    A place you’ll definitely want to return to—conveniently located for getting anywhere!

    This is a repeat stay! Even in heavy rain, you can reach the Hotel without getting wet—an unbeatable location. Everything is well equipped, and I’ll definitely stay again next time! The breakfast is delicious and highly recommended.

    The Hotel inside the station building is comfortable.

    I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Above all, the bathroom with a separate washing area was very comfortable for me. I also liked that I could choose from different breakfast options each day.

    Attentive, considerate, and thoughtful service

    I visited again after about a year, and as expected, many things had been improved. There were new systems related to cleaning, and even small touches like having tissue paper in the washroom. From the start, it was already a very convenient Hotel—with an amenity buffet, separate bath and toilet, and a washbasin in the bathroom—and I also loved how pleasant it was to be greeted by every staff member I passed in the building. On top of that, after check-in, when I asked at the front desk for extra towels, they arranged for additional towels every day during my stay. I was impressed by such thoughtful attention. Once again, it was a very satisfying stay!

    As a regular guest who stays here often, I booked an 8-night Multiple Night Stay at this Hotel again. Everything was comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows did not suit me at all and made it hard to sleep. Neither of the two provided firm support at the core, which was truly difficult for me. Some Business Hotels offer a service that lets guests choose their preferred pillow, so I would appreciate it if the manager could consider making improvements.

    I believe this is one of the best Business Hotels in Tokyo in terms of value for money, service, location, and Facility. Breakfast is also healthy, with just the right portions and menu selection.

    A conveniently located Hotel

    Conveniently connected directly to the station, with reasonably priced stays and just two stops from Shinagawa Station. The lobby amenities were a pleasant bonus—there were even face masks and bath tablets. I will stay here again.

    It was very good.

    I stayed here for hospital visits, and the place was clean, so I felt comfortable and at ease. The amenities were high quality and well stocked, and the complimentary coffee and cocoa service was also great. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    An Almost Perfect Hotel

    Used for a business trip. Located right above Gotanda Station, so access is easy. Check-in required a few too many entries, but there were no issues. The Room was clean. I was happy that the bathroom had a separate washing area. There were also plenty of bath salts and amenities. The only inconvenience was the laundry—there were only three washing machines, and they weren’t available when I wanted to use them. It would be better if there were more machines.

    I stayed here on a business trip, and choosing this Hotel directly connected to Gotanda Station was the right decision—I didn’t get wet in the rain, unlike staying at a Hotel around Shinagawa. From my seat at breakfast, I could see the Gotanda Station platforms, which was quite interesting. I did notice dust on the restaurant blinds and some dirt in the Room’s washbasin bowl, but I would like to stay here again on future business trips.

    Great value for money.

    Conveniently located above Gotanda Station with excellent access. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and helpful. The Room is small, but that’s to be expected. Cleaning was thorough.

    A conveniently located and comfortable Hotel

    The location along the Yamanote Line was excellent and made getting around very convenient. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and there is also a UNIQLO on the ground floor of the Hotel, which made my stay very convenient.

    Convenience and cleanliness are the highlights.

    Directly connected to Gotanda Station—convenient for getting anywhere. Easy access from Shinagawa via the Shinkansen and to Haneda Airport. The bathroom and toilet are separate, giving it the feel of an upgraded Business Hotel.

    We look forward to your next stay.

    Location: JR Gotanda Station. However, the Room was very clean, and the bathroom felt spacious, so we were very satisfied. The Room was equipped with a Dyson hair dryer and an air purifier. All three Rooms were well equipped, and there were no inconveniences at all. It was a bit disappointing that the chef delivered dinner in advance, but we would like to stay again next time.

    Directly connected to the station for ultimate convenience!

    It was raining on the day, so having direct access from the station was a huge help. When I requested a high-floor Room at the time of Reservation, I was told it couldn’t be guaranteed, but thank you for accommodating my request. The bathtub was large and comfortable, and the Room layout was easy to use. For breakfast, we were able to relax while looking out over the station platform, and we were satisfied with both the portion size and the taste. Two things I noticed. At check-in, several items came one after another—Receipt slips, receipt-style breakfast vouchers, and card-type Room keys—so my hands quickly became full. On top of that, we also had to pick up amenities for use in the Room (I was happy they were well stocked with items like skincare products and bath additives), which felt a bit inconvenient. It would be nice if there were a basket or something similar to carry amenities. Also, I couldn’t find a security box in the Room—was there one somewhere? In any case, it was an Accommodation stay for two women, and we both felt relaxed and very satisfied. We’d love to stay again if we have another opportunity!

