A Relaxing, Wonderful Stay

We used this property for my parents’ anniversary trip. The staff were calm, attentive, and considerate in many situations, which made our stay very comfortable. There was a minor unexpected issue with the Room facilities, but it was handled sincerely. The next day, another staff member—different from the one who assisted us—was already aware of the situation and checked in with us again; we found that level of consideration excellent. We did not use the large public bath this time, but the bathrooms and water areas were kept very clean. The front desk and lobby are compact, which actually made them easy to use. We will visit again.
