    A very comfortable Hotel.

    The Hotel was very clean and functional, which was truly great. There were also materials prepared to introduce sightseeing spots and gourmet options around the Hotel, which were very helpful. However, the best part of this Hotel was the front desk staff. The atmosphere they created felt like the ultimate service. I will definitely use this place again when I visit Kanazawa. Additionally, the hairdryer was a big hit with the women in my family!

    Early summer vacation use

    The front desk service was pleasant, and there was almost no waiting time. (Smart check-in is available upon request.) The highlight was the cleanliness of the guest room and the well-equipped amenities. Impressively, ReFa showerheads and hair dryers were standard in every room! (Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also provided—amazing!) ReFa showerheads are highly praised among my friends for their quality, so I was thrilled to try them out. The bed was clean with moderately fluffy pillows, providing a comfortable sleep. Please note that cosmetic amenities are not provided; kindly bring your own. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

    Great Hotel!!

    The dryer and shower by ReFa were truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I was a bit worried about the noise since there were many foreign guests, but it was very quiet and pleasant. I was concerned about the lack of parking, but there was a nearby coin-operated parking lot, so it wasn't an issue at all.

    Over the New Year

    I stayed for one night over the New Year. The staff at the front desk and those in charge of breakfast provided excellent service. The Room was convenient with a washing machine and microwave. At night, we were served New Year's soba, and the breakfast featured a New Year's menu, allowing us to fully enjoy the New Year's atmosphere. The breakfast staff were very attentive and provided delicious meals for everyone. The location is also good, making it a recommendable Hotel.

    Excellent location

    Overall, it was clean and comfortable to stay. The bathtub was also large, allowing for a relaxing time. The location is convenient for sightseeing. There are few amenities, and there is no water, so it is better to prepare it yourself. However, I think they are cutting waste to keep the Accommodation Fee low, so in terms of cost performance, it is very good.

    It is conveniently located within walking distance to any tourist attraction in Kanazawa City, without the need for a bus. The facility is new, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is convenient to have a mini sink and microwave. Although I didn't use the washing machine, it would be helpful for a stay of several days. It was unfortunate that the drink vending machine was out of order, but there was a convenience store nearby.

    I stayed to visit my daughter who is living in a dormitory in Kanazawa. It was a hotel chosen for its price, but the room had a washing machine and microwave, which was convenient. The room was spacious enough. However, I felt that the bed and pillow were a bit too soft for me. Still, considering the comfort of the room, the pleasant demeanor of the front desk staff, and the accommodation cost, I think it is a good hotel. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get from the station.

    It was comfortable.

    The separate toilet and bath were nice. There was also a washing machine in the room. Since this was our first night of the trip, we didn't use the washing machine, but I thought it was convenient. The room was also clean. It's a bit far from the station on foot, but the bus stop is very close, and the Higashiyama Chaya District, Kenrokuen Garden, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art area, and Omicho Market are all within a pleasant walking distance, so we had a great time. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much.
