    I will never stay here again.

    I stayed for two nights during peak season. We paid about 80,000 yen for two people, and the Room was so small we couldn’t even open our suitcases. We arrived by car, but had to park ourselves in a distant parking lot. There was only one towel, and if we needed an extra one, we had to go to the front desk to pick it up. The staff were unfriendly. There was a large spider web near the light by the open-air bath. I had high expectations, but I was disappointed.

    Shiunkai Hot Spring

    The open-air bath at Shiun-no-Yu was outstanding. Breakfast is their top highlight, and the variety, selection, and taste were all perfect. I have stayed at La Vista in Hakodate, Kushiro, and Furano, and the high quality has been consistently maintained—it’s truly excellent.

    The private bath, women-only laundry room, and massage chair were great, but the Room was a bit small and the bed was narrow.

    This is my third vis...

    This is my third visit to Furano, and my second time here in spring. This time, I combined wine tasting with hiking, starting at Domaine Raison. I sampled Zweigelt, one of Hokkaido’s signature grape varieties, and bought a bottle. I took a taxi to Rokkatei and enjoyed coffee and butter sandwich ice cream on the terrace while taking in views of Mt. Furano. From Rokkatei, I hiked with views of the Daisetsuzan mountains, stopped by a winery along the way, and had lunch at Wine House. After braised spare ribs and “Kuma no Banshaku,” I sobered up with a hike to Lapista. Back at the Hotel, soaking in the first bath was pure bliss.

    The large public bat...

    The large public bath is very comfortable, and the view from the men’s bath is wonderful. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. There are many restaurants near the Hotel, and I would recommend staying here to friends.

    Excellent!

    We stayed here on our first family trip to Furano as a group of four. We were considering another place at first, but choosing this one was absolutely the right decision. All the staff were kind and attentive, and our Room was a spacious, comfortable quad room. Having two sinks was fantastic! There are also private baths, and it was very convenient to be able to check availability and usage times from the Room. The after-bath ice cream, massage chairs, and unlimited manga made it feel like heaven (in the best way). Breakfast also had a great variety, and our whole family was very satisfied! It took some time since we drove from New Chitose Airport with a rental car, but the scenery along the way is amazing—so we’d love to visit again.

    Comfortable

    The Facility was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The restaurant in particular was very clean and pleasant. I stayed for two days and was satisfied.

    This Hotel was excel...

    This Hotel was excellent. In particular, the service provided by the driver who took us to the second parking lot the next day was outstanding. His attentive care made me truly appreciate Japanese hospitality once again. Among all the staff I encountered during my recent travels, he was the best. I am deeply grateful.

    First Time in Furano

    For my first trip to Furano, I stayed at this hotel. The room and lobby were all very clean. I wanted to enjoy the natural onsen, but unfortunately, I couldn't due to feeling unwell, which was very disappointing. The breakfast was delicious!

    The Onsen is relaxing and pleasant.

    The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was delicious, and I enjoyed several cups. The post-bath ice cream and late-night ramen were delightful services that made me very satisfied. The Onsen, including the open-air bath, was very relaxing, but the floor was quite slippery, which felt unsafe, so I deducted one star. I chose a plan without meals this time, but I've heard the breakfast is excellent, so next time I would love to try a plan with breakfast included. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The location was great, and although we had dinner outside, there were various restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I ended up eating too much. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by my forgotten item. Thank you for handling it so kindly.     Hollywood Twin is a twin room in name only.

    The price difference from a standard twin was too significant, so I chose this option, but it turned out to be a single room with a double bed (two singles pushed together). Moreover, the price was comparable to that of a city hotel, suggesting it might be targeting one-time inbound travelers. As a Japanese guest, I don't think I would stay here again during this period.

    Great location, Onsen, and breakfast – completely satisfied!

    Stayed during the lavender season for sightseeing. Just a 3-minute walk from Furano Station, making it convenient even with lots of luggage or bad weather. The onsen was great, and the ReFa showerheads and latest model hairdryers were a nice touch, especially appreciated by women! Enjoyed the post-bath ice cream and the late-night ramen served from 10 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with Hokkaido specialties, so adding breakfast at check-in (originally booked without) was definitely the right choice! Trying out different local soy sauces was also fun.

    Recommended by Kyoritsu Resort.

    I was pleasantly surprised and very happy to be upgraded from a Hollywood Twin to a Superior Twin on my first stay. Both the guest room and public spaces felt new and were very comfortable. In addition to the Onsen large public bath, there were private baths available, and being able to enjoy an ice pop after bathing was pure bliss. For dinner, there were options such as the Hotel's restaurant or coupons for nearby dining establishments, making it very convenient due to its proximity to Furano Station. Breakfast was a buffet in line with Kyoritsu Resort's policy, which left me completely satisfied. It is clear that this Facility is designed with guests in mind, and I instantly became a fan!

    Wonderful service

    The Onsen and post-bath ice cream, along with the late-night ramen from 10 PM, were amazing! The room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

    Stayed with a child,...

    Stayed with a child, total of 2 guests. The bath was excellent. The private bath was also free of charge, though it was always crowded. The late-night ramen was delicious as well. It wasn't over-the-top service like a luxury hotel, but the service was just right and made for a very comfortable stay.

    Very good!

    The reviews were quite high, and I wanted to stay around Furano, so I chose this place. A spacious Room even though it's a Business Hotel. This is great!! Onsen Ryokan rooms are spacious, but there's always the issue of outdated equipment. On the other hand, Business Hotels have the latest Facilities, but the rooms are small. This Hotel feels like it resolves both of these issues. I would be happy if it expanded across The whole country. If there were one in Ise-Shima, I think I would visit a lot.

    I had a great time.

    We stayed with a family of six. We booked a room for four and a room for two, and they were next to each other. We checked in around 8 PM after having dinner. The room for four was divided into two rooms, allowing parents and children to relax separately. The bath with a sauna and cold bath was very pleasant. It felt very clean. After the bath, we also enjoyed the night ramen. Breakfast included all-you-can-eat salmon roe, seafood bowls, ramen salad, and many other Hokkaido-style dishes, so much so that we didn't need lunch afterward. It was a property we would like to stay at again when visiting Furano.

    Furano

    It was nice that the toilet was separate. Even when using the washroom, it could be used without hesitation. The downside was that the private reservation was on a first-come, first-served basis, which was unfortunate.

    Onsen is wonderful.

    I come to Hokkaido every year. At this price, it was satisfactory and I was pleased. I was particularly impressed with the Onsen and the attention to detail around. I will definitely bring my children again. Thank you very much.

    The staff's response...

    The staff's response was kind, and the hot springs were wonderful. They even upgraded our room, which was a service that couldn't be described as merely business-like. I definitely want to use this place again the next time I visit Furano.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The breakfast (buffet) featured Furano melons that were sweeter than those at nearby direct sales outlets, and I also enjoyed the salmon roe bowl. However, all public spaces were too crowded, leaving no quiet time, and the parking was inconvenient. Although the name is La-Vista, the experience was below Dormy-Inn.
