    Might even rival a Resort Hotel?

    I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so this was my second visit—and I was very satisfied! First of all, all the front desk staff were very kind. The pillow bar was also much appreciated. This time I noticed that the large public bath has three types of showerheads to choose from, which was fun. The bed mattress was very comfortable as well, but the sound from the air conditioning or possibly the bathroom ventilation fan? was a bit loud and bothered me during the night. Shower caps were only available in the large public bath, but I wanted to use one for showering or washing my face in my Room too, so I wish they were available at the amenities bar. However, when I asked at check-in this time, a kind front desk staff member brought me one. Breakfast is always plentiful as well. I enjoyed various kinds of tempura and takikomi gohan even in the morning. It’s right in front of Kyoto Station, but since it’s a small Hotel, there aren’t any noisy tour groups, which is a relief. The next day I stayed at a certain Resort Hotel in Osaka (priced at 2.5 times this one), but in terms of amenities and provided shampoo and other toiletries, this Hotel was actually better. If you’re not looking for on-site restaurants, a spa, or a gym and just want Accommodation with good value for money, I think this place is excellent.

    In front of Kyoto Station (Shinkansen platform).

    The location was perfect for meeting the tour bus and using the Shinkansen. I stayed for 3 nights, but the cleaning system required a request to have it done. Since there was also a no-cleaning discount Plan, I thought mandatory cleaning could be applied to other Plans. Only one bath towel and one face towel were provided, and while additional ones could be borrowed at the front desk, considering their frequent use—for bathing, washing hands after returning from outside, or washing your face in the morning—it might be better to place plenty of towels in the public bath area for guests to freely use. This would enhance the benefits of having a public bath. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes with vegetables included, which was great; however, it would have been perfect if the side dishes were served warm!

    I didn't expect much, but it was a good Hotel.

    Recently, hotel prices around Kyoto Station have increased significantly. After searching extensively, I found this hotel near the station at a reasonable price and made a reservation, deciding to use it just for sleeping. It is a small hotel near the bus stop for Itami Airport. Check-in is only available from 15:00, but they will store your luggage beforehand. After checking in and entering the room, I found it spacious and clean, which was great (much better than other hotels I've stayed at near the station or nearby). There is also a bath on the first floor, which helped relieve my fatigue after walking all day. The food was delicious for a Business Hotel. I plan to stay here again next time!

    Close to the station with a large public bath

    This was my first time staying here. Located right in front of the station, I expected it to be small, but despite the size, it was clean and comfortable. The large bath was relaxing and refreshing. The amenities were well-stocked, and I appreciated the pillow rental service. The drink service was also excellent, allowing me to unwind with ease. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Prime Location and Comfortable Rooms

    Located right in front of Kyoto Station, it's convenient for getting anywhere. I stayed here on a business trip, and the large public bath was very relaxing. I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

    Very convenient location right in front of Hachijo Exit. A cozy Hotel with great value, offering a large public bath and coffee service. The Room is not spacious but clean and comfortable, providing a satisfying stay.

    Best value for money!

    In the expensive city of Kyoto, this Hotel offers an unbeatable price for its location right in front of the station (you can see the Shinkansen from your Room, but it's quiet). It features a large public bath and a delicious breakfast buffet. The Rooms are new and clean, and the amenity bar even includes skincare products. If you arrive early, you can choose your preferred pillow, though availability is limited. There are also large lockers to store your luggage after checkout, making it incredibly convenient. If I had to point out any drawbacks, it would be that while shower caps are available in the public bath area, they are small and not very user-friendly. Additionally, elevators can be slow to arrive, so plan ahead if you're catching a train. Overall, I would definitely stay at this Hotel again when visiting Kyoto!

    Very good Hotel

    I chose this accommodation for its excellent location near the station. The room was not very spacious, but it was clean and comfortable with separate bath and toilet facilities, allowing for a pleasant stay without any inconvenience. Complimentary bottled water was provided, and while amenities were not prepared in the room, there was an amenity bar on the first floor as well as proper supplies in the large public bath area, showing thoughtful attention to detail. Considering it was during the Obon holiday season, I found the accommodation reasonably priced. I did not have high expectations for breakfast but was pleasantly surprised by its quality. Additionally, the staff at the breakfast venue were exceptionally kind and made my morning very enjoyable. This experience has added another hotel to my list of places I'd like to stay again. Thank you!

    New and clean Hotel

    Relatively new and well-equipped, the Facility was comfortable. However, the water tasted extremely unpleasant for some reason—perhaps due to the tank? It was so bad that I had to purchase bottled water. This is a point that should be addressed. Everything else was excellent.

    It was good.

    I was able to relax in the moderately bright Room. The free matcha espresso drink on the first floor was delicious. The large public bath was also nice. Since the building is not too large, it was convenient to have the elevator nearby.

    The lady at the front desk provided appropriate service, making me feel comfortable. The Room was not spacious, but it was designed to be compact and functional. I was also pleased to find a washing area in the en-suite bathroom. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The cost performance is not bad.

    The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Kyoto Station. For Kyoto, it's reasonably priced and offers good value for money. However, if the breakfast were a bit more substantial, it would be a more compelling choice...

    Really convenient in front of the station!

    It was really convenient being right in front of the station. The room was compact yet clean, and it was nice to have all the necessary amenities. The large public bath was very relaxing, allowing me to stretch out my arms and legs, but the floor was slippery, and I moved cautiously. I would appreciate anti-slip measures. I also enjoyed a leisurely and delicious breakfast. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, but I hope measures will be taken for the bathroom floor. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Used by one person.

    It is easily accessible from the station. Amenities are not available in the Room, so you need to take them from the front desk. There is a coffee service, and you can take it to your Room. The large public bath is on the first floor and can be used in Room wear and slippers. The locker key in the large public bath is slightly broken, and there were some parts that were difficult to open after closing. I used the breakfast service, and you can grill and eat nodoguro and mackerel, allowing you to enjoy freshly grilled fish. There is also a wide variety of Kyoto-style obanzai, handmade tofu, and both takikomi gohan and white rice. For dessert, there is warabi mochi, which gives a sense of Kyoto's uniqueness. The excellent access from the station and the quality of the breakfast are wonderful, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
