    It was great.

There was a Don Quijote nearby, which was very convenient. The location was great, and I would like to stay here again.

The facility and location are good, but there is no particular customer service.

There was little interaction with the hotel staff except during check-in and check-out, and there was no welcoming atmosphere at all. Even upon arriving at the front desk, the staff were talking among themselves without any greeting or acknowledgment. Perhaps this is typical for a Business Hotel. The room was simple, but the bathroom and sink area were spacious, which was nice. The room's facilities included a mini kitchen and a drum-type washing machine, making it ideal for medium to long-term stays. On the lobby floor, there is a drink service where you can even enjoy Awamori and Habu sake—this is impressive! Additionally, Don Quijote on the 1st and 2nd floors sells groceries, so preparing meals in your room is recommended for longer stays. One cautionary note: There’s another Tokyu Hotel nearby called "Tokyu REI Hotel." I mistakenly mixed up reservations between these two hotels. Please be aware that there are multiple Tokyu Hotels in Naha!

    It was very comfortable.

We stayed at the accommodation as we arrived in Naha at night with our family. It cost about 1,500 yen by taxi from the airport. The place was very clean and functional. The washer-dryer was extremely convenient, allowing us to reduce our luggage for a day. The shampoo and hairdryer were from REFA, which were excellent. Breakfast had a good variety, was very delicious, and could be enjoyed in a calm atmosphere. Being directly connected to Don Quijote made it convenient for purchasing snacks or souvenirs. We definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa!

The smell of the Room was concerning.

The moment I entered, there was a smell of soy sauce (it smelled like sushi might have been eaten in the room). I used the deodorizing spray from the closet on the cushions and turned on the air purifier. By the time my daughter, who was staying with me, arrived, most of the smell had disappeared. It would be great if room odor checks could be conducted as well. I often use this accommodation because of its convenient location and in-room washer-dryer, but recently it seems to have become more popular as prices have increased, making me hesitate to make a reservation at times. It would also be helpful if bottled water could be provided in the room.

    A beautiful Hotel.

The accommodation was very convenient with a washer-dryer and detergent provided. Unlike resort hotels where the laundry is far away and waiting for it to finish wastes time, here the laundry is done while you're out. This was incredibly helpful. The showerhead, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all ReFa products. Since I use ReFa regularly, it felt stress-free. The staff were very attentive and made my stay pleasant. I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Thank you!

    The location is good.

【Good Points】 Easy to find by going straight from Tsubogawa Station. Convenient for shopping with Don Quijote adjacent. Room has a washer-dryer (with detergent). Security is solid with elevator card access on each floor. 【Bad Points】 Room cleaning is charged (garbage collection and bath towel exchange are free for those who wish). Seafood and awamori are no longer available for breakfast. The restaurant staff was good, but none of the front desk staff had a smile. The windows do not open at all, so ventilation is not possible (there is an air purifier). Pajamas are one-piece type. No welcome water. 【Overall Evaluation】 This is my second stay, but there is no feeling of "thank you for coming again." There are plates in the room, but since there is no cleaning, even though there is a sink, there is no detergent, and I want to soak in a clean bathtub every day, but I have to remove hair from the drain and clean lightly myself, which lowered my travel mood. I felt that the service has declined. If asked whether I would revisit, the washer-dryer and convenience are good, so it would be an option if the price is low.

    It was very comfortable.

The Room is new and clean, and the staff are kind and friendly, making it a good Hotel. It is a bit inconvenient to change elevators on the floor with the front desk, but it gives a sense of security. I would like to use it again when staying in Naha.

    The washing machine is convenient.

Good Points - Convenient location close to the Yui Rail station, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby - Riverside location offers an open view - The room was spacious and very comfortable - Having a washing machine and mini kitchen was a plus. Even in winter, Naha was warm and made us sweat, so being able to do laundry in the room was helpful. We bought sashimi and sea grapes at a nearby supermarket at a good price and enjoyed them in the room. Points for Improvement - It would be nice to have separate room wear - A hair iron rental would be helpful Thank you for accommodating our request regarding the room location when we made the reservation. We would like to use it again next time.

    The facilities are well-equipped.

This is my second stay, and the room is convenient with a washing machine, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and a small sink. I also like the spacious room. The washing machine is especially useful as I can do laundry as soon as I return to the hotel, and it is dry by bedtime, significantly reducing the laundry I have to do when I get home. It would be even better if the TV and other amenities were upgraded to smart types in the future. The lack of downlights is something that could also be improved. Additionally, having a Don Quijote store in the building makes shopping very convenient.

The Room is comfortable, but the breakfast.

The room and facilities are comfortable, so I have been staying here once or twice a year for the past few years. The previous breakfast included delicious Okinawan dishes (goya champuru, ninjin shirishiri, fu champuru, mozuku tempura, etc.) and sashimi such as tuna, white fish, and salmon. I looked forward to the Okinawan cuisine every time. However, it seems that the menu changed last November, and now it is almost like a Western-style café menu with little Okinawan feel. The main sashimi I was looking forward to is gone, and there are more dishes like quiche, salad, and herb-baked fish that seem to go better with bread than rice. I was very disappointed as I was expecting Okinawan cuisine and sashimi. I think I will opt for no breakfast on my next stay.

