    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a concert. The front desk staff were very courteous, and it was a great experience. I’d like to stay here again next time! I also made some wonderful summer memories. Thank you very much.

    Due to the morning earthquake, transportation was disrupted all day, and with the rain the Sunrise service was also canceled, leaving me at a loss—but fortunately I was able to stay here with a same-day Reservation. It’s close to Shin-Yokohama Station and very easy to find. I don’t usually stay in this area, but it helped a lot because it minimized lost time traveling to Shikoku. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you very much.

    I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed here for a live concert at Yokohama Arena. It's within walking distance to the arena, yet quiet at night, making it just right. The staff provided polite and attentive service, giving a sense of security, so I would love to stay here again. I arrived a bit early, but they kindly guided me, which I truly appreciated!

    To the LIVE board...

    It is still a new hotel. It is moderately compact and comfortable if you don't seek more. I stayed here for a LIVE event at Yokohama Arena this time. Since it's close, I think there were many fans, but there was a handwritten board of the LIVE at the entrance! I was moved!! Also, the hotel's customer service and services are very good. After checking out, they kept my suitcase and I picked it up after the LIVE. I would like to stay again when visiting Shin-Yokohama, thank you very much!

    The location is clos...

    The location is close to the station, the staff were kind and attentive, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Mold in the bathroom...

    The Facility is new, and there was a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The Room was a triple, but it felt a bit cramped, making it difficult to open a suitcase fully. The only beverage provided in the Room was tea, so I thought it would be nice if coffee were also available. In the Room's bathroom, there was black mold around the bathtub and walls. I wondered if it couldn't be removed, so I tried scrubbing it with a sponge, and some of the dirt came off. This made me feel that the cleaning was not thorough. It was my first time encountering mold left as is in a Hotel, and I was both surprised and found it very unhygienic. As for customer service, it was neither particularly good nor bad. However, even when people were coming and going, there were no greetings unless initiated from our side. I felt that perhaps more effort should be made to greet guests. The amenities were well-stocked, including makeup remover and mouthwash, which I found to be quite comprehensive.

    The room smelled bad.

    The Review didn't seem to have any particularly bad points, so I made a Reservation, but from the moment I entered the Room, there was a foul odor coming from the toilet in the unit bath, possibly due to improper sewage pipes, and the smell made me feel unwell during my stay. I will not Reserve again in the future, but I think it should be improved.

    It was beautiful.

    The cleaning was done properly, and the Facility was new and clean. However, perhaps because it was on the third floor, the area around the washbasin occasionally had a sewage smell, which was unfortunate. Other than that, it was a convenient and comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    The worst Hotel.

    There is a lot of trash in the hallway, the bathtub is full of water stains, the bathroom has a strange damp smell, and the guest room is only cleaned by emptying the trash can, with no trace of cleaning anywhere. This is the worst Hotel I have ever seen.
