    Although we stayed i...

    Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

    Stay in the New Osaka

    I stayed in Osaka on a business trip, in the newly developed area northwest of Osaka Station, so it was great to stay around the new Osaka Station district. The Hotel was clean and well maintained, and phone chargers were properly provided, which was very convenient. Having a ReFa shower head and hair dryer permanently installed was especially appreciated. The nearby okonomiyaki restaurant was delicious—omusoba, a mixed okonomiyaki, and two beers made for a small but satisfying taste of Osaka. There are also great options close by such as yakiniku restaurants, Joto Curry, and Tenkaippin. A short walk away, Baruchika 03 is lively and new as well. With a bit more walking you can reach Yodobashi Camera and the shops under the tracks around Hankyu Umeda Station, so even this compact area offers plenty to enjoy. The free breakfast included vegetables and was more than sufficient, and the service and staff were kind and helpful. A clean Hotel really is the best—thank you very much.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    It’s about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station, but I had a very comfortable stay. The Hotel staff were also very helpful. I stayed alone in a twin room, and everything was prepared for two people. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and having a ReFa hair dryer is great for guests with long hair. The light snacks were limited to rice balls, soup, and salad, but I was happy they were free. With this level of comfort at an affordable price, I’d like to stay again.

    Convenient location.

    This is my third stay. It's very convenient as it's close to my company and within walking distance to Umeda. There’s also a convenience store nearby, and it’s quiet, making it very comfortable.

    The Room features a spacious desk and washbasin, making it very convenient to use. It is closer to Osaka Station than expected, with a convenience store next door, ensuring a comfortable stay.

    We would like a passageway to the annex.

    I stayed in the annex, but even though it’s behind the main building where I checked in, I still had to walk all the way around, which would be unpleasant on rainy days. If there were a passageway to the annex, it would be perfect—please consider this.

    I would love to visit again.

    About a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station, it's an easy and pleasant stroll. The modern and reliable Facility is excellent. However, the staff's interactions felt somewhat impersonal, and their fast-paced explanations were difficult to understand. While we understand they may be busy, clear communication is important.

    Conveniently located for Osaka sightseeing

    Stayed for two nights for sightseeing at the Osaka Expo and Universal Studios. The access is very convenient. Initially thought of it as just an accommodation to sleep at night, but with yuzu bath salts, a Refa hair dryer and mini hair iron, and even a portable massage device for the bed, it helped relieve fatigue from walking and provided unexpected relaxation. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the annex building included simple options like rice balls, bread, soup, and coffee—perfect for a quick meal without taking up much time, making morning departures smooth. There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor where you can find bento boxes even late at night or grab bottled drinks and rice balls in preparation for outings in the morning—very convenient. The disposable wet towel given during check-in was ice-cold; my child loved it and felt refreshed!

    Relaxing and Comfortable Bath

    The spacious and comfortable bathroom made us forget it was connected to the toilet. We enjoyed a relaxing bath using the bath salts provided at the amenity bar. Being able to adjust the water temperature ourselves was much better than overly hot public baths. The bed was firm but provided a good night's sleep.

    It was excellent and affordable.

    Stayed for two nights to visit the Expo and Universal Studios. Both the Facility and Room were very clean, with amenities and equipment comparable to a city Hotel, making me wonder if it was really available at this price. The Room felt minimal in size, making it a bit challenging to find space to open a suitcase, but the bathroom was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that it’s a bit far from the station, but the area around Fukushima Station has many restaurants where I enjoyed dinner.

    Clean Hotel

    There is a 7-Eleven, a ramen shop, and Osaka Station nearby. We use this place every year for our family trip to Universal Studios Japan. It was very clean and convenient. We would love to stay here again.

    Convenient!

    Within walking distance from Osaka Station. The convenience of having a convenience store on the first floor is a plus. While you may need to move after checking in at the main building, it’s manageable. Although I didn’t use it, the light breakfast service in the morning seems like a nice touch. The bathtub is spacious, and it was great that both the shower and hairdryer were from ReFa.

    Stayed during a business trip to Osaka. The location is between JR Osaka Station and Fukushima Station, which I would rate 3 stars. This was confirmed beforehand, so it wasn't an issue for me personally, but it might be inconvenient for those unfamiliar with the area or during summer. The meal was a breakfast-included plan. While there were various options, it felt like a typical business hotel buffet (with some frozen items) or perhaps even less appealing. As for the room, there was a persistent smell of spices throughout my stay, which might prompt some guests to request a room change depending on their sensitivity. Compared to other hotels in the same chain that I've stayed at before, this one fell slightly short in terms of expectations and satisfaction. Additionally, I found it inconvenient that only cash-on-delivery shipping was available when sending luggage from the hotel.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    While Fukushima Station is the nearest, Grand Green Osaka near Osaka Station is also within walking distance, and the Room was clean and pleasant.

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to visit the Kansai Expo.

    The location seemed a bit far from Umeda, but for accommodation during the Expo, it was very convenient being close to Fukushima Station. I happened to have breakfast included and enjoyed it in the main building, but the annex also offered free rice balls and coffee, which was very appreciated. The room is small but clean and perfect for just sleeping; plus, it had a Re Fa hair dryer and shower head, which were excellent. They are also engaged in SDGs initiatives, and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

    It's delightful to stay in Osaka at this price. The Room is compact but comfortable with no issues. Breakfast is included as a service. It's simple, but this service is appreciated. I'll use it again!

    Comfortable Stay in Osaka

    I stayed for two days for work. Along with the reliability of the new Daiwa Roynet Hotel, the ReFa shower and dryer were great. The business-sized Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast service was much appreciated. Despite the rising cost of vegetables, being able to enjoy a salad, multiple types of bread, and Danish pastries warmed in the toaster with their aroma and sweetness was delightful. The taste exceeded expectations given the limited cost, and the attentive replenishment, neat management, and display reflected the excellent care of the staff. The well-stocked amenities, clean Room, and greetings from staff in the hallway made the stay comfortable. The security staff's smart handling in English at the lobby was impressive, providing a sense of safety and security.

    The interior is exactly as shown in the photos and truly adorable.

    I stayed in the ANNEX tower of the Property, and the blue interior, just like in the photos, was adorable and made me super excited! The Facility was great, and although I didn’t use it, there was even a foot massager in the Room! The twin Room was spacious, and I really appreciated that the bath, toilet, and sink were separate. Moreover, everything was thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to have a comfortable stay! Compared to nearby Hotels in a similar price range, the Room felt more spacious, and the Facility seemed newer. The complimentary light meal was also great! It was a small buffet-style menu with items like rice balls, bread, salad, soup, and a few drinks, but for someone like me who usually only has carbs and soup in the morning, it was more than enough. There was even a cute Aladdin toaster, which was a delight to see! I also appreciated that it was located in a convenient spot, making it easy to eat and check out right after. Overall, I felt a lot of thought was put into the interior and small details, making it a fun and enjoyable stay that felt like a mini getaway. If I have the chance to stay nearby again, I’d love to use this Property, and I’d definitely recommend it to my friends!