    New, clean, and comfortable

Conveniently located near Tsubokawa Station, with a convenience store along the way, Don Quijote on the lower floor, and a supermarket at the back. The place is new and clean, with a spacious lobby where you can enjoy a drink service. Although I didn't use it this time, there is a drum-type washing machine with a bottle of Attack detergent provided, suggesting a high level of livability.

    Satisfaction

I used it for a pre-stay as my flight arrived in the evening. It is close to the airport and within sight of the monorail station (we took a taxi, which cost about 1200 yen). We stayed in a Residential Family Bunk Bed Room with five people. Strictly speaking, we traveled with seven people and also booked another twin room. The room for five had a separate bath and washing area. The four beds were regular beds and very comfortable. Having a washer-dryer in the room is indeed convenient. We went to eat on Kokusai Street, which was about a 15-minute walk (one taxi meter). There is a Don Quijote next door, a convenience store, and a supermarket nearby. There was nothing inconvenient. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that it was difficult to get a taxi, and even when called, it took a while to arrive. It was inconvenient that cars couldn't be parked in front of the entrance. However, overall, I am satisfied. There are not many places in Naha City where a large group can stay, so I would like to repeat my stay someday.

    Needs improvement

Stayed at this hotel for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay. The selling point seems to be that the Room is equipped with a dryer, washing machine, and microwave, but there is no notice from the Hotel regarding the usage time of the washing machine. During the 4-night stay, I couldn't sleep every night past midnight due to the noise of the dryer and washing machine being used in other rooms and the sound of water flowing into the washing machine. Isn't a notice about usage time necessary? Dust had accumulated in the unit bath vent, the stained glass decorations in the kitchen, and the lampshade, which was unpleasant. I asked the front staff if it was possible to walk to 奥武山公園 (Ounoyama Koen), but they didn't know.

    Things I Noticed

The amenity body towel was a square sponge, but a long nylon body towel is easier to use, so why not consider changing it?

    Stay in Okinawa

There was plenty of parking space, the monorail station was nearby, and it wasn't too far from Kokusai Street, yet it was quiet and well-located. Don Quijote was also downstairs, making shopping convenient. The Room was spacious, with laundry facilities, and it was nice to have a separate bath and toilet. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. I would like to visit again when I go to Okinawa. Thank you very much.

Satisfied with both the location and the Room.

It was convenient as Kokusai Street was within walking distance. We took a walk to a diner near Kokusai Street for breakfast. There are many coin parking lots in the area, so we parked in a cheap one. The Room was spacious, clean, and user-friendly. It was also convenient to have a washing machine.

If you have a lot of luggage and are traveling by car, please be cautious.

Stayed on the last day of our trip to Okinawa. We went by rental car, but had a bit of trouble as we didn't know we had to park at the adjacent Don Quijote. We had a lot of luggage, so it was quite a task to get to the hotel after parking with the child. The room had a bed guard installed for the child as requested, which was helpful. The room was very user-friendly. If I may say, I wished there was complimentary water and bath towels for the Child Sharing Existing Bedding prepared from the start. The bathroom floor was slippery, so be careful as children might slip.

    Convenient and comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a sink, microwave, and a drum-type fully automatic washing machine with a dryer and detergent (quiet and usable even at night) in addition to a refrigerator, which was very useful during a Multiple Night Stay. The 1st and 2nd floors of the Hotel had a Don Quijote store, offering a wide selection of food and beverages, making shopping convenient. It was also close to Tsubogawa, making the location convenient.

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

The in-room washing machine was very convenient, and the seafood bowl for breakfast was delicious. Other than some dirt (mold?) on the curtains and air conditioner, there was nothing particularly concerning. The access from Naha Airport was good, and being close to the station, considering the cost performance, I think it is a very good Hotel.

    I used the washing m...

I used the washing machine, but when it was dry, a "kyurukyuru" sound started occurring midway and continued for about an hour until it finished. I was very worried that the sound might leak into the hallway or neighboring rooms, so it would be good to have it inspected. Also, before checking out, I called the front desk to request a taxi reservation, but they said they couldn't guarantee it. When I asked if that meant they couldn't make a taxi reservation, they replied, "Yes." It was the first time I was refused a taxi reservation at a hotel, and I wondered how they could call themselves a hotel with such service.

    Second stay

I stayed for one night on a weekday in September. I had a good experience last year, so I chose this hotel again this year. The room is spacious enough and well-cleaned. Although it's a unit bath, the toilet is not cramped. There's also a washer-dryer in the room, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were foreigners. They spoke Japanese well. The breakfast venue keeps the coffee machine available even outside breakfast hours, which is nice when you just want a drink. The breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the French toast, which was soaked in plenty of milk, just the way I like it. The Soki soba was also good. The bathtub in the room is large, and the shower water pressure is excellent. It's about 600 yen by taxi to Kokusai Street, making it a convenient location for dining and shopping. Having a Don Quijote in the same building is also a plus. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there seemed to be a lot of foreign tourists. I often stay one night in Naha and then 2 or 3 nights at a beachside hotel, and thanks to this hotel, I was able to start my Okinawa trip pleasantly this time as well.
