't be staying again.

    I use this property ...

    I use this property as my regular stay for business trips to Yokohama. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and as a member, the stay duration is extended, making it very comfortable.

    Very convenient

    It was very convenient as it was close to both the live venue and the nearest station. I was able to return to the room immediately after the live event and had time to relax. The room was clean, and check-out was easy without any stress of waiting. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    We stayed at this Ho...

    We stayed at this Hotel because it is close to the new Takashima Station for visiting the Anpanman Museum. It was a clean Hotel with very good service, and although it was a unit bath, there was no problem even with small children. However, I found a pet bottle under the bed, and when I thought the wind was coming in, I noticed the window was slightly open... It was a bit alarming since we were staying with children. The breakfast was also very delicious, and the service was excellent, which made it all the more disappointing.

    The breakfast was good.

    Stayed with a breakfast-included plan. I was looking forward to it because the reviews were good, and as expected, I was very satisfied with the seafood bowl and hamburger. The variety is slightly less compared to other hotels, but there was also pork miso soup, salad, and white rice, which made the children satisfied as well. I would like to use it again.
