    The staff were kind,...

    The staff were kind, and the room was clean, which made our stay very pleasant. The pajamas provided were soft and comfortable. We were very satisfied and would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    It may not be suitable for guests who are very particular about cleanliness.

    I stayed alone to take care of some nearby errands and to refresh. Thank you for upgrading my Room. The entire Hotel felt stylish and upscale, the Room was spacious, and amenities and drinks were well stocked in advance—just as I had imagined, it is definitely a high-class option among Business Hotels. However, there were a couple of disappointing points. This may be minor, but at check-in the front desk staff got my name wrong. The staff member was not Japanese and it seemed like a simple misreading (for example, calling me “Nami” when it should be “Mina”), so I casually corrected them on the spot (“No, it’s Mina”), but there was no apology and they didn’t seem to notice the mistake. Another issue was that the Room cleaning did not seem thorough. When I slightly moved the stool by the window, I found a large piece of trash on the floor—too big to be something that could reasonably have been missed by vacuuming. In addition, in the bathroom there was visible black mold buildup in multiple places (around the mirror frame and at the bases of door handles and grab bars), and the ventilation outlet was covered in dust. When I scrubbed the mold with a toothbrush it came off easily, so it wasn’t an old stain that couldn’t be removed; unfortunately, it felt like a lack of effort in cleaning and inspection. I’m not overly fastidious—just generally tidy—but it has been a long time since I’ve seen this many obvious cleanliness issues at a Hotel, so I couldn’t overlook them. On a positive note, the popular sea bream ochazuke breakfast really was delicious. There was also an excellent variety of drinks along with fruit options; many staff members seemed to be foreign nationals here as well, but service was efficient and comfortable. The location is great too. While I understand turnover rates and staffing can be challenging, if you aim to maintain an upscale position within Business Hotels, I hope you will pay more attention to these details going forward.

    My expectations were too high.

    - I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate. - I was happy that pillow rentals were available. - I put up the Room cleaning magnet, but the blue plastic trash on the floor stayed there for three days and was never removed. - Because it faces a main road, sirens from ambulances and police cars are loud at night and early in the morning. - The refrigerator seriously doesn’t get cold.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    Because it was a Multiple Night Stay, I chose this place because I really wanted a separate bath and toilet. They also upgraded my Room, and the interior was bright, clean, and comfortable. Also, since I don’t like buffet-style meals, I was happy that breakfast was a set menu. The sea bream chazuke was delicious—I chose it two days in a row.

    We stayed for two nights as a family to accompany our child to an event. It’s a bit far from Tokyo Station on foot. We also walked from the nearest station, Hatchobori, but after finishing our plans we were already tired just from walking inside Tokyo Station, and didn’t have the energy to walk all the way to the Hotel, so we took a taxi. Most of the staff, including those at the front desk, were from overseas, but everyone was very polite and left a great impression. When we returned at night, they made us warm cocoa, which was really comforting. The Room was new and very comfortable, with separate bath and toilet facilities, and we could also borrow a ReFa hair dryer. However, it was disappointing that there was no closet, and that the wall near where the luggage stand and sofa were placed had black marks—possibly from suitcases hitting it—which made it feel less clean. Since we stayed two nights, we tried both ochazuke (rice with tea) and a Western-style breakfast, and both were delicious!

    It was a very convenient and clean Business Hotel.

    Thank you for upgrading us. The Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The toilet and bath were separate, so we could relax at our leisure. We would like to stay again.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    I used Hatchobori Station on the subway. At Hatchobori Station, it seemed there were only stairs to reach street level, but my luggage wasn’t very large, so it wasn’t a problem. The Room was compact but had a separate bath and toilet, a sofa and table, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was clean as well, and I had a comfortable stay.

    The front desk was on the top floor, and it was bright and spotless; the flowers on display were tasteful and made a wonderful impression. The Room was also very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service items such as a Nanbu iron teapot and tea. Since the toilet and bath were separate, I could relax and enjoy a long soak. For breakfast, I had sea bream ochazuke, and the sesame miso was delicious; the tempura ochazuke was also excellent. There was a wide variety of drinks to enjoy as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    Recommended for solo female travelers.

    As it was very cold in late January, I was looking for a Hotel with a separate bath and toilet, so I chose this Hotel. There were also bath salts, and I was able to soak in the tub and warm up at my leisure. It’s great to be able to use the bathroom facilities just like at home. The amenities included two skincare sets that women will appreciate, which helped keep my luggage light. Breakfast is especially recommended: you can choose from three set meals, and there’s dessert as well. You can also get refills of rice and miso soup, so it’s very satisfying. The sea bream chazuke set meal was particularly popular. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I could take my time sightseeing around Nihonbashi. I’d like to stay here again. Hatchobori Station is much closer than Nihonbashi Station.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    It was a clean, calm Hotel with a Japanese-style atmosphere. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. It was reasonably priced despite being close to Tokyo Station. There was also a great ramen restaurant right next door, which was perfect.

