    First-time guest

I had given up on staying here because the rates are higher than nearby properties, but I found a good-value day on IKYU and stayed for the first time. The metro exit is right next door, and the lower floors house a 24-hour supermarket, which was very convenient. Amenities are self-serve on the front desk floor—you pick only what you need—and they provide small bags to carry them. There was also a discount coupon for the supermarket on the first floor. The Room was clean, and the layout worked well for me. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the palm-sized mini rice bowls and the freshly fried tempura early in the morning. They also had vegetable-packed miso soup and cut fruit like watermelon and oranges, which I felt made for a well-balanced breakfast while traveling (I prefer Japanese food, so I didn’t check the Western options). The only downside is that standard checkout is at 10:00, but this time it was extended free of charge to 11:00 after I signed up for a Hotel campaign. I reduced my service rating by one star because one item was missing from the in-room amenities. When I mentioned it before going out, it was provided when I returned along with an apology note, so it didn’t leave a bad impression. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Convenient and clean

Close to Shinsaibashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line, making it convenient to get back to the Hotel quickly even in extreme heat or rain. It is also almost directly connected to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street via Crysta Nagahori, and Namba is just one stop away, so finding places to eat was easy. This was my first stay and I liked it quite a bit. One issue: perhaps because I was on a lower floor (or maybe just my Room), the unit bath drain seemed somewhat clogged; I would like this improved.

    Clean and convenient.

I stayed here last year and loved it, so I came back. The Room and Facility are new and very clean. It’s directly connected to Yotsubashi Station, which is super convenient, and you can also reach Shinsaibashi Station via an underground passageway. It’s a bit long, but better than walking outside. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and having an AEON on the first floor is really handy. The nightwear is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great again this year—there were mini rice bowls this time, which was a nice addition. Even with a Multiple Night Stay, you won’t get bored. I’d be happy if they brought back the kushikatsu that was available last year. Since many people seem to buy breakfast at the neighboring AEON, the breakfast buffet doesn’t get too crowded, so you can eat at a relaxed pace—another plus. It’s reasonably priced and tasty. The bathroom in the Room isn’t a typical unit bath; it has a separate washing area and feels spacious, which is a big plus. The only disappointment was that there were no complimentary bottled waters in the Room. Tap water in Japan is drinkable (there’s even a note by the sink), but I still prefer mineral water. You can easily buy it at AEON right away, though. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka next year.

A conveniently located Hotel near the station with excellent transport access. A reliable JR Group Hotel.

A highly convenient location just a 1-minute walk from the station. Exit 2 has stairs only, but there is an elevator midway along the crosswalk. It’s also nice that the toilet and bath are separate, and soaking in the tub helps relieve fatigue. However, there was one thing that concerned me this time: the side of the bath chair was discolored. The seat surface was smooth and clean, so it seemed like the sides had not been cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing. This was a first for me in all my previous stays at Via Inn. Both the Room and lobby feel more spacious than Via Inn Shinsaibashi, and I would like to stay again. Thank you in advance.

    Easy to use

A simple Room but sufficient for a stay. You can enjoy tea or coffee packs placed near the elevator in your Room, and watch YouTube on the TV. The breakfast is fulfilling and enjoyable. The self-checkout machine makes it convenient.

    It's beautiful!

I have been using this place every month recently. This time, I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable experience. The Room was clean, the front desk service was excellent, and I could relax in the bath. I will visit here again next time.

    The hotel's location...

The hotel's location is easy to find, visible immediately upon exiting the subway. Having a 24-hour supermarket next to the Hotel is very convenient.

It was a very good Hotel.

We were a bit nervous as the Room type was assigned randomly, but since we were two people, we were very relieved to be allocated a twin Room. The Room was spacious, making it easy to spread out our luggage. Having an AEON supermarket on the first floor was very convenient, and the location near the station made everything accessible. We would love to stay here again next time!

    Clean and stylish Hotel!

I stayed here during my trip for a live concert at ORIX Theater. It is conveniently located right near Exit 2 of Yotsubashi Station. The access was very convenient. Although the entrance was a bit hard to find, you enter through wooden automatic doors. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator. While there is a self-check-in machine, I encountered an error and received kind assistance at the front desk. The hotel interior was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe staying here. I appreciated that the room wear was in separate top-and-bottom pieces since I'm not fond of yukata-style wear. The mugs were adorable, and I enjoyed having tea or coffee in my room! If I have another chance to stay here, I'd like to try adding breakfast as well. Thank you!

    Great location and very clean

Located just steps from the subway exit, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, this Hotel offers an excellent location. The bathroom is user-friendly, and the entire Room is exceptionally clean. Highly recommended!

