    Ideal for families

    I stayed for one night with a same-day Reservation. The Hotel was spotless throughout, and as others have said, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. There is no parking at the Hotel, but I was able to park at the coin-operated lot in front of the Hotel for a maximum of 1,500 yen. It is also directly connected to Otakanomori SC, which is very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

    I have stayed here several times, and because the location and price are convenient, I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. This time I checked in around 4:00 PM, but I noticed that several Rooms on the same floor were still being cleaned, which concerned me a little. In my Room as well, there was dirt on the TV remote control, dust on the desk, and fingerprints on the makeup mirror. I felt that more thorough cleaning and a final check would make it more reassuring to stay. Also, the water pressure was somewhat weak, and at certain times the Wi-Fi connection felt unstable. As I would like to continue staying here, I hope for improvements going forward.

    The location is excellent.

    I stayed here for reasons other than sightseeing, and as the Reviews said, it was very comfortable. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, offers great value for money, and I’d like to stay again next time.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Although the Room type was assigned on arrival, we were able to relax in a spacious twin Room. A friend told me it was great because there is a large public bath, so I chose this place. I soaked and relaxed in the large public bath, tried the sauna briefly, and was able to relieve the day’s fatigue. I was also surprised by how efficient the check-out system was. Since it didn’t take much time, we even caught an earlier train than planned. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The large public bath, sauna, and cold plunge are excellent.\nEasy and worry-free even if you’re driving!

    Because it was an early-bird deal, the three of us stayed for 24,000 yen—8,000 yen per person—and we were very satisfied with the quality for that price. A few years ago, when we had made a Reservation and had to Cancel the Reservation at the last minute because our child got COVID, the staff were very kind to us. Since then, whenever we stay in this area, we always choose this place. We usually drive here. For dinner, we eat at a nearby shopping center; since we dine there, parking is free during that time. After 8:00 p.m., you can park at a nearby coin parking lot for a flat 400 yen, which is a great way to keep parking costs down. The amenities included body towels and decent toiletries. Best of all, there’s a large public bath, sauna, and cold plunge—excellent. Even when I forgot something in the Room after check-out, they helped me with a smile. If I could make one request: it would be amazing if there were an outdoor rooftop wooden deck where you could lie down after using the sauna. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    We had a great time! The large public bath and breakfast were excellent!!

    I had a wonderful time. It was a bit disappointing that there were stains on the carpet and that I couldn’t watch YouTube, but the view was great—I could see Tokyo Skytree from my Room. The bath, toilet, and sink were all in the same space in the Room, but it was spacious, and above all I was impressed by how perfectly clean and shiny the bathtub was. The large public bath was amazing. There was a silky bath, a bubbling bath, a cold bath, and a sauna—everything felt fantastic. You can receive basic skincare items at the front desk, and there were also cleansing products and an all-in-one gel provided in the large public bath area, which was very helpful. Also, breakfast was delicious. The premium fresh eggs for egg-over-rice and the namero with dashi ochazuke were incredibly good. There were many kinds of bread, plus scrambled eggs, sausages, and warm beef stew—so I was completely satisfied. This is definitely a Hotel I want to visit again for fun. Also, all of the staff were kind and wonderful people—I left feeling really happy. An excellent Hotel with outstanding value for money!

    It was comfortable.

    I booked the Room-assigned Plan, but was given a spacious twin Room and had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was more luxurious than at other Business Hotels in the same price range; it would have been perfect if the coffee, juice and other drinks, and the white rice were a bit better. I would like to stay here again.

    The breakfast exceed...

    The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was very satisfying. The large public bath was a great feature, and it was convenient to check the crowd level from the Room. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as slow Wi-Fi, long elevator wait times, and the lack of a freezer in the refrigerator, overall satisfaction was high, and I would like to stay again.

    There are commercial...

    There are commercial facilities nearby, making it very convenient and satisfying. I wanted to use the humidifier, but I was a bit concerned about mold on the filter. I understand it's challenging to maintain every Room, but it would have been even better if it were clean. In other aspects, I am very satisfied. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again.

    Close to the station, clean, and excellent, but the WiFi is too slow.

    The hotel is very close to the station, the room is clean, and there is an Onsen, making it very comfortable. However, the WiFi is extremely slow and disconnects frequently, making it impossible to work here. During my 2-night stay, the connection was unstable both times. Using mobile tethering was significantly faster. I hope for a quick update to a faster internet connection as this issue also occurred during my previous stay.

