    I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

    This was my first stay, but the Room felt outdated and there was some noticeable dust, which was disappointing.

    It was very good.

    We stayed as a family of three. We had connecting Rooms: a twin Room and a double Room connected by opening the double doors between them. Both twin beds were double-sized, so we had plenty of space and it was very comfortable. The large public bath was available all night. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many Kumamoto specialties such as Taipien, Ikinari Dango, and Dago-jiru—on par with some high-end business Hotels. It was a very satisfying Hotel stay.

    Enjoy a comfortable stay with our large public bath and sauna.

    Conveniently located near the Kamitori Shopping Arcade and the tram stop, with great value for money. The sauna and large public bath are also very comfortable. Compared to the Sakuramachi area it’s a bit quieter, but around Kamitori there are vintage clothing shops and stylish stores tucked away in small side streets, giving it a Shimokitazawa-like vibe that’s fun to explore. Parking isn’t an issue either, as there’s a nearby affiliated large multi-story parking garage. However, if you take your car in and out, you can no longer use the parking validation ticket.

    This is my second time.

    This is my second stay while cleaning up my parents’ home. Even when I return to the Hotel tired, the large public bath helps me feel refreshed. It’s simple, but everything you need is well provided—an excellent Hotel. I’ll be happy to stay again next time.

    Great location and excellent value for money

    I used this Hotel as a base for sightseeing in Kumamoto. The room was reasonably spacious, and the view of Kumamoto Castle from the large bath on the 12th floor was excellent. There is also a Seven-Eleven on the first floor, which was convenient. Highly recommended Hotel.

    Necessary and sufficient

    Convenient Business Hotel located near downtown and airport bus stops, with a convenience store on the first floor. The guest rooms and facilities are standard but clean and functional. The public bath is small but located on the top floor, offering a great view of Kumamoto Castle.

    A hidden gem Hotel.

    The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very nice. The Room was clean and comfortable. It would be perfect if the Room had a view of Kumamoto Castle. Next time, I will choose a Room on the castle side. The service was excellent as well. I was impressed by the refreshing towel provided at check-in—thank you very much!

    The Room is spacious and quiet.

    Having a convenience store in the same building and a quiet Room was great. However, despite being spacious, with separate bath and toilet, and supposedly comfortable, it felt somehow unsettling. It was the first time I stayed at a Hotel without bedside lighting, which was quite inconvenient. There was a table, so maybe it was removed because it was broken... Also, there was no place to put things near the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The air conditioning was directed right at the working desk, and although there was a sink in the Room, it was far from the toilet, making the layout uncomfortable. I was a member of this Hotel, but there was no such guidance at all. They explained it to the person checking in next door. It left a disappointing impression.