    Beautiful

I stayed here for a concert at Kyocera Dome. The location is excellent, with direct train access to Kyocera Dome, close to the station, and a 24-hour AEON on the first floor! The staff were polite and kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep. The hairdryer was Panasonic, just like the one I use at home, and the pajamas were also very comfortable—everything was perfect. The only thing missing was a makeup mirror on the desk; that would have made it flawless. I’m planning to stay again next month!

    Happy to have a bathtub.

Check-in and check-out are self-service using a machine. The room is quite small, but the furniture and outlets are functionally arranged. It’s difficult to open a suitcase on the floor. The bathtub was a pleasant surprise, and the provided shampoo and conditioner were of good quality! The pajamas were T-shirt style and very comfortable (unlike traditional Japanese-style ones with bulky knots). Since I had an early departure, I bought breakfast from AEON downstairs (they have a wide variety of bento boxes, bread, and desserts). The subway entrance is very close (though there’s quite a bit of walking inside). A comfortable and convenient Hotel for short stays.

    Sure to visit again!!

The condition for choosing the accommodation was a separate bath and toilet!! Great value for money, clean, and above all, the nightwear being T-shirt & pants instead of a gown was fantastic. The front desk staff were polite, making it a comfortable stay. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance allowed for an efficient trip. Definitely coming back!

    It was excellent.

There were some low reviews, so I was a bit worried, but the accommodation was new, clean, and very comfortable. Although I usually don't use the provided sleepwear, the soft and comfortable sleepwear here was excellent. The location is also highly convenient, just a 1-minute walk from Yotsubashi Station. Points for improvement could be: 1) Providing complimentary mineral water 2) Extending check-out time from 10:00 to 11:00 Overall, I would love to stay here again.

    A Pleasant Stay

Compact yet clean facilities and rooms make this a very pleasant hotel. Amenities are available in a buffet-style selection, including toothbrushes, body towels, cotton swabs, coffee, tea, and green tea—covering all the essentials. The front desk staff is extremely kind and provided detailed instructions on how to use the check-in machine. One suggestion: Regarding breakfast dishes, the low serving temperature reduces their flavor. Additionally, when selecting milk-added options from the coffee maker, the temperature drops noticeably. We kindly request improvements in these areas.

Great location, clean interior, very satisfying.

I stayed after work. The location was great, and it was a very clean Hotel. I had breakfast, and the variety was abundant and satisfying. I would love to stay again.

    It was good.

I stayed for two nights. The room is clean. The unit bath is also spacious. They accommodated my request at the time of reservation to have the room on the same floor as the one where the child stayed. It would have been nice to have a hairbrush and bath additives as amenities. Most of the meals were cold. I think it would be easier to eat and take if the lettuce was cut a bit smaller. The washing machine is often in use from a certain time and cannot be used. It's troublesome when people don't come to pick up their laundry even though it's finished. Although the room monitor shows it's available, when I go to check, the laundry hasn't been picked up. Improvement is needed.

    Clean and tidy Room

It was a very convenient location right in front of the metro exit. The Room was very clean as it was renovated last year, and the cleaning was done properly, allowing for a comfortable and secure stay. The breakfast felt like a typical one, neither particularly good nor bad. There were Osaka specialties such as skewered fried food and takoyaki.

Not bad, but a little disappointing.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with supermarkets and shopping streets nearby, meeting the conditions for a great hotel. However, there are some shortcomings that were noticeable, leading to a slightly disappointing impression. It is not uncommon nowadays for hotels to have a style where guests pick their own amenities near the front desk, but the limited variety of amenities and the presence of paid items were disappointing. The room was clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable, but it was unfortunate that there was no mineral water, which is standard in modern hotels. Although it was stated that tap water was drinkable, I was somewhat hesitant to drink it as is (I ended up drinking it, though). At the breakfast venue, I received a seat reservation tag, but since everyone had the same one, it was difficult to distinguish from others unless you remembered where you placed it. The variety of food (buffet style) was relatively abundant, but there were many items that seemed questionable for breakfast, such as skewered cutlets and takoyaki, while there were no items like raw eggs that are usually expected, making it feel incomplete. There were also few types of fresh vegetables, and it was the first time I saw a hotel with no tomatoes (including cherry tomatoes) at all. I brought coffee back to the room, but there was no space to sit and drink it, which was very inconvenient. I had no choice but to place it on the narrow shelf next to the bed and drink it while leaning against the bed, but I was very concerned about spilling it on the bed. At the very least, I would like to have a table and sofa where I can watch TV.
