    Excellent access near the station.

    I stayed here to travel to Komaki Airport early in the morning. It’s also just a short walk to the Aoi Kotsu airport bus stop! I’d like to stay here again next time.

    A Convenient Hotel Near Nagoya Station

    I made a Reservation for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). It’s located just near Nagoya Station along Doroedori Street, and the first floor has Mister Donut. There are also several convenience stores within easy walking distance. With many restaurants nearby, the location is excellent. The amenities are stocked next to the front desk, and you can freely choose items such as skincare products and instant coffee. They also had face masks, which I gratefully used. Late check-out is available for a fee until 2:00 p.m., which was very helpful. An eco-friendly Hotel with no waste. It’s not large, but it’s clean and the staff are very kind.

    Since I stayed near ...

    Since I stayed near the Shinkansen exit last time, I chose this one for this trip. The other hotel was a little off the main road, but this one is right on the main street with plenty of shops nearby. In terms of location, this one has the advantage. It may be slightly farther from the Shinkansen ticket gates, but there’s not much difference; if you’re using Kintetsu or Meitetsu, this one is more convenient. Breakfast here is limited to a set menu from Mister Donut on the first floor, so if you want a full buffet breakfast, the hotel near the Shinkansen exit might be better. I was taking an early Kintetsu train in the morning, so this place—with its great location and takeout breakfast—was very convenient for me.

    Close to the station, quiet, and convenient.

    I stayed here before and after a mountain climbing tour. I arrived at Nagoya Airfield on the last flight after work on Friday, and the tour started early Saturday morning on the first JR train. I got back to Nagoya Station after 8:00 pm on Sunday. On Monday morning, it was an easy trip to the station-front bus stop for the 6:00 am departure, and it was also a 4-minute walk to the airport limousine bus stop. As someone not familiar with the area, I felt comfortable staying here. The Hotel was close to the station, quiet, and convenient—everything I needed.

    I stayed here for an...

    I stayed here for an event at Wink Aichi. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner, and I had a very comfortable stay. I also liked the system of picking up amenities and loungewear as needed, as it reduces waste.

    Regarding the response.

    The Room is a bit small, but the location is convenient and close to Nagoya Station. The staff were also very helpful and kindly stored my luggage after check-out.

    Thank you for taking care of me for two days. The Room on the 13th floor was very quiet. Although the Hotel is located in a lively area in front of the station, I slept well. The Room was simple and comfortable, with nothing inconvenient. It seems all the water is purified, so even in the bath there was no unpleasant smell, which was great. I drank it as well—it was delicious.

    The Facility is comfortable, but I hope for improvements in guidance and customer service.

    I stayed this time and had a few concerns. First, I could not find the front desk extension number in the Room, so I had to look up the Hotel’s main phone number and call it to make an inquiry. It would be helpful if the extension number were clearly listed in the in-Room information. Also, pajamas were placed in the elevator hall rather than in the Room, but there was no 안내 at check-in or in the Room. As a result, after changing once in my Room, I had to go back out to pick them up from the elevator hall. Clear guidance that first-time guests can easily understand would be appreciated. In addition, when I called with a question, the response felt somewhat formal and unfriendly. Facility-related issues may be easier to address, but service has a major impact on a Hotel’s overall impression, so I would hope for a warmer approach. I am satisfied with the location and the Facility itself, so if guidance and service improve, I believe it will become an even more comfortable Hotel to stay at.

    A Convenient Business Hotel Near Nagoya Station

    Conveniently located near Nagoya Station (use the exit opposite the Shinkansen gates), with plenty of restaurants nearby. Surprisingly quiet as well.

    I’d like to make a Reservation at this Hotel again.

    This was my first stay. Given the location near Nagoya Station, I thought it might be noisy at night, so I requested a Room on a higher floor. They accommodated my request, and the Room on the 18th floor was very quiet—I slept soundly. The Hotel staff who assisted me were also very pleasant, and I would like to stay again next time.

    Near the station

    There was a café I wanted to visit, and when I asked at the front desk, they printed out a map and even explained how to get there. Thank you very much for your kind help. The three of us stayed in a connecting room, and having two bathrooms and two toilets was very convenient. The station is also close, so I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    It was a comfortable stay!

    Over the past month, I’ve stayed in Nagoya often and used various Business Hotels, but this one was the cleanest, and I had a comfortable stay. I’m also very happy that Sotetsu provides separate pajama sets, which makes it even more comfortable. The female staff member who assisted me at check-in and the male staff member who helped when I came back to pick up my luggage both noticed me right away while I was waiting in line, and they were kind with warm smiles—it really warmed my heart. I did find myself wishing just a little (haha) that the Room layout allowed me to lie down while watching TV like at Shinkansen Exit, but overall it was a wonderful Accommodation with a convenient location near the station and reasonable prices!

    It was comfortable.