    20-minute walk from Tokyo Station

    The Hotel is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, but if you have a lot of luggage, taking a taxi might be more convenient. The front desk is located on the top floor, which is quite unique. There are convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, so finding meals won't be an issue. The Room is clean, spacious, and has a separate bath and toilet, offering great comfort. While the view isn't impressive due to nearby buildings, there seems to be a small garden on the front desk floor. Considering its proximity to Tokyo Station, the price is reasonable. I would stay here again if given the chance.

    Eco Accommodation

    I stayed for 3 nights this time. 20,000 yen per night x 3 = 60,000 yen. While I support eco-friendly accommodations, there was only one set of towels with no replacements, and just one toothbrush provided. An additional charge of 1,000 yen for use?? Despite the dynamic pricing increasing the cost, the service level was at its lowest. This is my first time writing something like this, but please be cautious when booking a multiple night stay.

    I booked this Hotel because I was planning a 2-night, 3-day trip to Tokyo and wanted a place with perfect access. The location was ideal, with several train stations within walking distance, making it easy to plan and move around. Additionally, the requests I made at the time of reservation were fulfilled exactly as I hoped, which I greatly appreciated. The lemonade offered after moving around in the heat was a personal highlight for me!

    Convenient location

    We stayed for one night as my daughters attended a concert at Tokyo Dome. We added one extra bed to a twin room for three people. Although it was a short stay mainly for sleeping, the room felt slightly small but not cramped, and having separate bath and toilet facilities was convenient. The only inconvenience was that the built-in hairdryer was somewhat difficult to use. For breakfast, we enjoyed perfectly portioned meals of sea bream rice bowl set and grilled fish set, both delicious. The staff provided proper service without being overly attentive, which suited the atmosphere of a Business Hotel. It’s just a 12-minute straight walk from Tokyo Station… great location at an affordable price!

    A Perfect Summer Trip to Tokyo

    Overall, this was a very impressive hotel. The amenities were great, including bottled water and disposable slippers. The room was spotless and well-maintained. I also appreciated the excellent service, as my suitcase, which I had checked in earlier, was delivered to my room. The bathroom was clean with a separate washing area and bathtub. The complimentary breakfast available on certain days was particularly delightful—I tried the sea bream ochazuke, which I believe is worth paying for! The grilled fish set meal also looked delicious. As for the location, depending on the season, it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Station. However, since my trip took place during an extremely hot summer day, I opted to use Hatchobori Station instead. Access via the Hibiya Line to Ginza and then transferring to Shinjuku was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you to all the staff members!

    Comfortable Accommodation

    The Hotel and Room were clean, and having separate toilet and bath was excellent. The individually adjustable air conditioning was also a plus. Choosing the breakfast-included Plan was the right decision; the white rice was delicious. I opted for the grilled fish set meal and ended up getting a second serving of rice. Although I couldn't borrow Refa hair dryers due to limited availability, I managed to borrow a curling dryer instead. The material of the room wear might be subject to personal preference. I also wanted to try Jill Stuart hair cologne, so overall, it’s high-scoring for me. With just two stations away from Ginza, it’s in a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again next time!

    Cleaning issues present

    There were several long strands of women's hair on the carpet, and used razors and other items from a previous guest? were in the trash bin under the sink. Upon entering, someone else's carry-on case was being brought into the room... I informed the front desk (as it was late at night), borrowed cleaning supplies, and cleaned it myself. I had planned a Multiple Night Stay but canceled and booked another Hotel instead.

    I will use it again.

    It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Tokyo Station, so it might feel a bit far if you're pulling a suitcase, but I would stay at this hotel again when staying near Tokyo Station! The reasons include excellent security and cleanliness, a separate shower space apart from the bathtub, a separate toilet, and the Japanese-modern design that provides both comfort and enjoyment for Japanese guests. The front desk staff are also very kind.

    The Room is comfortable.

    The air conditioning was turned on by the Hotel staff before check-in, making it very comfortable. Usually, air conditioning is turned on after entering the Room, but since the Room was spacious, I could enter comfortably. The breakfast was also selectable and very delicious. Highly recommended.

    Only the toilet was disappointing.

    Everything is clean and the service is excellent (such as the female staff at the entrance), but personally, I can't understand why the toilet is so narrow that it makes me feel tense when entering and exiting. Although it is sparkling clean and very beautiful, I can only assume that it was easier in terms of design and structure to make the door open inward. The feeling of having to twist my body to get in is not ideal. The sea bream chazuke for breakfast was also very delicious, so I hope for improvements.