    The place was very clean, and having a separate washing area in the bathroom made our stay very comfortable. The shelf by the sink is a bit small. We appreciated the mineral water provided, and it was nice to find complimentary apples and juice in the refrigerator.

    Directly connected to the station and a Hotel with a separate washing area in the bathroom, which I was very satisfied with. Gotanda has surprisingly good access and is convenient. However, the number of buffet items for the selectable breakfast was limited, the lobby was noisy, and I did not realize in advance that the toilet is located in the changing/wash area (vanity area); if I had known, I would not have chosen it.

    A Comfortable Hotel for Your Stay

    This was my first stay, and the direct access to JR Gotanda Station and the Toei Asakusa Line made it extremely convenient for business travel. Another plus is the wide variety of restaurants nearby. The front desk has an amenity bar, and Hotel Mets Premier is always impressively well stocked, which I really appreciate. The coffee at the front desk is also very good. The Room had a separate bath and toilet, and I was able to relax in the tub using the bath salts from the amenity bar. The Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was also able to watch the WBC on Netflix. All staff members were kind and courteous. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

    A clean, highly recommended Hotel with convenient access to transportation.

    The Room is very small, but the Hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. You can hop on the JR Yamanote Line and the Asakusa Line right away. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and a Don Quijote store for convenient shopping. Highly recommended.

    A Hotel that makes you think, “This is all I need!”

    A Hotel located inside Gotanda Station—this is a great start. The bath is also very nice. The razor is stylish, which is another plus. Breakfast has just the right flavor and portion size. The staff service is also very good. I’d love to stay again.

    An exceptionally comfortable Hotel with no complaints other than the high accommodation cost. The cleanliness throughout the Hotel, the staff service, and the location are all excellent. I can relax every time without any worries. Even the high accommodation cost feels acceptable.

    About Cleaning

    It is conveniently located near the station, and the Facility is well equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Unfortunately, this time there were nail clipping fragments scattered in the Room, possibly because the vacuum cleaner’s suction power was weak. Please consider providing a model with stronger suction power.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay. Direct access to the station, a bathroom with a washing area, and movies available on Wowow made it very comfortable. The complimentary roasted coffee was delicious. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with the provided bath salts.

    Perfect for solo travelers

    A very comfortable Hotel to stay in! Located right outside the station gates, so no worries even if you're tired from walking! They kindly store your luggage even if you arrive before check-in. Truly convenient! With various amenities available, this level of service at this price makes it a definite repeat choice!

    We stayed at the accommodation for the first time as a family. The location was, of course, excellent, but the staff's hospitality and kindness, the cleanliness of the room, and the comfort of the bathroom facilities exceeded our expectations.     It never disappoints.

    Thank you for your hospitality once again. I always use this group's Hotel when traveling to Tokyo on business. This was my first time staying in Gotanda, and as expected, it was just as comfortable as always. The check-in and check-out processes are automated, so I only interacted with the front desk staff when leaving my luggage after checking out. While I don't have specific feedback on their service during the stay, their responses to my pre-arrival inquiries via email were excellent, so I am giving a 5-star rating. I requested a room on the station side; however, since it was on a lower floor than I had hoped for, the view wasn't great. This was due to my own request error and does not affect my evaluation; I'm mentioning it here for others' reference. Looking at the opposite side from the elevator hall, I noticed that rooms facing away from the station had more open views—perhaps those would have been better in terms of scenery. The bathroom is separate from other facilities in the room, which makes it very comfortable to use every time. The cleanliness was impeccable—I even took two baths during my stay! With bath salts provided as well, it felt incredibly relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. If I were to point out minor issues: while the TV is large and impressive in size, its placement means you might need to watch it from bed due to limited seating arrangements within the layout of the room. Additionally, there were handprints visible on the mirror by the sink—possibly left during cleaning. I look forward to staying here again!