    My first stay here. Even though I checked in late at night, I was able to check in smoothly using the QR code sent in advance. The Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s close to Nagoya Station’s Sakura-dori Exit, and although there are many restaurants nearby, noise was not much of an issue. Breakfast was a fun setup: you get a breakfast set at the Mister Donut on the 1st floor, which I enjoyed.

    Conveniently located near the station, affordable.

    Accommodation costs have become expensive everywhere. In that respect, Fresa Inn has a great location and I am very satisfied. The only reason it is not a perfect score is the small bathroom, but I think it is reasonable and fair for the price.

    It was comfortably standard.

    The location is excellent, and at this price, the cost performance is outstanding. With three elevators available, you can ride with almost no waiting time. The Room is compact yet clean and comfortable. Amenities are also well-equipped.

    Business Trip to Nagoya

    I stayed here for a business trip. The area has many restaurants and is conveniently close to the workplace. The Room is simple but equipped with all the essentials, making it perfectly adequate. I would like to stay here again for my next trip to Nagoya.

    Mostly satisfied

    Satisfactory as a typical Business Hotel. Conveniently located near the station with access to convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. However, it was disappointing that the lobby seemed to have a smoking area, as the smoke and smell were overwhelming during check-in.

    Awakened by the fire alarm at 1:00 AM and evacuated.

    Around 1:30 AM, a fire alarm went off due to a reported fire in a room on the 17th floor, prompting all guests to evacuate. As it was late November and quite cold at night, I rushed outside without even grabbing a coat. We had to wait on the street afterward, but there was no explanation from the Hotel until the police arrived. The police began confirming whether people on the street were guests of the Accommodation, and only then did we receive a brief explanation. It was later stated that "no fire was confirmed on the 17th floor," but we returned to our rooms feeling uneasy and could hardly sleep that night. While it's fortunate that no major incident occurred, considering how poorly it was handled and communicated at the time, I would not want to stay here again.

    It was a sufficient and satisfactory Hotel!

    A clean Hotel with a system where you take only the amenities you need, but the selection was quite comprehensive. The Room wasn't very spacious, but it was sufficient for one person. Check-in and check-out were smooth using machines, making it stress-free. It was also conveniently located near the station.

    Stayed here as a stopover before heading to Ise the next day. The location is convenient, close to the station, and reasonably priced. Despite arriving late at night, there were nearby convenience stores and restaurants, so it was hassle-free. We stayed in a connecting Room for four people, which had two bathrooms and toilets, making it very comfortable to move between Rooms. The Facility was clean with helpful recommendations for nearby spots and well-selected amenities. The transfer to Kintetsu the next day was smooth and overall a great experience.

    The cleaning standards are low.

    I decided to explore hotels in Nagoya and intentionally booked a hotel that is not my usual accommodation. I arrived around 14:40, but since I couldn't enter the room until 15:00, I wandered around a bit before checking in. Upon entering the restroom, I found a long strand of hair. Since I have short hair, it wasn't mine. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, this room also had some kind of label on the floor. Normally, one would expect the new room to be checked before being assigned, but that wasn’t the case here. Thinking that changing rooms wouldn’t make much difference anyway, I didn’t report it again. There was no apology even at checkout—there won’t be a next time for me with this hotel as I left disappointed.

    I stayed here during a business trip. It is just a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, making it very accessible, and the check-in process was smooth. The Room was small but typical of a Business Hotel. When I checked in, there was a fire in a building about three doors down, and several fire trucks arrived. The tense atmosphere made me feel uneasy, but the front desk staff (possibly part-time workers?) showed no signs of panic and continued their duties as if nothing had happened. I wonder if they have been trained for disaster response? If there is any manual or protocol in place, it might be worth reviewing and reinforcing with the staff.

    Great location, no doubt!

    It was my first stay in Nagoya in a while. I arrived at Chubu Centrair International Airport around 2 PM and took the train to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. From the underground station, I went up to the ground level, and the Hotel was located just behind the landmark building "Midland Square" in front of the station. I checked in and entered the Room shortly after 3 PM. The location is incredibly convenient for everything, including finding dinner spots, subway travel, and the next day's Shinkansen ride. It's a perfect location. The Property is relatively new, and the Room was clean and comfortable. Despite the Room being compact, it had a bathtub, allowing me to relax and recover from the fatigue of a long day of travel. I would definitely like to stay here again for my next visit to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station!

    I went to Nagoya for a baseball event and stayed for two nights. It was my first time experiencing self check-in and check-out, but the staff kindly assisted me. The Room and the Hotel were clean, and the Facilities were well-equipped. The amenities were plentiful, and I especially liked the bath salts. Nagoya Station was very close, and the event was about a 10-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient. I would love to use this service again. Thank you very much.

    Reasonable, clean, and pleasant service.

    The price is very reasonable at under 10,000 yen, and the Room and bed are sufficiently large for one person. Very clean, with pleasant customer service. Very convenient as it is just a short walk to the station. Highly recommended.