    Always clean and tidy.

    I frequently stay here. The front desk staff is courteous, and for the price, it offers a peaceful experience. The large public bath with slightly hot water is very relaxing and refreshing.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in the Deluxe Room this time. The room was spacious and allowed for a very relaxing stay. The bathroom with a washing area was also spacious and comfortable, but it would have been nice to have a place to hang towels in the sink area and somewhere to put clothes after taking them off. The overhead shower felt great.

    I took a bus from Haneda Airport, and it was very convenient. The building and the Room were clean, there was a large public bath, and it was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I stayed until the last minute before check-out.

    Convenient accommodation directly connected to the station

    I stayed for two nights after bringing my grandchild to Kansai during summer vacation. This accommodation is conveniently located directly connected to the station and adjacent to a large commercial facility, making it my regular choice. I also like the large public bath on the 11th floor, but I feel the water temperature is a bit high; it would be more relaxing if it were slightly lower.

    Thank you for promptly accommodating my sudden Reservation and arranging a sunlit Room upon my request, as I am not fond of darker Rooms. The Onsen was delightful, and with many shops nearby, it was easy to shop for necessities, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you!

    The vegetables at breakfast are delicious.

    I stayed at the end of April, marking my second visit. During my first stay, I didn’t choose a breakfast-included Plan, but the staff kindly informed me that I could add it, and I was seated promptly. The space was very open and inviting, and the vegetables—especially the leaf lettuce and tomatoes—were incredibly fresh. The tomatoes tasted as if they had just been picked. This time, due to a higher number of guests, breakfast was moved to the banquet hall on the second floor. While it truly felt like a banquet setting, the quality of the vegetables remained outstanding as always. The staff’s thoughtful decision to change venues to avoid overcrowding was greatly appreciated. I stayed until check-out time at a relaxed pace and received cheerful greetings from cleaning staff passing by in the hallway, which made for a pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again!

    All the front desk staff were kind and welcoming. The restaurant and cleaning staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. The fitness room is quite basic, so it would be great if it could be more equipped. The door of the women's sauna opens and closes loosely, so adjusting the hinges would be appreciated. Both the large public bath and sauna were excellent. The Room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Every item at breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    I often stay here when returning home for family events. The accommodation is very convenient, being close to the station, with a large shopping center and convenience stores nearby. The rooms and shared areas are very clean, and the staff (front desk and room cleaning) provide excellent service. I plan to continue using this accommodation in the future.

    The reception counter is immediately accessible upon entering the Hotel from the station passage, and the elevator to the guest Room requires a card for use, ensuring security. The Room was compact yet equipped with all essentials, providing comfort; however, it would be appreciated if a spoon were included with the coffee cup. The bathtub was too high to enter easily, so improvements are hoped for in the next renovation.

    Facility Overview

    Stayed for two nights over the weekend. There were several instances of loud noises, possibly from neighboring or upper rooms, which were disruptive and uncomfortable. The bathroom appeared clean overall, but the hot water supply seemed to be limited to circulation within the bathtub only, with no fresh water being added. Additionally, there were floating particles in the tub that appeared to be dirt or residue from the surface.

    We stayed for one night as a couple. The new building and both the Facility and guest rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We came by private car but parked at a nearby paid parking lot. Since the Hotel is connected to Ootaka-no-Mori Station via a deck, we would like to use the train next time we visit.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time, and the front staff were kind and courteous, making for a very pleasant weekend. However, having used the facility several times, I was concerned about the smell of sewage in the large public bath.

    Mount Tsukuba in the sunset

    I stayed on the 10th floor. When I casually looked outside, the beautiful sunset and the majestic Mount Tsukuba were breathtaking. I used the Onsen, but perhaps because it was a crowded time, the drainage was clogged, which was unpleasant. Other than that, it's directly connected to the station and there's a shopping mall nearby, so I thought it was a very good location.

    I have been using it...

    I have been using it several times a year for the past two years. The access from the station is very good. There is also a large public bath, which is ideal for relieving travel fatigue. The guest rooms are well soundproofed, so it's not bothersome when sleeping, but perhaps because Nagareyama Otakanomori (Nagareyama Ootaka no Mori) is a lively town with many children, the lobby and first-floor restaurant can be very crowded at certain times of day, so I personally refrain from using Hotel breakfast.
