  It was comfortable.

  During my stay, I mostly encountered international guests, but the Hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s a Hotel I would like to use again.

  Well-equipped, clean, and modern.

  - Due to heavy snow, I couldn't return home and made a reservation around noon on the same day (Friday) for an extended stay. Although the hotel is close to Sapporo Station, dragging a large suitcase through snow-covered sidewalks was quite troublesome. In hindsight, I should have considered finding a hotel directly connected to the underground walkway. - As a Business Hotel, it has modern and clean interiors, which felt pleasant. The men's public bath had 12 washing stations and a spacious bathtub that could comfortably fit about four people without any issues regarding space. - Amenities are self-service near the reception on the first floor; however, it was inconvenient that items like shampoo or lotion required asking at reception. - Check-in/Check-out processes were smooth with minimal hassle. - Overall, as a Business Hotel, there were no major issues but also nothing particularly noteworthy.

  This is my first sta...

  This is my first stay in 5 years, and I think it's a great accommodation near the station. However, the breakfast buffet had limited Japanese options, and I wished for white rice and miso soup.

  Perfect for families!

  We stayed here for a family trip! The crepes at breakfast were soft and chewy, and the soup curry was delicious. Please note that there is only one laundry machine in the public bath area. Both the bath and the Room were spacious. Thank you very much!
