    A standard business hotel.

    Perhaps it was the timing, but it felt quite expensive. There was no coffee in the Room, and it was a simple Hotel with only the bare minimum amenities.

    The breakfast offeri...

    The breakfast offering and the price don’t match. JPY 3,000 is too expensive for what’s included. It might be fine for inbound travelers, but for Japanese guests?

    Thank you for your support.

    This was my first stay. The Room was compact, but the sink area and bathroom were separate, which was great. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, so I had a very comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would be happy to do so. Thank you very much.

    Desire for enhanced services

    I stay here every December. The price increase is understandable, but the service has deteriorated. Amenities are minimal and must be collected at the front desk, with no coffee or similar services provided. There are also no coffee items in the Room. At the very least, I would appreciate if amenities and instant coffee could be offered buffet-style near the front desk. The breakfast menu was delicious and satisfying.

    Beautiful

    I had plans to go to the Shinbashi Enbujo and stayed at the property. The interior was very beautiful, but the room was quite small. It's understandable since it's in the city center... It was very convenient as it was very close to my destination. It was a lovely hotel where I could spend a quiet and relaxing time.
